Dr. Madill is a good doctor. He’s been doing this a while and knows what he is doing. If he doesn’t know something, he’ll do his best to research the problem and figure it out. He handles difficult issues (that many other doctors have no clue about). Also, he spends a good amount of time with you (unlike many doctors out there). He is caring and compassionate. Thumbs up to this doc! Highly recommend.

I’ve had my fair share of negative experiences w/Dr’s or trying to get appointments. Dr. Madill & his staff were compassionate, professional, & completely knowledgeable. I highly recommend his practice to anyone seeking any kind of medical help or advice. In a world filled with inconsistencies, Dr. Madill has been a reliable asset who is willing to help no matter what. His kindness & medical advice has been a warm & pleasurable experience.

Dr. Madill and his staff have been great. I have been seeing him for about a year now regarding treatment for a pain related problem. Several months ago my health insurance arbitrarily stopped paying for a medication I had be on for almost a year. The insurance company forced me to take a less effective med instead. Finally, after more than a month of efforts by Dr. Madill and his office manager, Amy, they got my insurance to begin paying for the better med, which I’m now taking. Thankfully, through their efforts I am now on the right medication and doing well. They are a professional and efficient team than I would recommend to anyone.

Dr. Madill is the most compassionate and wonderful doctor! I am a complex patient with severe TMJ, migraines, and fibro type pain. He has walked a difficult journey with me and has stopped at nothing to care for my pain needs – whether by referrals to other doctors, natural methods, and medications. I am truly blessed that I found him –as there are so few physicians out there these days that truly care for you as a human being.

I’ve been seeing this doctor for 5 years. True, it can be costly if you don’t have insurance or can’t get reimbursed for a pain management doctor through your insurance. But after having been a patient for a while, I was given a payment arrangement that has worked for me. He is also quick to return urgent calls.
Dr. Madill cares about his patients; he is patient and understanding. He has been in this field for a very long time, and has extensive acupuncture/​acupressure training from time spent in China. He always tries to reduce traditional painkiller use in favor of natural pain management, diet therapy, and physical therapy. He also offers trigger point injections.
Originally given a discouraging diagnosis of fibromyalgia by a series of family practitioners and denied necessary treatments, Dr. Madill was the only one to properly diagnose and treat me. He is also much, much easier to reach than most clinical practitioners. It’s worth the out-​of-​pocket expense, even if that is all you can afford to do for your condition.
