This review is for a dark-skinned feminine male named Justice. I frequent this location daily, as I live across the street, and it’s a good place to stop to grab a quick breakfast before work. Sometimes, I stop in after work because I am too tired to cook when I go home. Tonight(3÷2÷2016) at 7:00PM I had the misfortune of having a fellow named Justice as my cashier. First off, he waited 10 minutes to even acknowledge my presence at the register. Then I told him I wanted the Rodeo Burger in a combo, with large fries and a drink. He said he would«get fired» for putting that into a combo. I told him I just had it yesterday, and still have the receipt. He told me his district manager would fire the person that did that because it’s a «thing» for them. Last time I checked, employees don’t get fired for putting a burger into a combo meal. Having worked in the food industry, this is a common occurrence, but maybe this guy is just too lacking in deductive skills to realize you can simply put the burger into an order with large fries and a large drink. Voila, it’s a combo! Holy shit! Who knew you could put 3 items together. you know. COMB-ining them? I am saddened to be writing this review because of the friendly morning staff. This guy just treated me so horribly that I find this review necessary. Stay clear of this place after they switch to the lunch/dinner menu. Trust me.

I don’t give ones out ever except to places that earn it. Drove through on 11÷21÷15 and ordered four items. Drive home and had three. The fourth item was a $ 5.00 burger. Typically I would shrug it off, but that’s $ 5.00 and it was dinner. We were hungry. I called and the phone rang eight times. No answer. Drive back down and was ignored while I was standing in line. Spoke up and told them what had happened. The drive thru guy yelled«Hey Justin… this guys got a problem.» I re-explained the situation to Justin who looks barely old enough to vote. He says«I’ll make you the whopper.» I said, well since the food is now cold(after I drove home three miles and went upstairs) and he sighed, and threw the food away and went into the back. No apology, not even an admission of responsibility as the supervisor there. The food was given to me via another employee while Justin hid in the back. Fast forward to tonight, 11÷29÷15. Drive through to see if they could redeem themselves. Same knuckleheads were there. I was told one price at the drive through and then told a lesser price at the second window. I was charged the higher price I was expecting. Waited 9 long minutes for the food to come out. It came out and I drove away apprehensive. I pulled over and checked. Son of a bitch. No salad. I immediately drove back through. I said I was just there and I didn’t get my salad. They replied, go back through and we will hand it off. Waited another five minutes for the car in front to go through(it was 10pm and the dining room was closed) and was handed the salad, again with no apology. Got home. NODRESSING. REALLY??? My wife returned as I would have probably not been the nicest person and requested a refund and for the now cold food to be re-made. Justin told my wife«you know I could get fired for doing this…» Really guy? He should be disciplined at the least for being a poor shift leader and not taking responsibility for his staffs lack of care and accuracy. We were given a refund and fresh food that was prepared sloppily. I sincerely hope the franchise owner reads these reviews because his bottom line is being eroded by these knuckleheads that are obviously not cut out for the service industry. We will not return again.

as I have said in some of my other reviews I consider a good burger the fifth food group. but I don’t go here for the burger, they are way to slow most of the time average at best as far as taste goes I go here for the chicken nuggets and other chicken items. cheap and filling, the spicy hot chicken fries are really good If you like spicy hot items. warning stay out of the drive through the wait seems like forever most of the time

The service is usually slow every time I go and eat here. The food is good though. Nothing different from any other fast food place. The dining area is clean and there’s always room to eat when I go.

I’ve never reviewed a fast food restaurant. I have been to this BK twice. Both times it took 15 – 20 minutes to get my order. The first time it was kind of busy, last time it was not. The one guy working the register this last time was also the only guy bagging up orders. There were probably about 50 items ready to go that just sat and sat. Not sure how long my stuff sat up there, but it was cold by the time I got home, about 5 minutes later. Unfortunately for me it doesn’t work to microwave stuff with lettuce, tomato, onion, etc. THISISNOTFASTFOOD!

