Worst experience with Rapid pickup, the order was missing several items. How hard is it really to complete an order correctly!!! Always a good experience inside but I highly recommend you order the food in person rather that online.

I’ve been to many Panera Bread Locations and they are pretty consistent. What made this location different was the manager, Monica. At 10pm and even having participated in a 5k that morning, she was as fresh and friendly as if she’d just walked in. Customer service like hers never goes unnoticed and I hope upper management realizes what a gem they have in her. She made a consistent experience exceptional.

I’ve never been to any other Panera Bread location but this one is really nice. The atmosphere is welcoming, the staff is friendly and it’s always pretty clean for the most part. The only issue ive ever had here is that my to-go orders are ALWAYS messed up. Every time I ask for extra salad dressing I never get it in my bag, and there have been times my sandwich has spread on it that I asked to not be added. However every time I have had to call and complain the managers always mail me a coupon to compensate in some way which is helpful since there is nothing worse then driving all the way home and finding your food order is not what you wanted.

I love Panerai Bread and I always order the same thing. Last week was my first time at this location and I was a little disappointed. The service was slow. It took awhile to get my food and when I got inside my car to check my order, I realized they had forgotten my chips. I don’t know if I will go to this location again. It seems very busy, too busy.

The food is pretty good. Overpriced, but pretty good. Restaurant could be cleaner. Service has always been good. I really liked the place. But after the other night I will not patronize this place again. Too many other places out there where the service is good. Went in about 7:30 last week for soup and a sandwich. The two cashiers were joking and laughing with each other, totally ignoring me for at least 5 minutes. I asked who was open and got the snappy answer of, «not us! «laugh, laugh. And, they continued to ignore me. I asked for a manager and was told there was no manager on with an added head shrug. I left and won’t be back. Rude.

I visited this Panera last night, I hadn’t been there in a long time, mainly due to trying new places and they always seem crowded at lunchtime, but my friend loves the place and we decided to go there for a quick dinner out. I was sad to see my favorite Panini was no longer on the menu, but it happens and they had some other salads and sandwiches that looked good. I chose the Pick 2, soup and sandwich combo. my friend had the new Turkey and Apple sandwich and I tried a bacon and turkey sandwich and we both got the winter squash soup which we tried first and devoured it! It was that good. Next time I go back, I’m just getting the soup! The sandwiches were very good though, the bread on mine was a little too thick for me, but it was perfect for the sandwich and delicious as well. my friend loved his sandwich and devoured it in about 30 seconds, too fast to ask for a bite or get a picture of it, but anything that’s eaten that fast has to be good! We also got the pumpkin shaped sugar cookies as an add on for 99 cents, their cookies are always good and the frosted sugar cookies are my favorite. Even though I make them at home all the time, I have to get a cookie when I visit a Panera. After the soup and salad, I was too full to eat that cookie or the bag of chips that came with my meal. so I saved the cookie and had it for breakfast. I’ll be doing that again too. Its the perfect balance of sugar and sugar to start your day off right, with a sugar high. Add a cappuccino and you’ve got enough energy to go all day. This is a good thing! The restaurant is always clean and to be honest, I can’t even figure out how its always clean, because its always so busy. Parking isn’t a problem, the line is always long but the cashiers/order takers whatever you call them are very fast and efficient and knowledgeable about the menu items as well. So the line goes quick and you get your food pretty quick as well, no one rushes you and you clear your own table. In all honesty, its a little overpriced considering you order at a counter and pick up at another counter, get your own drinks, etc. but the food is good, the drinks are just as good and everyone is friendly. Its a nice place to get a quick meal while you’re out shopping!

So I stopped in at the Seekonk Panera last evening with a friend begrudgingly because of my past experiences with them running out of everything post lunch rush, well what do you know, they had everything we ordered(1 exception no cobblestones)! Good job Seekonk Panera! You will be seeing a lot more of me, keep it up!

