i found out about this deli from a coworker. I go there almost everyday now because i am addicted, to only only the sandwiches, but the staff and the time it takes to make the meals. i go there and they make me fresh, delicious, sandwiches in less than five minutes. the selections they have are tremendous. My only concern is that more people find out about it and the lines go out the door. five stars for sure

I have to say that I just love their selection, when I think of a sandwich shop I think of basic sandwiches with basic choices. This place does it right! If you like unique options and healthy choices, this is the go to sandwich shop! They have daily specials they will send you via email and their menu is online. I have never had anything I don’t love here. My favorite is the Three Against One Salad adding chicken. The dressing is delicious, a creamy balsamic type and the apples, feta, and spring mix work great together. You also get this great cucumber salad complementary with each sandwich and they offer Lebanese wraps for all options. They do have a few tables there but they fill up quickly during lunchtime so get there early. Their to-go option is quick and easy and they pack everything so well you don’t have to worry about anything. My only gripe is that they close so early, I would get a salad there frequently for dinner if I could!

Popped in for a quick lunch to go. Service was friendly and super quick! I picked up two ‘fitness wraps’ and a grilled cheese. The wraps were really tasty, just a little on the dry side and lacked balsamic, which would have helped significantly. The grilled cheese was legit though. My 5 y/o ate it like sloth on a Baby Ruth. Def recommend this fine establishment–

I have to say… the last few times I’ve had the cucumber salad… it just seemed off… either slimy texture(old?)…or an odd rubbing alcohol-like taste… which, is gross and disappointing… BUT. then again, this is a free side. so, I just chuck it… it just seems like a waste /shame… I used to really enjoy it! I am still soooooo addicted to the Margo’s Chicken Wrap… One day I may try something else… but today, is not that day! Nom nom nom… Margo’s fix it is!

This place is amazing. Every time someone I know mentions lunch or a sandwich I tell them to come here. Places like this remind me why I like to support local family run businesses.

I went here 2 times and I was not impressed… I wanted a pastrami sandwich and I asked them if it was the NY style pastrami and not the round… they said yes it was the NY style… and when I got the sandwich it was pastrami round… Needles to say I didn’t go back again…

Very competent, well made fresh deli sandwich. Price is right when you compare it to the competition that serves less quality.

Never had a bad meal at lemon and oil. They have a great standard menu and have special items every day. The fitness wrap is my go to and I love both the Mediterranean salad as well as the Ceasar salad. This is a great lunch spot!

I was in the area and about to go to Panera Bread when I saw this place on Unilocal and decided to try it instead. It has a super homey feel to it. Check out their specials board while you’re here, you can get so much good food for so cheap! I ordered Margo’s Grilled Chicken Wrap… it was seriously even better than all these good reviews made it out to be. I had a cold when I went in so I ordered their chicken soup with veggies and it was the best chicken soup I’ve ever had besides my mom’s. They even put kale in it, a big win for a Portuguese girl like myself hahaha. The service was really friendly too. They were in the middle of a huge lunch rush and they handled it so well! If you’re in town, definitely check this place out!

Very reliable, friendly place. Went to the Seekonk area for the Target, Sam’s, etc. and found myself really hungry and what seemed like a food dessert. All I could see around me was Dunkin and TGIF(or some other chain). Unilocal directed me here and I’m so glad it did! First time here I enjoyed a simple grilled chicken wrap on lebanese flatbread. The cashier was very accommodating and let me amend the menu as I pleased. I ended up with a strange combination but loved it anyway. It was huge though! Mom had a greek veggie wrap that she raved about and ate leftovers of for dinner. Another day of errands brought me back and this time I had a veggie sandwich on multigrain. This was a little disappointing — the bread got soggy pretty fast and they’d forgotten my roasted red peps — but still hit the spot. Prices were reasonable and sandwiches/wraps came with some nice pickles. I’d go back if in the area, but wouldn’t drive out of the way.

