Entire experience maybe took 20mins. Never been here. Found this place on Unilocal.Handed a menu as soon as I sat down at the counter, waitress saw me trying to decide and made a recommendation(see photo) and it was ready super fast! It was very good. Had the red white and blue breakfast. I definitely recommend. Place is old school American and they treated me like a cousin that hadn’t been home in a while

Come here often. Enjoy the crepes a ton and my kids love the food. Service however can be better. There are some weekend waitresses that i prefer. other than that… I keep going so the food is good… most of the time.

Good service good food. To my surprise they added Menudo on weekends and Wow. It is one of best I’ve had in any of the Fresno area restaurants and believe me I’ve had them all. Rosa Linda’s menudo is up there also but I think CW might have them beat with same quality but bigger portion size.

It was my first time here. Like most dinners, I compared them to black bear. Country Waffles is a step below black bear they have decent home made old fashioned dinner food. I recommend breakfast. Service was quick and friendly and décor was out dated but the quality of food made up for lack of presentation. Overall this place is great for Sunday brunch or afternoon lunch.

This place is delicious. The service deserves 5 stars! I’m trying this new thing where I start my timer as soon as I order and see how long it takes to get my food. It took just over ten minutes. The servers were very attentive. Perfect service. We had a tritip omelette with country potatoes and the big waffle with eggs and sausage. The tritip was cooked to perfection. Could’ve used more flavoring but would definitely order it again. The big waffle was yummy. But it fell apart when I tried cutting it. I wish it had been a little softer. I dropped a star because: the country potatoes were a bit flavorless, the eggs and sausage were cold.

Good for a breakfast. The pricing is fair. Service is good as it can get. I seemed always to forget to come to this place due to the location but managed to come by and had a good brunch. I wanted to try a different diner other than my usual place at Brook’s Ranch not that I have any complaint’s but whenever I feel like it’s a routine I like to switch it up and this place was not bad at all. I ordered the Steak sandwich and the woman ordered a Tuna Melt sandwich also and the flavor of the steak which was a alright slice of New York Steak(wishing it was a bit thicker). Came with your choice of fries, potato salad or soup, I chose the soup. Food was delicious but a bit average portioned, not too small and not too big. I like the fact they have a great kids selection of meals. Also thumbs up on the pancake shape as a Mickey Mouse made the kids smile, I should of took a photo but I didn’t. My mistake. The location of the diner is what I hate too many crazy drivers who don’t know how to drive, even tho is a average size place, the location sucks. Service was good and will return when the right time calls. Overall to feed my family and myself price was around $ 30.00 I rate this place 3.5

With invariably friendly staff & a newly remodeled ladies room, this is my lunch spot! The soup is always perfect. They are almost ready to launch fresh made desserts on their menu.

We ate here on our way back from Fresno since it had 4.5 stars. They did not have very many reviews but 4.5 stars none the less. The food was over priced and not very good at all. They get the 2nd star for being friendly and good customer service.

Great breakfast place. We came Sunday and the staff were all sporting their jerseys and the game was on the tv’s. Very fun atmosphere, fast service, great food at good prices. Lots of locals so you know it is good!

The only good thing was the strawberry waffle… out of 6 plates… took forever for food to be served. and last plate took even longer.

I always come here with my family. The employees here are wonderful! The food here is very delicious taste so homemade that’s why I love it. It’s a nice place to come especially right after church. The service here is definitely good. When you come here so many times they start to recognize you and you feel like a regular which is very nice. Overall I love it here and the owner and most of the employees are Niner fans which is a plus for me. ;)

LOVETHISPLACE! My dad grew up in this area and brought my boyfriend and I here when I was passing through the area. I had their all American breakfast with corned beef hash and The bf got the Cali burger. How was it you might ask? WONDERFUL. My corned beef patty had a nice crispy crust, country potatoes were soft but not too mushy, and my half waffle was way larger than I expected. My boyfriend said his burger was one of the best he’s had at any diner and their fries were nice and crispy. The chef here knows how to cook damn good breakfast and lunch, and the owner was so nice and accommodating to our needs. I would come back here every time I’m visiting the grandma in Selma!

Walked in and was instantly greeted by a friendly young woman who ended up being our server. She brought our drinks out right away and offered us help with making up our minds. I got a massive plate«bacon and eggs» — 3 eggs, 4 slices of bacon, hash browns and biscuits w gravy. SUPER tasty and they were very accommodating; they offered the eggs different ways so I got one poached and two scrambled. The pecan, banana, caramel waffles were quite good as well; my friend thoroughly enjoyed them. Good coffee, great food, exceptional service. Far more than I was expecting from a small breakfast place in a tiny little town.

Ooh good, I like they had breakfast specials, we are always looking for some decent deals now and then. Order the Swedish pancakes special– 2 nice big pieces of bacon, some hash brown, and the pancakes which were like crepes, I do not know where the Swedish comes in, as there were no fruit syrup or fruit of any kind on topping or any lingonberries, love the Swedish ones at IHop. Server was attentive, food was decent, prices were excellent. Would go back, next time I m in town…

This is my family’s normal Saturday breakfast spot and we enjoy it every time we go. The staff is always so nice and since we go often, it’s like seeing friends and family. You always see a few people you know there, being a small town eatery. The food is always great. I usually get either the frittata or eggs benedict. The frittata is always spot on but the benedict’s hollendaise is sometimes hit or miss. When its on its on, but when its not, its like eating a scrambled egg sauce. Overall, I love this place. Very homey and always comfortable with great food.

Came here with family for brunch, and it’s definitely the kind of spot for families after church. That’s the atmosphere this place has, at least on Sundays. + We got seated right away; table for 8. Got our drinks and put our orders in within 10 minutes, and the food came out about 10 minutes later. It was really quick and they were fairly busy. + Clean!!! I don’t know why I’m so surprised about this, but most diners are sticky. I’m not a big fan of Denny’s lately, so this was a really great substitute. It is a cute spot, designed with a «country» feel and it’s very homey and welcoming. + Great diner food! I love their biscuits and gravy(Tasty gravy with an even consistency). Their California Omelet(Avocado, Tomato, Bacon) is good, however I wish it would have been less bacon, more avocado and avocado on top as opposed to inside the omelet. Nonetheless, it was good. Their potato hash is better than most places in that it’s not oily, not burnt and more fluffy. + They had very attentive & timely waitresses. Checked in, asked if food was ok, got us boxes & brought the check at all the right times. This seems easy, but I’ve seen lots of servers get timing ALL wrong. — No refills on all coffee? Boo.
