We hired Tony to assemble a lot of furniture pieces. The only advance work Tony required before taking the job, was to send him images of the furniture; a very reasonable quote followed shortly. Tony arrived promptly, was very diligent and professional, and he assembled the furniture efficiently, we felt the price was great for the amount of work required; most importantly, we felt very comfortable having Tony at our home. I’m very happy with my Assembly Worx experience. I was able to get an appointment pretty quickly (even around Christmas time). Tony came right on time and was prepared with everything he needed. Even though the online reviews said the dresser was difficult to assemble, he was able to do it in about an hour.
I gave 4 starts because it was a bit expensive to me for 1 hour of work, but that may be in line with the market rate for this type of service.

Super nice and flexible. Kept in touch with me through the day that the Ikea furniture delivery was expected. While deliver was 3 hours later than the time window given, Assembly Worx was kind and came promptly after delivery was made. Assembly was fast and Tony was very nice. Thank you! ;)

I moved into a new apartment recently and went on a little bit of a shopping spree online (keep me off amazon. please!!) and had alot of furniture that needed to be assembled in the new place. Lucky for me (sarcasm) I am not handy at all– nor do I own tools of any kind. Anyways– this is where Tony with Assembly Worx comes in!
Great experience from start to finish. I emailed Tony with a list of items that needed to be assembled with some links– and I had my price quote back within a few hours. The pricing was so reasonable, I hired him right away. He also made time for me the following day– which was awesome. I felt very comfortable having Tony in my home, and he did a wonderful job. He assembled everything with ease and well. He even helped me hang several art/​photos, which saved me a ton of time. I didnt have any Ikea furniture– but he can also assemble that too!

I used to assemble all my furniture when I was young and & had a lot of free time. So when I moved to Houston, I just bought a new bed with storage and other stuff from IKEA. But when I saw four monstrous boxes filled by similar boards without any numbering, I knew I couldn’t do it any more…
So I came to Unilocal and contacted him via email. The communication was super easy and the quote was reasonable. He arrived on time, despite it was rush hour and there was a major accident on the highway.
Apparently he knows all the tricks of IKEA furniture. The assembly is perfect and super quick. Also he has very good communication skills. He asked me where I wanted to put my bed and whether I will use slats or spring box so that he can make adjustment accordingly. Super easy communication, and no time is wasted.

Tony was very responsive and extremely reasonable compared to 4 other companies I called from Angie’s list. He did an outstanding job assembling 4 garage cabinets from gladiator for us. It probably took him longer than he thought but he works on it based on project so it was fine. Very courteous and asked us the right questions before he built it all in case we wanted some changes. Would definitely hire again!

Tony arrived on time and did an amazing job assembling 2 nightstands and 2 upholstered beds.
He works extremely quick, but at the same time is a perfectionist. One of the beds was slightly crooked (manufacturer defect) but he managed to fix it and now it looks straight.
I would highly recommend him to assemble any furniture and will definitely be calling him again.

Tony is a consummate professional, very thorough and a perfectionist. He mounted cabinets on our living room wall and set up a bar for us. I highly recommend… you will not be disappointed

My family and I recently moved into a new house. I bought a new bed frame, dresser, and entertainment center, another dresser and a desk for my new room. I was looking for a company to help me put together my furniture. A random google search lead me to this company. I emailed them with a quote, and the next day they were out putting together my furniture.
Very friendly and personable service, even helped me arrange my furniture in my room. Great reasonable priced service. I would highly recommend Assembly Worx to anyone would needs something assembled and looking for a good reasonably priced service.
