So the other day, I went in to try out a seasonal drink I’ve never had before. After a telling the sweet employee(wish I got her name), she politely encouraged me if I didn’t like the drink to simply bring it back and they’ll exchange it for another! Wow! Excellent customer service right there. Although I’m not one to mooch on such offers, especially since I hate wasting any type of drinks or food, I thought I’d share this. All good deeds don’t deserve to go unnoticed, so on behalf of everyone that’s had a great experience with you all, THANKYOU.

The. Worst. Unclean store, got my order wrong(gave me sweetened instead of unsweetened), had the perks for a gold card wrongl, crappy attitude, barista didn’t ring me up properly. They charged me anyway and don’t remake, or offer to remake, the drink. The worst of any Starbucks I’ve ever been to. Avoid and go to the better one down the street.

Super long way more often than not. Seems to be perpetually understaffed and very busy. I think we all get used to outstanding service at Starbucks but the store is poorly organized compared to others.

I ordered the big box of coffee from them a total of 3 times this past year and each time they forgot about it and made the coffee in a rush. The first time I called the night before and the morning staff never saw the memo. The second time and third time I called in an hour ahead and they still forgot. Today I asked the barista how much time I should give them and he said only 30 minutes. Which is upsetting because I have given them plenty of time to prepare. The coffee taste the same but I feel like Starbucks need to have a better plan or procedure for orders that are called in. Just an upsetting experience and I am going to see who else can prepare large quantities of coffee to-go.

Ok Talk about things CHANGING :(I haven’t been going to this location for about a year or so. I went back in about 4 times in the last couple of months and only recognized ONE face all 4 times… All the originals that made this location TOPNOTCH have moved on up in the starbucks world.(DEFIANTLY not surprised they deserve it) Well with that being said I DO need to say this… I think the new uniform at this location doesn’t only include the normal Cute green aprons we all love but also a lovely pair of black CRANKYPANTS. Its too bad too because I loved this place. :(

Great fast service. They do what sbux does best — get you in and out with a smile! They are well stocked and eager to help you order what fits your mood in whatever weather. If it’s cold — try the Oprah chai tea latte, or if it’s hot out(and by hot I mean over 65 degrees out) have the very berry refresher. Anyway you go, they are sure to please!

Old school Starbucks, lacks the cozy charm of the more updated ones. This Starbucks is rather generic, and as other people have noted, the parking lot is sometimes parked up. This one guarantees their staple drinks, and many of their food items, but feels dated compared to the more updated«Restoration Hardware» inspired interiors. They do have at least one rolling kid chair, which was wonderful, however, the staff seemed a bit bugged out at my well-behaving(seriously!) toddler. Luckily, the other customers were charmed by him. This is one of those coffee places that is not a destination, but when needing a caffeine fix, is just dandy.

I love going to this Starbucks. They are fast and right by my work so it is very convenient. The only problem I have is whenever I ask for a tall, they charge me a grande and give me a grande even when I asked for a tall size. I guess I am gonna have to speak louder. This has happen more than two times now and when I said something last time, the girl kinda shrugged it off… But over all GREAT customer service. The guy who usually works there in the morning is AWESOME. I don’t know his name but always super fast with everything making me on time to work. :)

These guys were really weird about making a London Fog. Made a point of making me say«Earl Gray Latte with foam» because apparently London Fog is copyrighted. Thanks for the info, but I don’t care. Just wanted a tea. It was like a 6 or 7 as far as teas go. Very not special, very not bad. The turkey panini probably made me and my friend sick, though. Hmm. Would do 2.5 stars if I could.

A-okay. Not my favorite location b/c the parking lot is ALWAYS full, but the coffee tastes as it should and service is quick. I usually end up parking more towards the back of the lot, cuz the main parking drag in front is always full and you’ll have to get on NG way to get back into it.

I had good service here and decent coffee. The space is a little squeezed for seating. There are four comfy chairs and about five tables. The WIFI here was a sluggish and eventually stopped working. I don’t like that the parking is limited to two hours at this location. This is a hunker down location(as it’s a tad inconvenient to get to) and 2 hours is the minimum I’d want to spend here.

