If I could give this place a zero, I would. The customer service is a hot mess and the incompetence oozes as much as the grease does from their pizzas. I ordered 12 pizzas for my students with 24 hours notice because I know it’s a big order and I needed it the next day by 11:50. They tell me that they cannot charge my card for an order in advance and that I have to call back again the next day with my payment information. I call today, at 11:00 am and I get sent to a call center and am put on hold for 15 – 20 minutes with no contact with the store at all. They don’t seem to believe in answering their phones. Even when the call center is trying to reach the location. So, twenty minutes of being on hold, and no guarantee that they are even making the 12 pizzas I need for the ravenous teenagers that need to be delivered in less than half an hour, the call center takes my payment information. To my surprise, the pizzas did arrive, but the driver was told it was going to be a cash order. Ummm, no. I just gave your call center my payment information 25 minutes ago so they could charge me. So the driver tried to call his own location, but no one would answer it. They don’t even answer the phones when their own employees are trying to reach them. Lovely. It took another 15 minutes for the driver to talk to the call center and give them my payment information. YAY. Congratulations, you completed an order. In my rush to get to my students 15 minutes late, I forgot to collect the receipt that I need to get reimbursed by my institution. So now I am again, on hold with their precious call center, waiting for the location to answer and offer me a freaking receipt. It has been 11 minutes and I am still on hold. WTF, MAN??? The only reason why I went with this place is because they deliver before 4 pm. I will never order anything from this place again. I don’t understand how they are still in business, honestly.

If I could rate zero stars then I would. This is probably the worst pizza hut location I have ever experienced. Every single time they screw up my order and you can no longer call the location with issues. You get routed to a call center. I am currently on hold to get ahold of someone to FIXMYDELIVERYORDER but it has been 20min now. I am about to drive there instead. I am never, ever, ordering from this location again.

I’m not an anti Pizza Hut person. I’ve had really good Pizza Hut pizza before but never from this pace. I hope this is the worst Pizza Hut in the chain because I’d hate to image one worse. Even the cross cut fries, although crispy, had a weird chemical tang to them. Don’t even get me started on the pizza. Spend a couple bucks more and go to Suni’s up 20 blocks on the left. Or spend the same and go to Domino’s.

Ordered delivery. Delivery driver went to wrong part of building and expected me to come to him. It would’ve involved either A) Walking down a very steep hill in pajamas and then figuring out where he was because I just moved in and have no idea where another entrance would be. B) Walking through the building by either going down a flight of stairs or taking an elevator and then walking down 2 long hallways. For him? Get in car. Drive to correct door. For me? Lots of stress trying to locate him, then having to carry an awkwardly shaped pizza box and a bag of drinks and a box of breadsticks either up stairs or up a steep hill. I should mention I am across the street from this location. Literally my apartment complex is across the street. If I wanted carry out, I would have carried out. There’s a reason we pay a delivery fee. There’s a reason I always tip well. I was happy with this location a few months ago, guess it’s gone downhill. I told the driver to cancel my order and then immediately called the store but since I am *literally* across the street, when I asked for the manager his co-worker handed the phone to him and he pretended to be the manager. Sorry, I just spent like 5 minutes on the phone with you while you told me you were standing at the right door. I know your voice, boo. Not to mention he wasn’t even on the correct street.

This place is a joke. It is beyond messed up. We ordered three pizzas online. Not only was the wait time two hours — which I’m not upset about [there was a Seahawks game on] — but one of them was made incorrectly.(Ordered light cheese, we got extra cheese and they forgot a topping.) I called them, they offered me a $ 10 credit. A TENDOLLAR credit for a large pizza! No, no. I had them make the pizza the way it was ordered, but was told that it would be another two hour wait for delivery or a one hour wait for carry out. That is absolutely ludicrous. When you make a mistake, you need to correct it right away, not send it to the back of the line line as if it’s a brand new order. On top of all of this, the idiot on the phone didn’t sound like he had a clue what he was doing. Never again!

Hey man, I know this place has a bad rep. However, I made the mistake. I hit the last digit wrong on my number and the dude wasnt able to find me. After a long ring the awesome manager supplied me with a killer deal. Customer service isnt EASY. So knock off the attitudes. 5 star. EDIT. I made this review prior to the arrival of my order. It has now been 3 hours since my order. Ill be visiting the store during the morning hours and speaking directly to this locations owner. Not the manager. Date and calls logged. No order to be found. Also, during the THIRD phone call to this establishment an employee was heard laughing over the phone while discussing my order with the«night manager». This is not customer service. This is a business failing due to incompetence.

These guys are uneless, they screwed up our night by being all kinds of late, refused to pick up their phone, I was stuck without money for food because they walked off with my pizza. Oh my gosh. just had to deal with the WORST customer service EVER. Ordered a pizza, literally live 2 blocks away. Said it would be a 2 hour wait before delivery. OK it’s Sunday they are busy. 2 hours later pizza delivered. Wow pizza was COLD and was not even looking like a round pizza. Had definitely been manhandled. Drive over and want a hot pizza, cuz a $ 25 dollar pizza should at least be warm its only 2blocks away. When we were finally acknowledged 9 minutes after we entered the store, girl behind counter finally comes out after I loudly ask who is in charge of customer service.. Seemed dumbfounded that we wanted a hot pizza. Said we didn’t have to pay for the replacement she could compensate us for that. Horrible customer service very disappointed

Disgusting! A Honey Bucket truck being used for delivery? The place was a pig-sty inside. Looks like it hasn’t gotten a proper cleaning in months. Dirt and Debris has obviously been swept under the freezers instead of being swept up properly. Never going back to this store and am calling the health dept.

