The salad dressing is the best. Put it on everything. My only complaint is that they charge to take it to go. Boooo. I get spicy chicken every time.

Best teriyaki. My family has been going there forever. Family owned restaurant, great service, better food. Katsu is amazing as well as any of the teriyaki dishes.

Hit or miss for me! When it’s great, it’s great!!! I’ve had over cooked, rubber meat that was gross… undercooked raw, that ended up in food poisoning!

Very good yakisoba but only decent teriyaki. Teriyaki was almost watery with sauce not being at all crisp. Sauce was tasty but seemed too watery to be good teriyaki sauce. The tempura veggies were okay but not all that great. I assumed it would be tempura of some kind of meat as well which may have been where my disappointment stemmed from. Yakisoba was fantastic. Great noodles and great sauce. Meat was pretty good in there and the veggies go well with it.

Food is good but they charge .50 cents for extra dressing which is the amount of about a teaspoon. And they’re pretty rude, the lady at the counter keeps talking about kicking the customers out to eat her lunch lol.

Delicious tiny teriyaki joint hidden in the Junction area. It has been over two years since first stumbling on this place. I’ve tried many things on the menu, yet I keep going back to the chicken teriyaki and chicken katsu combo. One breast of teriyaki, one of katsu, a scoop of rice for each, fresh and simple salad in the back spots of the to go box. All of this equals a gut bomb of deliciousness for less than $ 10! If you’re reading this you’ll see I’ve checked in quite a few times. If I had remembered to do so every time I went here, I would have more check ins than reviews total. That being said, I was just signing on to get their phone number for the to go order I’ll be placing right after I save my updated review.

I wish this place was closer to me in north Seattle! My former favorite spots(nasai in the district and happy teriyaki up the Ave) have gone downhill so this seems to be my new favorite – the chicken teriyaki is simply scrumptious. The meat is tender and moist and flavorful like it’s been marinated and cared for – that’s all I really ask for in chicken teriyaki, to not be dry! Kudos to the cooks here.

Best we’ve found so far in Seattle. Great chicken and beef. Salad dressing is delicious. Chicken teriyaki is nicely charred. The lady at the counter is very nice.

Hands down the best teriyaki place I’ve ever been to. I used to go almost every other day for lunch, they have an excellent lunch menu that is cheap and delicious. The woman at the front desk is always very friendly with me, and pleasant. They have a large selection with room for alteration, so you can always get what you want. I recommend the spicy chicken personally.

This is one of those unsung places you take for granted in Seattle that Californians complain they can’t find locally. It appears to be under construction today, but the signage is aged and the compact dining room consists of a handful of institutional tables and chairs on an indifferent linoleum surface. You can take it to go if that sort of thing bugs you. The ladies who work there are nice but harried when it gets busy. Disregard all that and concentrate on the food. I suggest deserved appreciation. The fried rice is the best you’ll find in West Seattle(Roxy Lanes is good but pretty expensive by comparison and a drive to get there and Lee’s is good but definitely fusionalized). I ordered the breast meat teriyaki without sauce and salad today and the other reviewer whose steps I followed is absolutely right. The appear to have marinaded the chicken in sauce that has plenty of flavor to make the dish unless you go there specifically for teriyaki sauce or like the extra moisture. I have to subtract a star because $ 7.99 doesn’t buy you much meat(glance at my pic if you don’t believe me) yet that won’t stop me from returning since I live less than a block away and I’m not about to ignore something this good for however long I remain in rent-inflated 98116.

Fast, affordable and accessible. A navigable menu of delicious dishes in satisfying portions. Best used as call-ahead takeaway: the seating is a bit austere, although quite serviceable.

They have a Simple menu and its straight and to the point. You can sit inside or outside. The interior doesnt have many tables. The Chicken Teriyaki is delicious. Fresh rice and enough Teriyaki sauce without drowning your meal in it. And the price is reasonable.

I eat here or order to-go once a week! Luckily, this place is walking distance to my apartment. I love the chicken teriyaki and chicken yakisoba sooooo much. The sauces used are amazing and the owners fill up the togo boxes generously. The owners are hard workers and super friendly. I’m definitely going to continue eating here! Five stars and lots of satisfied tummies alllll the way!

Some seriously great food… Some of the best teriyaki I have had. It is small inside and always crowded cuz the food is so yummy. Be prepared for a wait unless you call ahead, but the wait is worth it, trust me. I usually get their pork teriyaki but the beef and chicken are great too and try the won ton soup…

Located near the Safeway shopping center in West Seattle, Nikko’s is the place to go if you just need a quick bite to eat. The food always tastes fresh and it’s hard to believe the prices(especially in West Seattle). The owners are always really friendly and the food comes out very quickly. Our favorites are the Chicken Katsu, Chicken Teriyaki, and the Beef Short Ribs. Without fail, we get the gyoza– it’s soooo good with the sauce they give you. The salad is also very good that comes on the side. I love the dressing they give you. Also note: if you can’t find street parking– just park in the Safeway and take the stairs down. Super convenient!
