Domino’s Pizza

I was a walk in, the store manager, was a female, rude as ever. I sat there for 45 minutes, my order was the heat lamp, she just walked by it. I will never go back there. Customer service was really bad.

I ordered a pizza online around 5:45pm this evening. According to the tracker, it left the store around 6:26, and after 45 minutes, the tracker reported that our pizza had been delivered, but we still had no food. I called the store to ask about the status, and got a very half-​hearted partial explanation that the driver had forgotten our food. The person who answered the phone seemed extremely unconcerned about the mistake, made no attempt to rectify the situation, and could not tell me when the food would be delivered, or even if it would be. 20 minutes after I called, the pizza finally showed up, lukewarm (at best). We have used this store often over the last couple of years with only a few understandable issues, but this is beyond the pale.

Ordered online for the first time. This was a treat for us as we normally do not eat pizza the kids loved it though. The deal offered 1 large — 3 toppings pizza, Parmesan Bread Bites 16 Pc. and 1 — liter Coca-​Cola for $ 16.99… Delivery took a bit but the delivery person (Leon) was super nice. Was a relief to have it delivered with no problems. Nothing over the top but they were reliable, and relatively well priced. Average typical Domino’s pizza. Good thing about Domino’s is that you get what you expect. Not fancy, but a decent pizza for a fair price. Their wings are garbage, but the pizza is adequate for delivery. The order tracker is a lot of fun, though.

I ordered @ 3:15 online per tracker pizza didn’t go in until 4:15. Delivery man said Richard called from cell phone saying hes in back and can’t get out the car to deliver my pizza WHAT hahaha told him I was sick unable to come to him n that he needs to DELIVER my pizza. He finally gets there after 3 min wait. He says the whole store is backed up b/​c of bogo by one get one free deal or something. I wish I looked at the boxes b4 giving tip. For the love of god half cheese and half buffalo chicken never looked so dry and burnt. How they can fathom ppl will eat what they made beats my mind. Spoke with management since delivery guy was gone alrdy. I explain there is no sauce and hardly cheese on my CHEESE PIZZA… she says I messed up the order. I try to explain that I’ve ordered multiple times nvr had such issues b4. She says b/​c the buffalo chicken pizza doesn’t include sauce and I didn’t check the sauce when customizing on my cheese. I tell her its not edible and need to see if they can deliver a correct order but this manager wasnt budging she was stuck on my order being wrong and it being my fault. So I tell her your interest is not on resolving my problem even when I’ve explained regardless of what the pizza is missing and it being sauce less and burnt or is that my fault too? So I tell her how pathetic this call was handled and h/​u the phone. Be ur own judge is this really a pizza I can enjoy?

I’ve been ordering from this particular location for a few months now and I’ve always been very pleased. The folks who have delivered have been very friendly and punctual. My pizza has continued to be tasty and well-​made. Very happy with this service.

Wow! I mean that. This is the worst damn pizza place EVER! Every time I get cheesy bread it’s never done always raw dough in the middle. How flipping hard is it to cook bread! The best part was when I was talking to the pizza jockey about the last time I went to another dominos and it was raw and she insured me it was cooked. As a person who has been to this restaurant multiple times and can safely say this is the worst place for pizza in Seattle, hell maybe even Washington. Help me boycott this hell whole and ruin it out of town!

Worst experience ever!!! i ordered and paid online for carryout. When i give my name for order woman says she has no order for that name on her puter screen. i tell her i paid online to check again please. Still no order found. She goes to check the boxes of pies just out from the kitchen to no avail. Then checks the screen again and finds the order. (obviously was on the wrong screen) Says my pie is in the oven and will be a couple more minutes. I asked for a small cup of water while i wait. She says she has no cups and they don’t even have a water fountain. I repeat back to her in a questioned tone. you have no cups? Then she said well yes they had cups but… kitchen interruption. my pie was ready. She slid the box to me. i took it and walked out the door. Thinking i better check it before i get home… BOOM strike 3 you’re out!!! Wrong pie! Tell her wrong pie. says mine still in oven. Finally i got the ordered pie. well sort of. We ordered extra cheese. i guess they thought it said extra crust cause there was sure a lot of it showing all over the pie. Her excuse was… omg not sure i can type this with all the laffing.“when the crust bubbles up it pushes the sauce and cheese away” are you kidding me??? Domino’s use to be so good. Management obviously doesn’t care.

Pizza is a regular thing at my house, and unfortunately I am stuck with this store as my only option for pizza delivery. They have consistently delivered UNDERCOOKED pizzas to my house. I now make sure my oven is ready anytime I order from them, which may not be for long as I am very tired of this incompetence. Might just cut out pizza for a while. I mean, come on, it’s pizza. Pretty hard to mess that up, but they do… consistently.

I’ll be the first to review this Domino’s location! This re-​modeled newer location is a lot more comfortable than the last location on the other side of Rainer Ave. It’s a lot bigger and the environment looks a lot cleaner and well-​kept. That’s definitely a plus!
The service was quick and friendly. I’ve had zero issues ordering online and picking up/​getting delivery on my orders. Good job Dominos!
