Slow service. Incompetent staff. Donuts were stale too. Avoid if possible.

Wow… I don’t think I have been in a place that had so many people who could care less. You order then wait for a long time to get it. We went there two days in a row only to get a quick bite and coffee. Both times we had to go back and «remind» them to get our order.
This place is full of morons who could care less and the first the manager was with them.
Dunkin should clean house and replace them all,

They mailed me a set of coupons that could only be used at this location. When I tried to use the coupon that specifically said this location, they would not honor it. The manager was nice and tried to help me, but couldn’t. This is a classic bait and switch. I forsee a class action lawsuit being in the near future.
