I don’t understand how this place is still open. As we purchased our food, a man was getting a refund for a 30 minute wait for his food upon catching a flight. The workers are unorganized, the kitchen is a mess, and they have got most orders wrong since standing in this awful line waiting for my food. What a shame to the Puck name.

I was very disappointed the food took 30 minutes to come out and it looked like it was just reheated. I had the rosemary chicken and mashed potatoes. The chicken was dry and skin was tough. While the potatoes were soaked in butter and tasted like instant. I would be ashamed to have my name on this food as a professional chef. I have had the same quality food at a cafeteria.

Honestly this is probably the blandest salad I have ever eaten in my life. I had high hopes. It SOUNDED good! Kale and quinoa with a lemon vinaigrette. In reality I paid over $ 13 for a salad that didn’t taste like anything except a little sweetness from the raisins. No one was particularly helpful. I stood at the counter a while before realizing the salads are pre packaged. I had to go and ask two girls on the other side of the counter where I should check out. They pointed me back to where I came from and got their coworker’s attention for me. The girl who rung me up was not at all friendly and seemed annoyed and exasperated when it took me more than 5 seconds to pull my card out of my wallet. There was no one in line behind me so I know that she wasn’t grumpy because she was busy! All in all a bad experience and would not go back again.

I dropped my son off at SeaTac as he had a flight to catch back to his college in Kansas. I gave him $ 20 to get a meal since we didn’t have time to eat at home. On my drive back to Olympia, I received this text message from him: «Well, just got ripped off 12 dollars from „Wolfgang express“. I bought a meal and 20 minutes of waiting later I ask them if they have my order ready and they said they don’t remember me ordering… So I show a receipt and the three very very limited English speaking people there say „nope, no order started. We can start now though and it’ll be done in 15 – 20 minutes.“ And when I ask for a refund since my flight is taking off… They say no refunds on purchased meals. So I’m pretty pissed off about that one.» I then emailed Wolfgang Puck Express via their website, and received absolutely no response whatsoever. Obviously, they don’t care whatsoever about service or their customers. I fly in and out of SeaTac 20 – 30 times each year, I’ll never give this place another dime of my money!!!

I ordered a wrap without onions, and cross checked at least 3 times saying I am allergic to onions. Still I got my wrap full of onions. Mistakes do happen sometime I understand, the worst part was the manager was having such a don’t care attitude. She told I got it, you asked without onions and we gave with that. No apologies at all. Kind of felt like I am asking them for free food. I am still giving 3 stars, as the lady who was making the wrap apologized and made another one. Taste was ok.

Worst breakfast ever! Ordered the American breakfast, eggs bacon potatoes, over easy eggs were fried in grease and slimy, bacon was crunchy bits broken in 5 pieces, potatoes had cold grease hardened on them, toast was raw bread? How can you screw this up so bad.

SEATTLE Airport, this is s good choice for a quick bite. The food is clean(not a lot of fat) or grease. You order boom it comes out quick, the cool thing is the eggs are not melted into the bread it’s easy to separate the bread and have a good protein low carb breakfast.

Well, it’s airport food. So how good can it be? The good points… service was nice, and fast. Which is good for people trying to catch flights. The seating area was clean and there was a lady that kept coming by to make sure it stayed that way. I ordered breakfast. Potatoes were well seasoned and hot. Decent flavor. The sandwich… sunrise sandwich to be exact, not so much. Tasted like I was biting into a loaf of bread. No real favor. The tomatoes weren’t sliced very well. The sandwich was put together half ass and it tasted that way. With limited possibilities at the airport, not sure I would write them off. I just definitely won’t be getting this sandwich again. Maybe other food items are better.

I have ate at this place twice. The final straw was the long black hair in my salad. I have short blonde hair. I called the number on my receipt, and never heard anything back after initially speaking with the one rep which said I would hear something back. That never happened. The food isn’t that great anyways, so I am sure they are used to hearing complaints like this. Save your money

What can I say except the worst experience ever. It was in no way ‘express’ Wolfgang Puck should be ashamed his name is attached to inferior food and service. We ordered Italian bistro sandwiches and bread was NOT toasted. After I complained they worked on 5 more orders before fixing ours. By than out fries were soggy and cold. And bread was still not toasted correctly. If you are trying to catch a flight skip this place! SLOW service Wolfgang shame on you!

Don’t waste your hard earned money. This isn’t real bacon. Cold food, was sitting out for a while. Looks like crap. I can’t imagine this is what Wolfgang had envisioned when he opened this place.

