Jen at Diaper Stork has been absolutely fantastic. We were gifted 2 months of a diaper service with the arrival of our new little man. She was really communicative leading up to this, always responding to emails within 24 hours(usually faster!) when we had questions. Our diapers, liner, and pail arrived when expected and were as expected. Easy. The real quality in service came when our kiddo started soaking through the newborn diapers. Jen suggested that we go up a size before giving up on cloth diapers all together. We did this and, unfortunately, learned through trial and error that our kiddo absolutely hated the feeling of wet cloth diapers. This led to less sleep on his part… and ours. We found disposable diapers to keep him sleeping much longer. I reached out to Jen with this information and she was more than happy to offer a refund of for the weeks that we would no longer require the diaper service. No questions asked. I did not expect this and so was delighted that they were willing to provide a refund. If you’re looking to use a cloth diaper service, I most definitely recommend Diaper Stork. Hopefully you will have more success!

I know it’s a bit weird to write a positive review for a business I didn’t really use, but I feel they really deserve it. My hubby and I knew we wanted to use a cloth diaper service even before we were pregnant. So by month eight, where we are now, we’d done our research and used the Diaper Stork website to set up our account and to order a starter bundle of diaper covers, fasteners, and other stuff we’d need. Unfortunately, as it turns out, we live just outside their service area(and yeah, kinda in the boonies). How did we find out? The founder of the company personally emailed me to apologize that they would not be able to serve us. She made a recommendation for another service(which turned out DID serve our area), offered to ship the starter bundle we ordered to us for free, and gave us a little gift for our interest. All while offering to promptly refund the money we paid for the service. So even though we will not be able to avail ourselves of their service, we got a good sense of what it would have been like. It’s hard enough trying to find a company that takes good care of customers, let alone one that takes care of someone who ISN’T a customer(for whatever reason). We really appreciated Jen’s personal touch and wish the folks at Diaper Stork success in their enterprise.
