I went for lunch for the first time the other day, and was pleasantly surprised. Service was good, and food was tasty. I had a half of a French dip, and cup of tortilla soup. Everything was good.

Good food but small portions and the service is very slow but overall nice atmosphere. Make sure to go there if you don’t have a schedule :)

Went there today for breakfast. Ordered the Swedish pancake breakfast eggs, with a sausage patty and a side of potatoes. The Swedish pancakes were excellent, I ordered the eggs over medium(they were cooked perfectly), coffee was good, sausage patty was good, and the side of potatoes was okay. Our friend ordered the quiche which was pretty good. Best thing on the plate was decimated the Swedish pancakes. It was located inside a cute little arts and crafts shopping center which is a cute scenery. The restaurant area itself is pretty small. The chairs are not the most comfortable but Staff were nice and food came out pretty fast. Will definitely return for mor Swedish pancakes!

Food was delicious and they are open for dinner. Very happy to find it. Swedish dinner plate very good. My pistachio encrusted mahi mahi was delicious too. Enjoy!

So sorry it was closed this Sunday morning. The food photos look amazing. Tried phoning to see if they were closed for good but no answer!

Love Diane’s! Whether we go for breakfast or lunch, everything is always delicious! Reasonable prices and friendly service! Definitely a good price for a quiet sit-down meal.

Great food and the price makes it even better. I ordered the danish aebleskiver and it was awesome. Great taste. My kids ordered the French toast and pancakes, they devoured all of it. I will definitly come back for breakfast. Cons: Slow to no service Did not bring all the items ordered Not very friendly

Cute locally owned café tucked away in craft mall. They have amazing quiche and muffins. The portions are perfect and the food is consistently good. The service has always been friendly during my experiences. I recommend stopping by!

I really enjoyed the Swedish pancake breakfast. Oddly situated inside an indoor craft mall downtown, this place is a hidden gem. Simple menu but good food. Nice people.

Each time I come here the service gets worse and worse. Slow service. Slow to take our order. They Brought us our food plate by plate. We sat around and watched each other eat. This is the last time I eat here.

This little breakfast and lunch spot is tucked into a mall that has lots of really cute shops. You just have to get past all those cute things to make it all the way to back where the café is located. Service is a little spotty, depending on the time you choose to eat. The place is very busy at lunch with locals. Mornings are quieter and you may not get real quick service. Be patient and enjoy the chance to visit with friends. If you want a refill on your coffee, be sure to chase down your waitress and ask for more. Serving sizes are large. The aebleskivers, however, are not the greatest. I would recommend the swedish pancakes instead.

My favorite’s the Swedish Lunch Plate. Everything on it is awesome. Swedish meatballs, potato sausage, lingonberry jam, it’s all good. Service is always prompt and the dining room is comfortable. Plus there’s also great bakery items. You’ll love it.

Lunch here today. A good quiche & soup of the day. Flavorful & well-cooked. The muffin was microwaved warmed & became rubbery before I could eat it. Disappointing. My companion had the avelskivers, which were large & delicious. The service wasn’t the best – no refills were offered. The restaurant is in a gift shop mall that has lots of nice things & I had a very nice time shopping.

This locally-owned place is great for lunch! I’ve been here quite a few times and their food is delicious and consistent. They bake some of the best cookies I’ve ever had. The staff is friendly and prompt. A few boutique shops are in the same location, one which carries garden/wild bird supplies and gifts plus a shop that offers well selected antiques at reasonable prices.

The food is usually good, but the service is bad. They are slow to get your drinks, slow to take your order and after you receive your meal, they fail to come back to see if you need anything else. I like the look and feel of the place, but they really do have slow and poor service every time I have gone there.

Enter through a cute shopping area full of artsy gift shops. A very reasonably priced menu featuring sandwiches, soups and salads Tried the Swedish lunch plate that came w/meatballs, potatoe sausage, potatoe salad and a roll. Asked them to substitute fruit for the rice pudding and it was no problem. Food was a little bland, of course I had Mexican food for breakfast, so that might have something to do with it.

We came here last spring when we were moving to Kingsburg. We were hungry and needed a moving break. I haven’t eaten at most places in Kingsburg because they’re not the kind of restaurants where vegetarians can find much to eat. But I know I’m usually pretty safe at any place that calls itself a café. I always order the veggie sandwich and it comes with a side salad. A good salad, too, with real lettuce and not that iceberg crap. The dressing is good and it’s not too much food. I’m never up early enough on weekends to have breakfast here so can’t comment on that. And I think they’re closed Sundays because we’ve come here a few times on Sunday afternoons and they’re closed. So that loses them a star in my book. Sunday is usually the only day I’m ever in town! Oh and I’ve loved everything I’ve ever gotten from the bakery!
