I took my three year old daughter here this morning for breakfast. Our waitress was nice. I had the California omelette. It was pretty good but the potatoes sucked. I think they were previously frozen and pre shredded.Eeeew.We may try them again at some point but not certain about that. Their menu did offer a variety of items.

Came in with my son, very friendly service. The food was just ok. I had the chicken fried steak. The gravy was good, but the food it’s self was over cooked. I would come back again, just not my first choice for breakfast in Santa Rosa

Worst food ever and overpriced very unsatisfied do not. Do yourself and family a favor and do not eat at this establishment. If I had the option to put a negative star I would have.

My fellow managers and boss come here every Thursday for our meeting to discuss things over lunch. Our usual server Janet is a wonderful lady, and she usually always remembers our drinks and has them coming to our table as we sit down. The coffee is always nice and strong and the food is always very tasty. Even if Janet is not their waiting on us the other woman is starting to remember our drinks as well. It’s decent priced, nice staff, and very good food. Great café!

I have been going to this place for years. I find it very friendly and always good food; nothing really spectacular but I don’t look at it that way… I just look for a good, warm environment with quality food friendly and quick service and this place has all of that.

I have ate here many times. Very good food. You don’t have to wait long. Very attentive people. Lots of Differant plates of food to choose from. I think there lunch is best, but to each there own. The quality of food is good and the portions are good.

Eh… it was convenient and the food wasn’t bad. But…in a community where farm-to-fork is the norm, and even the most diner sorts of places are really challenging what constitutes«diner» food… this place looks like a dulled pearl when compared with it’s neighbors. Step it up folks, you can do better!!!

Good food, friendly service, good value. Always a good choice for breakfast or lunch. I never leave hungry. What more can you want from a small, local diner?

I stopped in for breakfast on a weekday morning because a friend suggested this place. I was up for trying something new as I frequent the same couple of breakfast places. First off, the décor is horribly dated and the place felt dirty. Second, the food was mediocre at best and the portions were very small. I normally bring home some food and this place wasn’t even satiating. The only reason I’m giving it 2 stars is because the service was fast and the waitress was a bit friendly though she didn’t check on us as much as I hoped even though there were only a few tables of people. No, I wouldn’t go back.

Hubby and I went here for breakfast on a Sunday morning since IHOP on Fulton was jam packed. Wow! First off, the place is inviting and casual and feels homey. I had Eggs Benedict that were delicious. The ham wasn’t too salty and the eggs were cooked perfectly. The Hollandaise was good; not too thick. I also had fresh fruit instead of potatoes or hash browns and it was great; nice to see actual fresh melon! Hubby had the home made corned beef hash and I had to taste. It was real corned beef, fried with some potatoes and it was great! I liked that it wasn’t over seasoned. The OJ is good there, too. The service was quick, very friendly and I was happy to see Fried Chicken and Liver & Onions on the dinner menu! There are steaks, chicken, and seafood. But since it’s a «diner» type of place, don’t expect too much luxury. Overall, we will definitely go back!

A basic diner with a HUGE menu, but you know what: my hot turkey sandwich with mashed potatoes and gravy was… very good. Plenty of seating, open and light, my server actually had a personality — I’m going to go back.

Went to breakfast the other morning; can’t believe it was there. Food was good, especially the bacon. Must order bacon. Repeat — must order bacon. Service was nice. Would return.

My Mom’s washing machine broke so we had to do laundry at the laundermat. That totally sucked, despite our lunch at The Village Café, which is located right next door. The food was surprisingly really good and well-priced. I got the biscuits and gravy with sausage. I LOVE sausage patties versus links, and they have amazing sausage patties!

This place is next door to the Ace Hardware on Guerneville Rd. off Fulton. I have been here twice for breakfast and have left satisfied each time. The staff is attentive and efficient. The coffee is better than most diner coffee. They have an ongoing $ 5.95 special with 2 eggs/2 pancakes/2 bacon or sausage. These days it’s a great value to be able to have a good breakfast for just about 10 bucks with a tip. You get all that served with a smile. Go here.

I had a great tuna melt today. We hit this joint for lunch every few months, and there are super nice people working here! But then again, it’s not much more than your average greasy spoon.

Nice little diner. I’ve had their French Toast Special and Spinach Omlette, both were very good. It gets very crowded on weekends around noon. If you’re in the mood for diner type food, this is a decent choice.
