If I could give zero stars here I would. I just walked in here to order some food. I walked in after being sick and leaving the doctors and went to throw a granola wrapper away before I ordered. I mistakenly threw it in recycling and the girl at the counter rudely said nothing to me and then walked around the counter and in the most passive aggressive act went into the garbage and pulled it out and turned around and said that’s garbage not recycling. Wow. It was a mistake and all she could have done is say something. I would have gotten it myself. Who treats a paying customer that way? I’ve eaten here before. Never will again. Ever. Unbelievable.

The Chicago dog is better than a Maxwell St dog. Grilled just right with julienned peppers, pickles, tomatoes and mustard. Amazing!

First time here and definitely not the last. Pretty busy but solo employee ran the show; pretty impressive. Hotdog was full of flavor as was their homemade potato salad. Definitely a place to check out, lots of different topping options.

I was looking for an eclectic hot dog joint with multiple options for dog’s and then I discovered Diggity Dog just off GreenLake.
You’ll enjoy a variety of meat tubes ranging from Italian sausage, All Beef Hot Dogs and even a non meat dog called The Vegan Dog. Plenty of additives to add to that dog but when I showed up I just had bacon and mustard to my hot dog & Italian dog. Side options are offers from fries, chips and even chili… It’s a pretty big menu so take your time prior to ordering or purchase a few dogs.
Plenty of seating and ambiance is very causal and hip. Plus is you need just a beer to chill after a hard days work your be able to grab a pint of many brews including local favorites from Georgetown Brewery.
So stroll on in after a walk around Greenlake and grab a dog and enjoy!

Super cheap and great sandwiches! I’m not much of a hot dog eater, but this place has some great sandwiches at prices that literally (literally) can’t be beat. They have garden burger and veggie dog options when I’m going meatless, and a fantastic reuben when I want to go full carnivore. The staff (owners?) are very friendly and personable. There’s a play area for kids in the back and outside dining as well. I only wish it was open a little later. Otherwise, perfect!

After passing it several times, I finally had a chance to try Diggity Dog. Its surprisingly large menu offers a variety of hot dogs, sausages and sandwich options at an affordable price. A wide variety of beverages and a well-​stocked toppings bar are welcome additions, as well.

While the food is good, their service is not. My husband had a promotional coupon from them, good for $ 5 off as long as he spent at least $ 1 after the coupon was applied. It expires tomorrow (12÷5÷15) so he went there tonight for the express purpose of using the coupon before it expired. They refused to honor the coupon, telling him that they never intended for the promotion to last that long and that they had canceled it after two weeks. Nevermind that this is illegal, it’s just plain bad service. We live only a block from Diggity Dog and have eaten there many times, but won’t be going back. We won’t support a company that treats their customers this way.

Diggity Dog is the place to go when you’re in the mood for a good dawg because they have such a diverse mix of hot dogs. My sister’s favorite is the Louisiana Dog because it has everything she likes: onions, tomato and barbecue sauce. Personally, the Atlanta Dog (a hot dog with chili and coleslaw on top) is a nice choice when you’re looking for something a little bit on the messier side. Unfortunately, I have tried the Seattle dog here and at its sister location on Greenwood and I believe the Greenwood place uses a tastier cream cheese. Still, the Wallingford location serves such delicious dawgs you’ll soon be saying «Hot Dog Hot Dog Hot Diggity Dog!»

Come here for a cheap and filling lunch or dinner! The interior is fun and quirky, will definitely be good for kids (little tables and play area), good for groups up to 5 people, and I have spotted Dave Matthews here before. I think it’s also a good place for a date, since you can talk about the fun menu, incredible homemade magazine-​clipping dog collages, ponder the ingredients of their signature sauce, etc.
Menu is fun! Certainly there is a variety of hotdogs («California dog» with fresh diced tomatoes and avocado, my favorite with cream cheese and kimchi). You can get a beef hot dog or a few different vegetarian Field Roast options. I would say it is vegetarian friendly. There are also hot sandwich and burger options. You can add on various sides like potato salad or mac and cheese, and there is a variety of chips to choose from. There is a freezer with little personal ice cream cartons if you want dessert.
Another draw is a little self-​serve topping bar, that has shredded cheese, pickled banana peppers, chopped onions, and maybe 6 or 7 different sauces in squeeze bottles. Food comes out fast and bathroom is decently clean.

Went here for lunch on a Sunday. The service is great and the atmosphere is very friendly and relaxed. I got the Seattle Dog with a side of Mac and cheese and it was awesome! They also have vegetarian options. I definitely would recommend this place for anyone who is craving a hot dog.

Looked around and was told this place was amazing. So I went with my partner. I had The Hot Mess and he had The Chicago Dog. Hot mess was creamy and crunchy and the Hot Dog had a nice snap to it. It was a good price for all the Hot Dogs! Hot Dogs all ready full of good ingredients. And on top of that they Had many more you can put after it is made! Best Hot Dog place thus far! Will be there as much as can! All my Emts love this highly recommend!

Great dog joint, lots of options, hilarious dog pics. Good house made lemon aide and potato salad too.

This place has really great hot dogs and burgers. I had what I think is called the diggity burger and it was pretty good.
There are also a variety of condiments that are available for your use.
If the weather is nice outside, it is really nice to sit outside and eat your food.

I was looking for a fast, good place to eat before we went to the zoo. I am glad that I ran across this place.
The staff was friendly and helpful in understanding the menu and the food came out very quickly.
The California dog with a bratwurst and cream cheese was delicious! We’re ready for the rest of our day!

Came by craving a hot dog and saw all the great reviews. I was excited to see all the options. Unfortunately they weren’t prepared for a couple orders and were cooking everything with a microwave. It was a little off putting to see one person trying to hide the fact they were running up a plate from the microwave to drop everyone’s hot dogs in the heat bin before briefly grilling. Further, seeing this person using the same plate for multiple orders then storing the plate in the microwave when done really calls to question their cleanliness.
Food was ok but not great.
Will not revisit nor recommend.

Now this Diggity Dog Hotdog & Sausage Co. location is the one to patronize!
First of all, the people that work here embrace you and shower each patron with amazing customer service.
The bratwurst, Kimchi Dog and Seattle Dog are amazing! The Kimchi Dog is really unique with great flavor. And, because of the kimchi, I like taking this specialty home, removing it from the bun and eating it with rice.

Amazing Bacon Avocado Dog!!! Excellent sausages — super friendly staff and good prices too! And the Bite Squad delivers!

I love hot dogs, so of course I’m a fan. I was driving by with some friends and saw this place and told them to stop the car — I’m going in. This place is nothing fancy, but they have a great selection of dogs. However, I’m a purist so I just stuck with dog, bun, mustard. Man, I love hot dogs.

This is a fun little restaurant in a unique and interesting part of town. They were busy at lunch but made our order quickly and we didn’t wait long. They also have call ahead ordering for pick up if you are in more of a hurry. The hot dogs ended up being great and were very filling.

Two things to try at Diggity Dog:
1) The grapefruit beer. They get it specially imported from Germany and it is particularly delicious.
2) The locally made Field Roast Sausage in apple-​sage. It’s vegan and delicious.
Diggity Dog is homey and kinda disarming in how it’s not trying to charm you like every other restaurant. It’s just… cute. Low key. Friendly. The toppings are plentiful and the place is clean and well-​cared for. (Spectacular restaurant inspection ratings, too!) When all the other places in Tangletown have lines out the door or prices that would make an Amazon employee blush, Diggity Dog is your spot for a quick, tasty dinner with authenticity.
