Went in four or five months ago to have batteries replaces in three watches. It was a weird experience at the time, they ignored us and were not friendly or welcoming. Pretended like we weren’t even there as we stood at the counter. We gave them the three watches, told them that we needed the batteries replaced and were told to come back in 25 minutes. Came back, gave our card to them, the employee came back, set the slip for us to sign on the counter without receipt and walked away without a word. So weird, there was no communication at all. We swore at the time we wouldn’t go back there (and we won’t) but now that two of the three batteries we had replaced have died in less than five months, I figure it deserves a review on here. Is saw another person had the same experience with the batteries dying really fast.

Vacuumed up my wedding ring and absolutely obliterated it… Thankfully the guys here were able to fix it in a week for a reasonable price. I continue to be impressed by the friendly and efficient service!

Sad. I went again and the watch battery died 7 months later this time (*didn’t have a chance to update). I remember being really upset. I don’t know if they recycle old battery watches but they shouldn’t be dying on good watches this fast — or any watch for that matter. As someone else mentioned, the store has experience with high end watches. So, imagine my surprise when the battery always dies! Tragic. Nice people, and local too. This is my second time, so shame on me.

This is a great little shop for two reasons.
1. Quick and cheap replacement of batteries in those blasted quartz watches. Done while you wait.
2. Surprising, good selection of vintage and luxury watches for sale. Omega, Breitling, Rolex, etc. Prices are market rate. And used watches come with a 1-​year warranty. They know their stuff too. Still have thoughts about the 1974 Seiko brown bullhead I saw there recently…
3. And its great supporting a local business of course.
4. Good food and drink is nearby.
Yes, I can count. That’s three reasons.

I have taken three watches to be repaired in the last month, for battery replacement and minor maintenance! Then not only are very quick and friendly, but do an amazing job! Well worth your buck!
