Seriously the worst Starbucks I’ve been to and I’ve lived in Seattle for 3 years. They are just plain incompetent as I waited in line for 15 minutes with only 4 people in front of me. One barista was constantly yelling at the other one and no one received service.

Normally you would think that a place that is a chain business would have consistency in making their drinks, but our drinks were not very good at all. We had 2 white mocha frappé and a strawberries and cream frap and they just tasted… disgusting! I would have to admit they were pretty busy, but that is no excuse for giving poor quality drinks, and service as well. I do commend one of the workers for remaking us our drinks without complaints and in a quickly manner. I’m just glad that I won’t have to come to this Starbucks in a very long time.

2 stars because my experience was not terrible. I have had way worse customer service experience in other Starbucks location. Just a typical Starbucks. No greeting or smile from barista or cashier. Of course they don’t have to care or they don’t have to try hard because they will always have customers. I got my drink so all is well.

Starbucks is everywhere at Seatac Airport. This particular one out front in the public area is my fav. I think it’s the ladies who work there who are so nice are what makes the coffee better. Although I’m not the biggest Starbucks fan, I know what I get when I go there and it’s standard across the board. If you bring your own cup, you save .10 cents. That takes care of the tax.

Starbucks right where I needed it. The line gets long, of course, but the staff did good and my drink tasted just as good as it does from non-airport Starbucks. Remember you can’t take a beverage through security, so finish before you need to make your way to the terminal.

No. Just… skip it. I mean, it’s a usual Starbucks but located in an airport so its appeal becomes greater because there’s not a lot available. Truthfully, you’re better off waiting for airplane coffee or just doing without until you reach your destination. The service is slow as molasses here and the employees give off a disinterested air like none other.

The worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to! The ‘barista’ who took our order took five minutes to understand ‘child’s hot chocolate’ is NOT a chai tea latte!!! I also ordered a white mocha and they tried to give us a vanilla mocha, Americano and well it was regular coffee… Do you really think I wouldn’t notice? They REALLY need coffee waitresses that speak good english!