I ordered the vegatable pannini and pasta salad, hubby ordered tuna pannini with chips, both came with a little side of cucumber salad. The total was $ 15. Service was great and fast. Sandwiches made fash per order. We came at lunch time during the week and it was crowded-8 tables inside and 2 outside, but by the short time it took for our order, the working crew cleared out and we had our choice of seats. They also cater. I definitely recommend this bustling deli!

I love this place! Every time I walk in the staff is friendly and attentive and most importantly, the food is consistent! No matter what you order, a specialty sub or just a regular tuna sandwich, you are in for a delicious meal. The portions are generous and extremely reasonably priced, and its fresh. It’s about 10 – 15 minutes from my house and I will drive there for a tuna sub over anywhere else in the area any day! Currently eating their food right now and thought I’d share my wonderful experiences here! Keep it up Lemon and Oil!

I’ll put it to you this way. There’s a deli right outside my neighborhood that I can walk to but I’d rather hop in my car and drive 10mins to Lemon & Oil as it is just an incredible, friendly deli. Make sure to check their blackboard specials as the other day I had a tuna melt that was to die for(tuna, pepper jack cheese, banana peppers, and red roasted peppers on multigrain bread). Yum.

Is it just me or are delis sometimes confusing? Giant menu boards everywhere, specials plastered up on every inch of free space, no dedicated spot for orders… I hate that. Just make me a fresh, creative and tasty sandwich and be friendly while I order and pay… I’m easy! Lemon and Oil deli hits all the marks! Tons of parking lot parking-essential for a quick lunch! One large, easy to read menu, and one large, easy to read specials menu. A friendly face to place an order with, and even someone there to deliver our fare! Love that they served Deep River Chips too. 2 yummy, fresh and large sandwiches, 2 bags of chips and a drink for $ 18! Can’t beat it!

My family has been a fan of Lemon & Oil since they first opened in Seekonk. They are now under new management, but the food is the same and that’s the most important thing. Sandwiches with fresh ingredients, delicious salads, and it’s all very affordable! I am borderline obsessed with the Margo wrap. I think I’ve only tried two or three other sandwiches, and they’re really good… but every time I ask myself why I didn’t get a Margo. The ingredients are so simple: grilled(real) chicken, lettuce, tomato, pickles, banana peppers, and garlic mayo on a Lebanese wrap. The combination it’s so amazing. Ordering a sandwich comes with a little container of the cucumber salad, which is also great. The only thing I don’t love are the hours. I get out of work at 5PM and would love to get a sandwich for dinner, but that’s not possible since they close at 4. I know it’s a deli and this is expected, but it still makes me sad.

I’ve driven by Seekonk for almost 10 years now, and I can’t believe it’s taken me this long to stop by this place. Granted it’s only been open for 5 years, but I’m still allowed to kick myself for missing out on a good hole-in-the-wall sandwich shop. Unlike the large corporation, generic restaurants in Seekonk, Lemon and Oil Deli has a mom-n-pop vibe where the owner knows all of the patrons by their first name. The restaurant is fairly large and can fit a large group of customers, but it’s not really a place I’d sit down and eat. The sandwich, at least the portabella chicken pannini was really well made, although if I were allowed to be more critical, I think a balsamic vinaigrette would have brought out the mushroom a lot more. That being said, I still really liked it. Overall, if you’re sick and tired of eating the same generic food in Seekonk and you’re looking for a fresh new place to satiate your appetite, give this shop a try. The price is great too! Food: 4 stars Service: 4 stars Ambiance: 3 stars Price: 4 stars

Lemon & Oil, I always come to you for a quick sandwich. And you always make is superbly! L&O is tucked away, but don’t let it fool you, it can deliver on some good eats. I always stick to their specials as I am interested in people experimenting with new flavors/meat. Good quality food, the only suggestion I would make is maybe having options on types of wraps as you have choices for breads. With all the chains in Seekonk, definitely go to L&O for a local, family owned place.
