My condo was on the market. One of WP & Associates’ brokers, Vanessa Betancourt, entered my home prior to closing and violated the agreement that she was not to use the key given to her by my broker prior to closing on the sale of my condo. She was made aware I was still living on the property. It was an upsetting event to have someone enter my home unannounced while I was home. She trespassed and did not take accountability for that violation and made the statement via text «I already apologized…» when I followed up with her seeking full accountability for her wrongful actions for which she made excuses. This is a liability, this is a breach. Neither Ms. Betancourt nor her designated broker, Rango Le, at WP & Associates chose to remedy this breach. There was no immediate follow up to my complaint to remedy this violation. Proper steps are being taken to report this incident.
I waited to post this review to better collect my thoughts. All of the proper documentation have been retained from this recent incident to pursue my case.