I was in this Starbucks because I had about three hours to kill waiting for a friend. I walked in and found the place to be normal comfortable Starbucks. A place to get a nice black cup of coffee and do a little reading. I walked up to the counter and didn’t have any problems or attitude from behind the counter. Here’s where the problem starts… with one of my biggest pet peeves. Shift change started with a tinny little girl who started working behind the bar. The minute she got out here she started talking about all the drama that I’m sure fills her life. Don’t get me wrong because I’m not judging her on her drama filled life. I just have no desire to hear about who just got fired, how upset they were, or how they will get their last check mailed. You can talk with your coworker with a lower voice if your really require to tell them the smack you just found out. What gave this store two stars was there nasty restroom. I walked in and thought I was in a dive bar restroom where the norm is pissing on the walls. Epic Fail Starbucks Manager. Cleaning up your restroom and your employee’s behind the counter conversation should be top priority.

Awesome Find! Found a closer Starbucks for the maternal-unit’s WiFi’ing SITREP Now the shoe’s on the other foot: my mother was the one that made me into a coffee addict as a young adult when she took me to the original Pike’s Place Market. In the intervening years, she slipped off coffee(«keeps me awake», «I don’t like being jumpy», «makes me go to the bathroom too much», yada yada yada.) But now that I’m hanging out with her more, I’ve become responsible now for«re-introducing» her into the wonders of coffee-addiction. Not completely by choice, mind you, but purely by necessit y — it’s one of those«necessary evils» as the price to pay to get my dear mum more into using her wifi-netbook. Now she can hook into the Starbucks«hot spots» where she can access free-internet closer to her home(literally a down the street, and not further away). SETUP So after getting mammasita all situated at a table, and instructing her on the basics of booting up her netbook, looking for the wifi-signal, logging onto her email accounts(and Facebook, and Unilocal, and AARP …), she is a terror all raring to go as she plummets(scarily fast) on the great mysterious internet made up of «tubes upon tubes upon tubes». COFFEE Now she wants to fuel her addiction for the internet with a newfound addiction for caffeine. [Yes, I blame myself.] But I’ve noticed it gives the old bitty a renewed interest is «getting out» of the confines of her home and I am really really happy about that! She is even starting to make friends and has regular times she comes and meets peeps! She even… meets GUYS here for coffee now! *gasp!* Somehow the ol’ tart started to figure out the and eHarmony stuff on her own without me even having to show(let along wanting to… ewww…) her how to do it. I even had the recent experience where MYOWNMOM actually FLAKED on me for dinner one evening because she forgot! Since she was out on a date! Actually, that couldn’t make me happier… THEDOWNSIDE This location — as some other locations I’m running across here in Seattle — will not make the Veranda Blonde or Dark Roast after 12 noon, which I find ridiculous. This is my primary and favorite coffee Starbucks blend, so to NOT make it available is not a positive business practice for this store. In fact, there are a few other locations I’ve been to Washington State, California, and even Nevada that even after they may close down the main coffee maker serving Blonde, will do the individual pours through their quasi-French press single-server no matter what time of the day during their normal business hours. This is a definitely customer-service deficiency and why ONE-STAR is deducted. But all-in-all, this is a decent location. THELOWDOWN Starbucks…where old bitties like my mother get their mojo going on…

I don’t know how to write this review without sounding like a bigot. Because I’m not. But recently this particular Starbucks has been taken over by taxi drivers who just sit there presumably until they get a call. I mean, that’s the beauty of Starbucks, you buy a drink and you hang out. And maybe you hang out with a friend. Two at the most. But this Starbucks is so packed with taxi drivers that there is nowhere for anyone else to sit. Except the handicapped table. And that is reserved for people who need accommodations. So I buy my drink and I stand around for a few minutes. Then I leave. Pathetically sitting in my car when I should be in a comfy chair. Inside. Grrrr.

Starby’s may not have the best coffee in Seattle, but there is something to be said about finding comfort in consistency… the green mermaid lady cups, my predictably average tall americano misto, and the availability of a not-so-bad-for-you breakfast of a turkey bacon breakfast sandwich at a decent price. That being said, this may be one of the most inconsistent Starbucks I have ever patronized. Usually very smiley, nice baristas, but not so usually well prepared drinks. Sometimes it’s fast, usually really slow, sometimes they remember the sandwich, sometimes they don’t. Some things you can count on: –It’s crowded. Don’t expect to find a seat right away –Baristas are nice. –Fresh bananas that aren’t mushy or small!

I walked into this Starbucks while waiting for my flat tire to be fixed. It’s just 2-minute walking distance. It’s a pretty good size of coffee shop. And, there were good selections of pastry. I ordered a Cheese Danish and a cup of herbal tea. The Barista was really considerate and asking me whether I wanted my cheese danish to be warmed up. As far as the seating goes, there are a lot of tables and couches in the store. I managed to find a table and used WIFI. And, later on, I was able to move to the other table close to outlet. Therefore, I can charge my laptop.
