Burger King

a DIGUSTING place! I wouldn’t eat there if there were nowhere left to eat on earth! The manager, Matt Harrison, didn’t except the debit card that’s been used there for YEARS!
My wife’s name is on the card, but I’m on the account. He didn’t even try to run the card, he looks at the card, he looks in the car sees my two dogs and me and says, «is Ann in the car?»
I said,” yeah, she’s in the trunk!” Was he calling my wife a dog? I’m a disabled w/​a respirator. He didn’t say «sorry» or anything. I told him we’re both on the account and that we’ve used this card here at least 2 – 3 times a month (not any more) for years! He dumbly stated, «nope». So I was becoming exacerbated and stated to him, «give me that damn card back!» I grabbed it from him, started to leave and that’s when I heard him say something like «fuck you» or «fuck off» ! I will never go there or to any BK ever again. It’s not like they care because when I got home I went straight to the BK site and wrote a complaint — several of them, not just one. What did they say, you ask? Well, I was sent a computer generated — no apology — here’s a free whopper, now go away, type of letter. The computer even creates a fake name, this time it was ‘Dean’, last time it was ‘Catherine’! I wish I could rate this Ecoli palace with negative stars because I would give a negative 5. BK doesn’t have the time to respond with a real person and or real emails. Shows you how much they really care.

If I could give this Burger King 0 stars I would. We just went there tonight and order food and it was super cold cheese not even melted we went back and the manager says to us «you couldn’t have just microwaved it or something» um excuse me? This is fast food and we were eating on the go. Then we hear them talking shit about us and complaining that we came back. So rude!!! We ended up just getting our money back and we will never go back to this burger king again. This is not the first time our food was messed up! Never go here!!!

If I could give this disgusting place no stars I would. First of all the Hispanic manager is soooooo rude!!! He wouldn’t give me my money back when I was dissatisfied with my food. It tasted disgusting and like it say out for a while. Burger King is my favorite fast food place but after this experience I will neverrrrr go back. Dasss nastyyyy and very bad customer service. Don’t go here!!!

Go early or the quality is shit nothing personal just clean the inside once in a while

Went in to try the new Spicy BLT Whopper. Don’t regularly eat fast food. But love it, and get a treat every once in a while.
Either something was wrong with GI track, or something was wrong with the burger. Never had a problem before (even with Angry Whoppers). For two days I felt like there was ground glass in my gut (no actual glass in the food). Not pleasant.

The burgers are just OK and nothing spectacular. The hamburger meat has no flavor and is very watery which really affects the entire taste experience.
Chocolate milk shakes and fries are ok.

Slow to prepare food and please for the love of anything holy — do something about the damn flies. I only come in here once every few months and it’s like the Amityville Horror house up in here. There are more flies than people. Think that’s a coincidence?

Watch out for this place. 9 out of 10 times I visit the drive through my order is missing something or something is wrong. Seriously, this is the worst service I have ever had in a fast food restaurant. The food is not fresh and doesnt taste good. Ive been going to BK for 20 yrs and this is the worst one Ive ever been to.

Ok service needs to be cleaner

The term «fast» is not in their vocabulary. I went here with my husband hoping for a quick hot meal since I work across the street. While I will say that the staff is pleasant, there was no sense of urgency. There weren’t many people in line, (maybe 8) at the middle of the lunch hour with an equal amount of employees in the kitchen. Still, we waited a good 20 minutes for the «warm» sandwiches! We won’t be back and can’t recommend it.

I used to respect this place, as it is only 1 of 3 fast food establishments in Sebastopol. Being born and raised in that town, there were a lot of good memories at that location. Unfortunately, I don’t know what happened. I ordered a BK veggie with lettuce only. 25 minutes later, I felt dizzy, sick, high fever and had chills. I was RVing so I drove home, only to dry heave in peace. I’m 100% it was food poisioning. So gross :-(
