This place is always a mess, the manager really needs to get their staff in order. The sugar stand is never stocked and always needs a wipe down. The food case looks terrible and nothing is labelled, how can you sell anything? The staff are ok, but could be a bit politer. To be fair they’re probably understaffed and overworked but in that case they need to have a sit down with the manager. I’m amazed Target hasn’t stepped in and told Starbucks to get their act together.

Super bad service:( I purchased a beverage there before the $ 2 off coupon for seasonal drinks expired. I presented the coupon while I purchased the drink, but after I bought the drink, I noticed that the staff didn’t deduct $ 2 from my purchase. I asked the staff for a refund but he didn’t know how to do a refund and just asked me to call the customer service. Ok fine. Then I’ve stood there and waited for almost 15 mins(It was not rush hour and there were only a few customers at that time). I don’t know if the coupon thing messed him up, he totally forgot my beverage… And he DIDN’T APOLOGIZE at all and finally gave me a wrong sized drink???(I ordered a verti sized but he gave me a grande one.) I was really annoyed but I just left as I didn’t have much time to complain and wait another 15 mins for my verti sized drink. That was my WORST experience in Starbucks:(

I’m always looking to save some cash which means I spend a fair amount of time at Target. This Starbucks is located inside the store. In recent times, I’ve only reviewed a Starbucks location if they have deviated from the norm. I’ve also decreased my visits of store locations since the quality is different — the employees do not work for Starbucks. The space is cramped because of the amount of tables. And shopping carts! Can I blame a business for that? When it violates the fire code I can. The service? I’ve struggled with how to define it but such words as sub-par, barely adequate, and wanting come to mind. I feel like they should let me behind the counter to measure the lines on the cups and blend drinks and make customers wait incessantly in line for no apparent reason.
