Starbucks

This is a nice quiet Starbucks where I can get my coffee quick and easily! I’ve been using the online preorder and they always have my breakfast ready when I come and greet me with a smile! Nice efficient staff!

I only visit this Starbucks in the a. m hours so for the most part their service has been good to me. No one is monkeying around in the morning so your in and out…
It’s clean and some staff are friendly… and some are tired or just plain olé dry… Haha… Pretty big inside if comparing to others… plenty of parking.
There is outdoor seating if you want to catch some fresh.
Yes I will return…

This store has been my favorite ever since the new manager, Kayla took over! The staff is quick and friendly and give me great suggestions all the time. It can get busy with the office building and convention center but they always try their best to push out the lines with a smile on their faces!

This location isn’t the best I’ve been to, but it seems unfair to give it 2 stars. Once I saw a new Frap from the Starbucks facebook page and ordered it and the barista had no idea what I was talking about. That’s probably more of a miscommunication in the company chain. Today for the first time ever my order was totally wrong (an iced latte instead of a frappacino… I even checked my receipt and it was correct.) The guy making drinks was barking them out and didn’t say any sorry for messing it up but I suppose when it’s crowded and only one person making drinks, I can see it getting frustrated. The cashier was friendly
Other locations have more comfortable seating, but it doesn’t matter as if you go in middle of the day it’s just filled with people on their laptops for who knows how long a day. You know the people who by one cup of coffee and sit around for hours on free wifi. That’s not the business’s fault it attracts moochers.
You know if you like Starbucks and if you are in the plaza area shopping, it’s a decent place to go. It’s not the best location I’ve been to, but I still like my seasonal frappacino (one day I’ll learn how to spell it.)

I have to give five stars because not once, but TWICE, I have stopped in here before work to get a corrected beverage (picked up from a different Starbucks on my way in to work), and they refuse to charge me. The baristas here are the friendliest and most efficient I’ve seen so far in North Jersey. I love sitting here during my break and enjoying my always-​made-​perfectly beverage.

Eli our Barista is one of the best I have experienced so far. He took really good care of us! Will be back.

One cashier was very rude to me and purposely messed up my order and didn’t put a name. Horrible horrible mean women. She wears ugly glasses watch out for her.

This Starbucks is the pits. My family goes to see a movie almost every Sunday morning in the theater right across from this Starbucks. Since the theater allows you tobring coffee in we like to stop at Starbucks first and grab a coffee and sometimes a breakfast sandwich. This Starbucks location is so slow that we were always late for the movie. I order decaf which they never have! How does a Starbucks not have decaf? My husband ordered a breakfast sandwich they didn’t have the ingredients to make it. He changed to something else and they gave him the wrong thing. If this happened once I would let it go. Maybe an off day or short staffed but it has happened at least five times. I love Starbucks and always go to the one in East Rutherford where they are quick and efficient. When I am in Secaucus we now go to Dunkin Donuts instead. Sorry Starbucks. Also, this location could be more conscious about their cleaning.

Nasty pompous employees. Never again. I am so happy other little coffee shops are opening up in the area.

Consistently have to wait 10m in the morning for coffee AFTER I pay. Only starbucks I’ve been to where the cashiers don’t get coffee, just take orders. There is always 15+ people waiting, meanwhile the cashier just keeps getting orders. Hire more people or change up this system, so ridiculous.

Its starbucks… cant really go wrong… but they where iut of my favorite the almond croissant… but other than that it is a nice little happy corner of the world… glad it is there to feed my need.

Coffee was great as always, service horrible.
4 people working and I’m the only one on line and I still needed to wait to get a pike. Would of waited longer if I didn’t make a sarcastic comment. What happen to starbucks being customer service oriented? It wasn’t always like this

One of the smaller Starbucks in the area, I usually just stop in for a pick up and take it to go, never sat at this location. But the staff are friendly and get the job done in a timely matter. The only things that sucks is the parking situation so be prepared to walk half way across a parking lot.

I seriously do not understand what is happening at this Starbucks. Each time I go, the customer service and experience is worse and worse. Today I actually left without coffee and had to go to Dunkin Donuts as there is not another Starbucks on my way to work.
All I ordered was a Grande Dark Roast. I normally order this or a grande skim latte so I know the procedure. If I order a latte the cup gets marked and goes in the line with the other drinks to be handcrafted. If I order just the poured coffee the person who takes the order fills the cup, I pay and leave. Well today they decided that since it was busy, they would not just pour my coffee but instead mark the cup, put it in line with all the other handcrafted drinks and I would have to wait to get it. As a result, there were at least 15 cups before mine waiting to be made. So I asked about this and was that is how it is because it’s busy. Now I have been to a lot of Starbucks locations and ones that are very busy in NYC and I have never experienced this. I don’t understand why they would make people wait when they could get them in and out quickly. By doing this, all they did was make the amount of people waiting larger and the area more congested.
I am really going to have to figure out if I want to go back here again. This location used to be very nice, customer service WAS awesome and they were very quick. Now they are slow, rude and talk too much to each other to be efficient. Ugh!

There’s always seats, great place to study or get work done. Baristas are always nice and friendly and get the drinks on point, unless it’s super busy.
Spacious parking and lots to do around the area.

They get my order right every time but can we speed it up please! No reason Im waiting 10 min for a coffee and breakfast sandwich when you are only waiting on me. Also no reason why one of the employees needs to eat their breakfast and make customers wait. The other one likes to chat all day. So it seems like the only guy in there is doing it all.

Friendly staff and a convenient location to the highways. There is some outside seating as well.

Amazing place! I typically don’t come to this Starbucks since it is a bit out of the way for me, but for the past two-​three weeks, I have been a regular to get some work done since it has a parking lot and many tables and work space.
The team here is always so nice and cheerful! They make my drinks quickly and accurately.
Since I’ve been spending more time in the store and have a couple of drinks before I leave, I change it up based on the day. And when I feel ‘adventurous’ and want to try something new, the team is always very helpful. They take the time to explain the drink to help make my decision! Today, one of the baristas helped me choose a ‘food item’, warmed it up for me, and then instead of giving it to me in their paper/​parchment sleeves, served me on a plate by my workspace so I wouldn’t be interrupted while working! What a nice gesture!!!
It has many eateries near by, so when I’m done here, I can always grab dinner on my way back home.
Oh, and the most important thing, they are ALWAYS CLEANING!!! Every single time I am here, they thoroughly clean the store, making the stay that much more pleasant!

Nice starbucks, with quick service. They have a really nice corner with all glass windows, providing a nice view.
Typical starbucks quality coffee and friendly service.

We usually go to this Starbucks after having dinner with my wife in the area. Pretty decent size, service is quick and has outdoor seating which is nice as the weather gets warmer. I have actually purchased a couple of CDs around the holidays that were pretty good.