Bad service sooo bad… i bought a regular double bacon cheeseburger and one Jr bacon they gave me 2 Jr and wen i asked the manager why it seem the same he open the 2 burger w/his barehand told em i’m not going to eat tht, u touch it w/ur hand… he yelled and said he had been serving me for a long time tht i need to leave… i dnt think its wrong to ask if they got my burger mixed up… tht is a bad service for me

We have a new baby and wanted to get something quick so as to avoid a carseat meltdown. So, we pulled into this Burger King. Not only was the wait forever, but they left off part of our order. By the time we were back on the road, it was just not worth going back with a kid. We looked for a receipt to get the order later, but they didn’t give us a receipt either. When we decided to go back through the drive through a few days later when on errands, they were totally unobliging. The food is just fine here, but the service really, really is lacking. I never did get the food I paid for — I guess I’d have to go get it off my credit card statement somehow to «prove» to them that I ordered something that was $ 1.00 in order to ever get the food I paid for. Not worth it to any new parent who went to a fast food drivethrough because they were precisely too busy to do that. I’m so bugged by it, though, that I felt it was worth the time to let other parents know that this is probably not the place for you. :(

They are fast, the place is clean and the meal fills the void. OH, and they have the HUGE Coke machine that serves up like 1,000,000 different choices, so this is the place to get your soda groove on!

Burger King just flat out sucks! Had to repeat my bacon egg cheese biscuit order 5 times because someone doesn’t understand English. I get half a mile down the road to discover a croissant in my bag. Eggs are fake and have no taste and all kinds of strange moisture running out of them, totally made in a lab, not a chicken. Little hash turds taste like burnt acidic oil. Even the coffee tastes burnt. This place SUCKS!

The manager at this location is a tremendous jerk, has absolutely no people skills and needs to be fired. I live very nearby and was a frequent customer, but because of the ultra poor treatment I received from him this afternoon, I will never again eat at this location.

This has got to be the WORST Burger King I have EVER been too. Every time I have got food from this place it has been either too cold of half of it is missing or just plain horrible. I ordered a chicken cranberry salad with blue cheese crumbles or so I thought. There was one hunk of cheese the size of a pinky finger nail and barely anything else just lettuce. I called and the manager was pleasant said to come back and he would give me a new salad when I was in the area. So I went back to get another salad today and as I get to work and sit down to eat it. I see there is again, barely any cheese again, and this time there was no cranberry’s at all! There were 2 cherry tomatoes when they don’t come in the salad. Ugh! I called and said I will be back to get my money back.

Came here twice for a whopper. Opted to walk-in order. There was no one at the front counter both times! I could see them in the back kitchen ogling an iPad. I am not going to surmise what they were viewing but I can tell you they weren’t doing their job. I waited patiently for three minutes both times but still no help on the front counter. I walked out pissed. I will NEVER come back to this Burger King again. Worst service is no service. You forever lost a customer Burger King.

i used to love this bk. maybe there has been a staff change. i was treated awful or maybe the staff aren’t listening. i am highly allergic to tomatoes and asked for onion rings. i had a burger full of tomatoes and no onion rings. she repeated my order. i didn’t know till i was home. i called the manager she passed the phone off to another person who wasn’t even a manager. the person yelled at me and told me i was wrong. what a waste of money. i will never go back.

First things first, it’s Burger King. My friend and I opted to go the BK Stacker cheap route, and it wasn’t bad. They got my order wrong and were gracious enough to give me a free burger out of it. A definitely plus. Would I go back? Probably. Why? It’s Burger King, and it makes me nostalgic of my childhood. While not the most awesome burger, I’ll take it.

This was my first«For Here» order, usually I’m a drive-thru’r. The first thing I(and my kids) noticed was the line of crowns. Super fun. The kids loved them. The next thing I noticed was this really loud humming sound. I inquired about it, and was told it was the vent fans on the roof. It was really loud, and vibrating. I had a headache by the time we left. BK’s salad choices are horrible. There’s 1. The garden salad. It’s iceberg lettuce, with 8 baby carrots & ¼ c of shredded cheese. It comes with your choice of grilled or crispy chicken. Salad dressing is extra. EXTRA! I had to pay extra, ontop of the $ 4.59 salad, for dressing! The chicken«nuggets» in crown shapes were not given a sauce choice. My table looked pretty dirty, so I wiped it off… but the stuff wouldn’t come off. It was gross. The backs of the booths look like cushions, but no, it’s hard plastic designed to look like cushions. The highchair was not clean. I’m aware that most highchairs are infrequently cleaned, but this one had dirty/grungy marks all over the sides, and had gross stuff stuck to the buckle. I’m not coming back to eat inside.

I love Burger King and the area. The food was great. The staff are cool except one. This one gal was rude like she does not want to work. If she continues with that behavior quit. All that matter though the food is good and area.

There’s not much to say about BK food in general but I wanted to say this BK has a very good staff. We live close by and order from here often and they have only messed our order once in all the time we’ve been coming here, which is pretty good for fast food places! And when they did, I called them and told them we were coming back for the missing burger, no biggie, no questions asked, my son went in with the receipt, came out with a burger!
