I came to Jason after being sued by a debt collector– which by the way is a fairly upsetting event, especially if you don’t know what to expect. Jason and Tyler were super detailed and transparent about the entire process, remained compassionate and understanding about my situation. They are very skilled attorneys. I feel lucky to have known Tyler for years. When I have a general legal question, that is exactly who I call. So when a Seattle-​based relative had out of control debt issues, I recommended him immediately.
She bit off more than she could chew financially. She wanted to pay, so she signed up with some debt consolidation company. Those guys charged her a monthly fee and took her money, but I didn’t see them making progress. I was starting to get confused when she kept getting calls and letters from debt collectors, some collection agency sued her, and then her credit report (credit score?) got destroyed by all this.

Tyler and his law partner worked as a team to deal with the shady debt consolidation company, fought off the debt collectors and even helped to fix some of her damaged credit. They were aggressive, and turned lemons into pink lemonade. I’m not sure how the pink dye got in there, but that’s just how awesome everything turned out.

I recently hired on Jason Anderson and ALKC to help me deal with an ongoing battle between my insurance company, a doctor’s office, and a debt collection agency. Through a series of unfortunate misunderstandings, my insurance company refused to cover a portion of an emergency surgery which my doctor’s office had told me was «pre-​approved.»
