I called Brazos Valley Services to get a quote for a new system in a house that I’m remodeling and adding onto. I left a message and a few hours later I received a call back informing me that they do not work on new construction and were not interested in selling me a system. This seems to be a direct contradiction to their claims to be the ones to call for «all» of your HVAC needs.
The woman on the phone was polite.
