They’re open 24 hours, and that’s the only thing that recommends them. The only game in town at midnight on a Tuesday… Coffee is drinkable, which is is the highest praise any Starbucks beverage will get from me. Service is unnecessarily rushed and perfunctory. Store is pretty dirty. The food is a horror if they have a hand in preparing it. Opt for prefab stuff, that the employees don’t have to make or manipulate, like pastries or pre-made salads and sandwiches. I ordered a spinach feta wrap based solely on the description and picture. What I received looked like it had been thrown across the room or stepped on, and was so hot it could not be held, let alone consumed, safely. The tortilla was dry and hard at the edges. Disgusting! THIS. This is why Starbucks needs to go away. They have no scruples about dishing up crap. They won’t be getting another cent of my money, no matter how far from home or how in need of coffee I may be. I encourage you all to do likewise!

They always have smiling staff here. Drinks come out fast, and they are always friendly. Great job.

I give this Starbucks only one star because of the customer service. If zero stars were possible that is what they would be gerting from me. The last few times I went it, they had new people and I kept getting charged extra for things I didn’t even order and my drink was always wrong. I brought this to the managers attention and told her if this were my Store that I worked at we would just do what we call a «recovery.» She was rude and acted like all I wanted was something free. I will never be going here again. I now drive a mile down the road when my work is less than a block from here.

As far as Starbucks go this place, though often busy, is fine. Love that it’s 24 hour. Staff has always been friendly and helpful going through the drive-through or in store. Clean and generally well kept. No complaints here.

we ordered ice white mocha and hot white ice mocha with peppermint syrup. We got the ice one with no whipped cream(the guy ensured the drink comes with whipped cream), and the hot one has no peppermint :(We were in a hurry so we didn’t check our drink. Anw, can’t deny the fact they open 24/7, even on Thanksgiving.

Love that it’s open 24⁄7! I only go through the drive through so I don’t know what the inside is like but they always make my drink really well and are super friendly.

The. Worst. Unclean store, got my order wrong(gave me sweetened instead of unsweetened), had the perks for a gold card wrong, tremendously crappy attitude, barista didn’t ring me up properly. They charged me for the incorrect drink anyway and don’t remake, or offer to remake, the drink. The worst of any Starbucks I’ve ever been to. Avoid and go to the better one down the street.

This Starbucks is open 24 hours. The lobby close at either 11 or 12 but the drive thru is 24 hours. The baristas are quite friendly here. It’s also a comfortable place to study or so some work. Food/drinks same as all other locations.

It’s the only 24⁄7 Starbucks that I know of. Otherwise, I would have gone somewhere else. Lines are long in the morning, as expected. Drive through service is slow. Staff is not always that great. They can never get my drink right. By the time I’m on the road, it is too late to turn around. At the end of my day, I have to return back to the store to let them know that they really screwed up my drink. Yes, they did remake my drink which was slightly better than nothing. They need to work on their service recovery because it blows. I also got charged for thinks like soy and syrups for no apparent reason. A splash of soy in an iced coffee is not the same as a soy latte. I hate people whom gives me attitude at the drive through. It is not my fault that they worked the drive through. It’s a horrible place and complaining to the corporate office isn’t going to do abything. Such a waste of time and work to even fight against them. Just make my drink right.

One of the better Starbucks in seattle and Ive been to almost all of them. The staff is very professional and actually listen to you when you tell them your drink. Im tired of constantly saying my drink 3 times over before the barista gets it. Ive never had that problem at this starbucks. It has a good atmosphere as well. The store itself is physically small so if your with a large group of people not the greatest to go sit down and chat at but as far as making coffee, food and customer service; 5 stars all the way.

Stopped here on our way on a road trip, I get anxiety from caffeine so I asked for a tall decaf white chocolate mocha. What I got was a grande with caffeine that was completely burned. Tameka was working the window when I got it. Honestly the only reason I didn’t go in and have them change it is because we were on the freeway already. I had to throw my drink away.

Super friendly staff who about 98% of the time get the drinks right. My boyfriend is European so his coffee is very specific and if they happen to get it wrong they are nice and willing to correct the mistake. I live this starbucks and their friendly staff.

They didn’t mess up my coffee and the service was fantastically friendly. Don’t know what’s going on with other people. The location sucks but it’s close to home and a good place to go(until 10 pm) to get out of the house.

Waiting in the drive thru line for almost 20 minutes was a little much. It didn’t move, so obviously there was SOMETHING going on. I finally got to the window and the girl wasn’t happy that I said my order was wrong. No its not she said. I am allergic to chocolate. This has chocolate. She was not happy with me, I felt bad, I know that she was busy and overall frustrated with the line. She handed me another drink, a cookie crumbled frappucino filled with chocolate and walked away. So I brought it to my employees and a couple of them split it. So, today my coffee plans were foiled. Maybe next time.

This is the first 24 hour starbucks I was aware of in the area. We make it a point to stop off on almost all trips to the airport which can be at odd hours. It also comes in handy if you work nights and need some coffee later than most places are open. My friend and I like to stop on our way to and from soccer games in Seattle. It has a drive thru and a gas station and even a taco stand in the back. Service is fast. Its super close to the ferry exit. The only real issue can be getting in and out of the driveway.

This is the only 24 hour Starbucks in Seattle… weird location — easy access off of freeway but it’s attached to a gas station and to go thru the drive-thru you drive thru a dark parking lot — at night it’s dark and creepy. Everytime I’ve been staff has been rude and our drinks are always wrong… they get 2 stars because they are open 24 hrs.

Considering I pass this Starbucks to get to the free way daily, the fact that it has a drive thru makes its very convenient. That being said, it isn’t always so convenient when the drive thru wraps all the way around the side of the building into the gas station parking lot. I also have one recommendation for this Starbucks, as a drive thru location. The drive thru Starbucks in my hometown has a tendency to get very backed up, just like this one in North Gate. Knowing that people are busy, if something holds up the line for too long and people are forced to wait 15 – 20 min for their coffee, the Starbucks in my hometown gives you your coffee for free. However, this Starbucks has never as much even apologized for the wait. The gesture would be very much appreciated and would encourage me to return as a customer.

Night class soon. Gonna need a pick me up. Close to the apt… not a fan of starbucks in general but it’s a coffee place for a quick pick me up if I don’t want to buy it at school.

Clean location, friendly barista, well-made iced chai. Not so good? The creepy guy sitting out front watching my sister and I as we’re getting out of the car. But that’s not really anything to do with Starbucks in general…