Bad one dot bother. Save time and money go over to QFC and buy frozen. You be happier I’m sure. Ordered on line order was to be ready at 4:35 about. Hr After I ordered no problem. I go over at 4:15. Clerk can not find order than he finds it. Did not know when it be ready. This was the second time this happened to me last time I waited 45 mins to pick up a on line order. Don’t bother ordering at this one it’s not good. Your wasting your money. Funny I just got a survey to tell them how the pizza was. I never got it.

$ 10 or $ 11 for a Large with All the toppings you want. Its better than a frozen safeway pizza for $ 5. Its better than the pizza i make at home since i cant get all the ingredients at this price. I normally call in. I normally just take a drive to pick it up. I normally allow myself to just one or two slices since most times friends and fam gobble the rest. Its a solid pizza at this price. Its a small pizza shop that does volume of business. I cannot tell you much about the ingredients whether it is more tastier than other pizza shops since for me and its bad to say it like this, but pizza is all the same to me. i ate most pizzas in the state of washington, flying squirrel, pagliacci, romi, romeo, sicilian pizza, serious pie, mod pizza, dominos, shakeys, god fathers, round table pizza, cici, zeeks, little ceaser pizza pizza, pulcinella, chicago style, pan pizza, thin pizza, hand tossed, new york style, bambino, tavern pizza, pizza mart, humble pie, wood fired pizza, alki pizza, calfornia pizza, oregon pizza, washington pizza, canada pizza, mad pizza, 4 boys pizza, 4 men pizza, mamas pizza, papas pizza, machiavelli pizza, vegan pizza, all meat pizza, luigi pizza, spiro pizza, santorini pizza, amore pizza, giovanni pizza, suni’s pizza, gino’s pizza, and the list goes unending… My taste buds when it comes to pizzas are equal wherever i eat them at. I have to give this place and all pizza joints a solid 3 star a High OK rating in my book.

Perhaps on any day but Super Bowl Sunday I would recommend ordering online here because every order I had up until today has been exemplary. But not today. Perhaps they were too busy because I ordered a Personal Pan Pizza with double Italian Sausage and Double Jalapeño, black olives and cheese, but all I got was a plain cheese Personal Pan Pizza. I tried to call the store but there was no answer, then the call was connected to a computer and all I heard was the screech of a computer modem.

After placing and order online, I quickly realized I picked the wrong delivery address. I called immediately and corrected the mistake. When I called I was asked for my credit card again which I happily gave. When my order arrived and hour later, only one out of the three items were delivered. Not only that but the pizza was cold. I called again and was greeted by ‘manager’ Alex. He was not helpful and needs some more teachings on customer service. He offered to ‘credit my account $ 5′ — and when he brought up the refund process he said ‘it took more work to do’. Incorrect move. When I called yet again I finally got ahold of the actual general manager, Jaimie. She on the other hand did great at service recovery and unfortunately had to clean up all the mistakes her other manager/employees made along the way. She said that the refund process is very easy and she would deliver my voided receipt to me, rather than have me go get it. This all happens over a course of 3 hours… Jaimie, you’ve got your work cut out for you. Delivery driver, sorry for you also having to deal with their mistakes. Although there is supposedly a ‘credit’ to my account, I don’t think we will be ordering from Pizza Hut again.

For a pizza joint that has been well established and around for YEARS, this place should NOT be operating the way it is. I called the other night trying to order pizza for 6 hungry individuals at my friend’s apartment(it was my friend’s birthday too) They said they don’t deliver to the address I was at, so they gave me a number to the other pizza hut that would deliver to us. When I called that location, they gave me the same problem and referred me to yet ANOTHER location. Lo and behold, the location that the other guys referred me to was this one, the first location that I had called already. When I called back, the same sales associate Zach picked up and was very polite, apologized for the inconvenience and told me he would get his manager to figure it out. THEN, here’s the best part. The manager Russell gets on the phone and with an extremely irritated and impatient voice, says, «Sir, I can GUARANTEE you that we don’t deliver to your address and that the other location does.» As if I was a complete idiot. Here’s a piece of advice for Mr. Russell: LEARNFROMYOUREMPLOYEESBECAUSETHEYKNOWHOWTODEALWITHCUSTOMERS/DO YOURJOBWAYBETTERTHANYOUDO, THUSSAVINGYOU A LOTOFBUSINESS, GOODSIR. 1) i do NOT own pizza hut. I don’t know which store delivers to my friend’s address, so don’t talk to me like i’m blaming you. I was simply calling back because the other store sent me back there. 2) I was NOT complaining to Zach, just simply asking to clarify where i should call to get some f**king pizza delivered to me. Apparently the manager thought i was bitching so he decided to take up a tone with me. 3) That is NOT how you treat a paying customer. I don’t care if you’re pissed off because you’re the manager at a shitty Pizza Hut, don’t take it out on a customer who is terribly confused by the lack of organization between stores. Basically this completely turned me off to Pizza Hut. The only thing that keeps me ordering is their $ 10 deal and stuffed crust, only because I can’t get it anywhere else. Anyways, ended up going to dominos and getting our pizza and breadsticks in less than 30 minutes. Any time the idea of pizza is brought up at my friend’s house now, Pizza Hut is the LASTRESORT.