Really not terrible as far as airport dining goes. My pizza was piping hot and a pretty decent size. Kept me full for my 3.5-hour flight. The ability to have 22oz pints is critical before flying, and Wolfgang Puck delivers on this front. I had a nice, tall pint of the Silver City scotch ale while I waited for my flight to begin boarding. Don’t expect any quietness, and prepare to manœuvre your bag creatively to avoid tripping your fellow customers over.

Don’t waste your time or money on this place. The food is really horrible and it’s really understaffed. I had a eggs, sausage and potatoes. The meal was very greasy and salty. I ended up throwing most of the food in the trash. I’m sure there are better restaurants in this airport. Find them.

As far as airport food goes this was pretty good. My Margherita pizza was generous in portions and really enjoyable. I will say that they were generous with the Parmesan cheese on top. Gave it quite a salty flavor but I didn’t hate it. We ate on the express side and just kind of guessed as to what protocol was here. We ordered and paid at a counter, were given a number, and took a seat wondering what to do about getting some water. When our food came out it was brought to us by a kind quasi-waitress woman. She then brought us napkins and waters. But this was about 15 minutes after we sat down. I wanted to tip her but we had already paid with a car at the counter and had no cash. It was a decent place to waste some time and fill up on something other than premise sandwiches and yogurt parfaits.

Even thought they have Express associated with this classier joint, it’s about average. If you’re taking your food to go, know that your food falls in the queue of dine in and lunch preparation as well. Choose your selection and timing wisely. You’re also paying for the name. I was looking for a sandwich which was costing $ 10 – 13 and it was an average sandwich size wrapped in a plastic bag. I’m usually good about packing my snacks for the airport for a long flight. It’s a rough experience getting herded through tsa with restrictions on what you can bring, then they add an extra $ 5 – 10 on anything you’d like to purchase. I suppose if you’re eating carry out it seems ludicrous to pay more than $ 10 for a salad that is mainly lettuce with thin shavings of chicken. Same for a wrap that has a thin layer of hummus and veggies. If you’re looking for a clean place and flashy bar you may not notice the prices. I was hoping this would’ve been one of the airport gems that are a nicer experience and the prices aren’t too far from the normal prices. Lesson learned, check the reviews before you pay. Silly silly mistake :(

This place looks classier than it ends up being. They sell it really well with a fancy sign and pretty good décor. However, they’re definitely built to be a quick-stop restaurant. They serve your food on paper plates and give you plasticware, which should give you some sense of their caliber. That being said, their Rotisserie Chicken was pretty good! See my pics for more details. COST: About $ 35 total including tip for 2 entrees and an iced tea. ENTREES * Half Rotisserie Chicken(rosemary, mashed potatoes, garlic butter. $ 13.95) — 4 stars Good flavor on the chicken, fairly moist(though also oily), and I love the light crispness and flavor in the skin. The mashed potatoes, however, could use more texture. * Turkey Club(baby greens, bacon, avocado, tomatoes, pepperoncini aioli, whole grain bread. $ 12.50) — 3 stars Decent. The bread is a bit stale, and the bacon was too crispy. Fries were quite crispy too.

Offensively priced wine. $ 21 for a glass of Malbec. Are you insane? I am really sick of Seattle’s whole obsession with celebrity chefs. You’ve got Tom Douglas charging sky high prices for basic pizzas at Serious Pie, and not to mention his 3924 other overpriced eateries in Seattle. He somehow buddies up to Jeff Bezos… and south Lake Union is filthy with his trendy restaurants. Foolishness! The found just isn’t that great from Celebrity Chefs. I’m sick of the hype and stupid, stupid prices. Celebrity Chefs can rot. It’s not that hard to cook something decent. To me, making a chef famous is absolutely just as ridiculous as making a Kardashian famous. Booooo!!!

Actually, not a bad option for airport food! And it’s a nice difference from the standard Alaska Lodge pub food. I got a cup of the butternut squash soup which was delicious. It came with a side of garlic bread. We shared the parm fries, which were okay — the dusting of parm was more like dry snow than actual parm cheese. Do yourself and get the 9oz wine pour. It. Is. Good.

Worst food ever like jesus get it together … Ordered two simple pizzas and waited about an hr when I had only hour and half before my flight and when we got the pizzas both ordered were wrong and the manager didn’t work to well with us when she was under the pressure After waiting for so long we only got one pizza brought to us and even that one didn’t have any cheese on it … Just the bread, sauce and 4 pieces of pepperoni … What a joke Save ur money and go somewhere else

$ 9 wimpy sandwiches that go cheap on filling, but have delicious fresh bread and great fries. Just didn’t care for mouthfuls of bread and very thin layer of protein and veg. Quality ingredients. $ 12 for total. To be expected for airport pricing.
