I booked online directly, and their guy Jesse showed up promptly for my 1-hour appointment. What I liked: — Accurate estimates, did what was promised, — Booking online was new; but I appreciated the call and text follow-up from Will, essentially their account manager, to assure me all was going as planned. — Handyman(Jesse) came on time, left my place nice and tidy, got the work done on time and in budget. — One stop shop: had one place to go with my home repairs, and for larger projects I knew they had a local provider network they could hook me up with

This service is so helpful. They have rebuilt windows for me, taken off wallpaper, redone a deck. Long list of things I wouldn’t know who exactly to call. There is a clear way to contact them via phone or via the messages online.
