We are really happy with our window treatments, especially the motorized ones. I was skeptical at first about the extra cost of motorized shades, but they are TOTALLY worth it.
James was super patient as we took forever to pick out our shades and styles and gave very sound advice. He even came back to our house after they were installed to check in and make sure we were happy.
Steve, who installed our shades, was a professional. He was very nice and knowledgeable. He was super respectful of our home and went out of his way not to disrupt us.
The only reason we give 4 stars instead of 5 is that one pattern we picked out ended up being unavailable and out of stock so we had to choose another style. Certainly, no one’s fault and James went out of his way to help us choose a new (and better) pattern! We’ve already referred 2 people to James and will keep referring!

Highly recommend Stoneside Blinds and Shades. We had a fairly challenging project that included three huge windows that each spanned over 12 feet. James Brewer (the representative) worked with us to assess all of the options and we quickly came to a conclusion. James knows the products and is sensitive to costs. Steve Hewitt (the installer) is very professional with a streak of perfectionist. Both men were a pleasure to work with. The quality of the product is excellent.

I called Stoneside on somewhat short notice to get a recommendation on how to deal with large windows in my massage studio, Elements Massage in Issaquah. James came out and walked through the construction site with me, looked at my paint and carpet samples, and asked lots of questions about how each area would be used. We decided on three different applications. One is a luxurious-​looking treatment for the hallway outside treatment rooms, to provide complete privacy, quiet, and a soft atmosphere. Another is in our lobby, looking very finished and upscale while filtering out the sun and still allowing us to see outside. The third is in a utility area and is basic and effective, which saved me some money. James completely understood what I was trying to accomplish, and it turned out great. Steve, the installer, was wonderfully flexible about working around the construction activities. He did a great job. I am thrilled with the customer service I received from Stoneside, and thrilled with the way my new shades enhance our new studio.

It was a pleasant experience working with Emily to design and install the blinds for our new home. She was nice and professional, and very accommodating of our schedule. We’re very happy with the quality, color and fit of the blinds.

We just bought a new house and realized… oh no we can see our neighbors! Luckily we met with Emily Nagel at Stoneside and she expertly helped us figure out the perfect blinds for each of our 29 windows! That is no easy feat! I had a lot of issues such as framing the view, but blocking the neighbors while also still giving me light. I also love to have my windows open and I hated how those wood blinds stack and block so much of the view! We decided on roller blinds and Emily helped me find just the right pattern and colors. I get so many compliments on my new blinds and I know it was because I was able to get such great help. Great price, beautiful shades and wonderful help, what is not to love? Thank you Stoneside and especially Emily. Also a shout out to their installer, Gene– so amazingly fast!