This is definitely the worst Panera ever. I’ve gone twice in the last month or so, and both times were painful. The first time, it took over 10 minutes for the person at the register to figure out how to ring in my flatbread. Then, when I picked it up, it had the wrong kind of meat on it and wasn’t toasted. I went back to the pick-up counter, explained the situation to the main guy, and he took the meat off of my sandwich(that had already been on my table), PUTITBACKINTHEINGREDIENTBIN, slapped a ball of different meat on my sandwich, and sent me away. Ignoring how illegal that is, they’re supposed to give you a free treat when they mess up… I didn’t get a free treat. Fast forward a few weeks. I order a chicken salad sandwich to go, see that the same guy is working behind the counter, get home, open it, and notice that there’s a half of a scoop of chicken salad in the corner of the bread, and a half of a leaf of lettuce and some unripened tomatoes thrown in a pile, all squished lopsidedly between two soggy pieces of bread. I mean, the entire job of that guy is to make a good sandwich…

Steel cut oatmeal with fresh strawberries was a great healthy alternative. Taking advantage of my free coffee for the month.

This happens to be one of my favorite places to go out for lunch. Their options are both healthy, tasty and filling. I’ve tried multiple things on their menu and some of my favorites would be the turkey smokehouse panini and the bbq chicken flatbread. Both are just amazing. The first is made with perfectly smoked turkey, bacon, cheddar and tomato ale mustard. The second made with onions, Fresh spinach, bbq chicken, smoked Gouda and melted mozzarella. Absolutely phenomenal. I also enjoy the low fat lemon chicken orzo soup, tomato soup and Mac & Cheese. The cinnamon crunch bagel is not so healthy but a delicious treat to have. For drinks I really enjoy the low– fat wild berry smoothie made with the same organic yogurt I use at home. Affordable and clean eating that someone will enjoy!

This Panera Bread needs to shape up. Regardless of the time you go, a Panera Bread should be clean and efficient… not much to ask for, right? However, the last few times I’ve been here after 8pm this location has been an utter disaster. Twice they got my order wrong(I had to call and ask for a refund as they forgot primary toppings on my salad) and last night when I took my salad out of the bag I got avocado on my hand as they must have placed the salad box down on the counter where they had sliced the avocado. It took too long to get my salad and then I got slimed by avocado, not very pleasant. I’d stop coming here but I’m addicted to their chicken cobb with avocado salad, and I’m always hoping that they’re going to get their post-8pm act together. So far no good.

Good food. Just forgot to ring in one sandwich so we had to go back. Pretty clean, much better than a subway.

I have gotten over the fact that this place is a chain and just accepted that the food is damn good. I walk in and there’s a huge line. I think, ugh, I’ll never get out of here. Maybe I should bail. But I’ll never get to another place faster, so I stay. The line then just starts moving and I realize whoa I’m gonna eat today! I order the food(will caloric information listed, which is AMAZING) and then move to the next counter to wait for my food. I don’t listen for a number — they call your name. I thought I’d grab a table and put my stuff down since it was certainly too busy for my food to come out any time soon. Nope. I heard LINDA being yelled from the counter before I could even grab a table. Wow. From arriving to taking my last bite, was a span of about 35 minutes. Crazy efficient. Not to mention, the food is good and you have plenty of healthy options to choose from. The bread, though. Can’t resist. The bagels… oh damn you cinnamon crunch bagel. Even better… the mac and cheese. How the hell can snooty joints claim to have great mac and cheese, yet pale in comparison to this chain? I’m impressed and confused, but I don’t care. I’ll be back and probably more often than I’d like to admit.

The cashier was super nice, when I asked for no cheese on my soup, she asked to clarify if it was preference or an allergy. I thought this was really nice. The receipt reflected it. This Panera is on the bigger side with plenty of seating. It was clean and the staff was nice.

