Oh my goodness you guys– if you like sales, this is your Rite Aid! I just spend $ 40 bucks and got over $ 200 in products. The sales are seasonal, so always be checking! Good service, too.

I read a lot of the negative comments and I think for the most part people are just sensitive and have expectations that are higher then the universe. I have been going to this Rite Aid now for 6+ years and have always found everyone friendly and helpful. My main reason for the visit is for picking up my medication and sure sometimes there might be some communication issues with my Dr who at times takes forever to fax the orders in but I feel like the pharmacy team here is top notch. Their really good about letting me know when my meds are ready and I have never once had anyone to be unfriendly. The store is clean and well kept. Keep up the great work!

They have big signs up everywhere saying items for 75% off. When you get to the register she tells me not your items just the other items are 75% off?! What kind of sense does that make? They should more clearly marked their signage. I must agree with everybody else in this that the pharmacy is completely horrific. I got a medicine there for my daughter, The pharmacy said it could not be flavored. I called the doctor and the doctor said that is incorrect the medicine can be flavored. I had to return to the pharmacy with a sick child and the medicine because I was given incorrect information. To make matters worse they then charged me for the flavoring… After I had to drive all the way back from my house to get it. Westwood Village is much nicer and I never have any problems there.

I haven’t been to this location as a pharmacy, but I do use it often for moisturizers, travel items, and hair products. I love their location outside the busy Alaska junction. They have their own lot and it’s huge with generously sized spots which is my biggest complaint about the Bartell’s in the Safeway strip mall on the south junction and also with the Bartell’s in the north junction. I have seen shattered car window shards before on nearby side streets(Dawson?) and the outdoor lights are dim so I probably wouldn’t dally if I parked in the shadowy outer realms of the lot at night. The staff are friendly and the store is pretty clean. They also happen to have a healthy living section where you can buy quinoa chips and Beanitos which is super awesome! If you’re looking for more obscure herbs or supplements, you’d probably be better off trying PCC but I like that they have a grocery section with a limited refrigerated selection, wine, beer and the household /seasonal aisles you’ve come to expect at pharmacies today.

Came in for the pharmacy. Had to wait a bit for someone to notice me but then they were friendly and helpful. Cons: The pharmacy has different hours than the store, so the hours listed for them on Unilocal aren’t accurate. The pharmacy closes at 9PM M-F. This location doesn’t have a drive thru.