We order lunch from here a few times a month from work — I really like the new rapid pick up system. I find that ordering online helps by improving accuracy.(I can imagine the Panera employees would find trying to take large phone orders while waiting on throngs of lunch customers daunting.) You can customize every item and modify sides as needed and even save the orders for next time. You then can schedule immediate pick up(15 – 20 mins) or you can set anytime later! You pay online so when you arrive you can go right to the rapid pick up shelving in the back of the store, grab your marked bags, fill up any fountain drinks and you are on your way! Lately I have enjoyed — the steak and cheddar panini, cream of broccoli soup, kettle chips, and occasionally the gooey Vermont cheddar Mac and cheese. Some people at work(guys) complain about the portion size compared to price but I prefer quality over quantity when it comes to my lunch — so Panera is A-Ok with me!

I am a die hard panera fan but this particular location has messed up my order so many times. They are always willing to fix it but it is super annoying when you’re out to eat with friends and everyone is almost done eating and you are waiting because they messed up on your order. They’ve messed up my order 3 of the 6 times I’ve been there but my most recent trip/mess up takes the cake. I ordered mac and cheese with my sandwich. Took a bite of the mac and cheese and there were chunks of frozen sauce in it. Come on panera! How hard is it to not serve some frozen sauce. I get it if you served me food that’s slightly cold, mistakes happen, but chunks of FROZEN sauce…

I never ever ever like to go to chains. Panera is one of my exceptions. Most of the time, I get frustrated at their lack of consistency. This location is the best. They are always on top of their game and I never have to wait long. PLUS, the manager keeps his eye out to make sure everything is running smoothly. I will be back!

I like this Panera. I mean it’s always super busy anytime I go but the wait can’t be more then 10−15min for hot fresh food. I’m really into the tuna sandwich no onions, turkey bravo sandwich and cheese/broccoli soup. If you do a you pick two then you get a half sandwich and a salad or soup(save money that way). The portions are just right on with everything. Also you can’t go wrong with mac and cheese. Creamy sauce and soft noodles. A little pricey but it’s really the only healthy decent spot for quick food on the go. The ambience isn’t bad a lot of people doing work on laptops quietly pretty casual.

Panera I love you… but sometimes I just can’t stand you too… Tonight you serve me well with your convenience and fairly clean calm interior with no pressure because I can keep to myself and not deal with waitstaff while taking care of those hunger pains. It’s late, your open, and I am addicted to this soup. Also the wifi doesn’t hurt either for those times when i need to get away from home and work …

Meh. This is only my second time at a Panera bread. Maybe third. Each time has been mediocre at best. First of all, why is Panera always so crowded?!? Like what is the big deal?! I don’t get it. The line was ridiculous! I was seriously flabbergasted. Luckily we came at 11:30 on a Friday for lunch. So crowded, but we were able to find a table. The manager took our order for us today. I don’t think two soups is a part of the«Pick 2» option, but he let me get two soups anyway. Both are about 4oz. The meal comes with chips or a piece of fruit. I liked that option! But wish there were other options like a banana or pear. It was a really fresh apple, regardless. I got the clam chowder and all natural chicken noodle. The chicken noodle was mostly broth and left me wondering where the rest of my soup was. The clam chowder was surprisingly good though. My friend got the salad and sandwhich, which if you’re hungry is probably your best option because it’s more food. It also came with chips or fruit. She didn’t finish her salad and left the crust on her panini. I’m not sure she cared for it. The two meals and one soda came to $ 20. Which… I found to be quite expensive actually. I’d expect that to be at least five dollars cheaper. The place was clean. All food is served on thick, heavy-like glass plates/bowls, which is Eco-friendly, but I wouldn’t let a kid carry. Service was friendly. But the plaza and café were crowded. The food was okay and overpriced. 3 stars. Average at best. But It’s also a healthier option, compared to other chains. Let’s just say I chose Panera over TGIF… and I’d do it again.
