Wingstop

I like to visit this Wing Stop location because of the delicious wings they make. The staff are very friendly. It is hard to find a good restaurant with great food, awesome customer service and friendly staff.

Not too good this time. Very grease and over salted. Im sure that you all can do better. This a great location just needs fine tuning.

My family and I LOVE the Wing Stop franchise. Their wings are terrific, fries are the BEST, and Ranch Dressing is a recipe you read about. The food at this store was terrific, and the staff was genuinely helpful, professional and nice. Like a previous Unilocal reviewer, our take-​out order was incomplete. We made a large order over the phone for take out. When I picked it up, I did a preliminary scan of the bags and based on the size and number of takeout containers, it looked about right. When I got home and opened up the individual containers, I realized we were shorted a couple dozen wings from what we ordered and paid for. I called the store and the staffer who answered the phone was courteous and accommodating. They offered to either give me a future credit, or complete my order right then. I opted to have them complete the order as soon as possible. When I returned to the store, they gave me the rest of my order without question or query, and apologized that they’d made a mistake in the first place.
Yes, I would have preferred to have the «perfect» order to being with. But, what prompts me to write this review and give them FIVE STARS is their best in class customer service. The food was great, as I expected. But the customer service was exceptional, and far better than what I’ve seen elsewhere. I will indeed order from this store again. I am convinced, by their actions, that this Wing Stop values their customers. I appreciate that. A lot.
Ok, I’ve got an update. We made another $ 100+ order. The order was 100% perfect; food was outstanding, and staff was terrific. We definitely recommend this superior restaurant!

What I love about Wingstop is their consistence no matter where I go. Been here four times since I moved to the area a month ago. The staff is friendly and my order is always ready within 17 minutes from call in.

My order was incomplete and I didn’t notice it until I got home. I caked them and they offered to give me a credit or I could come back in. I went back to pick up the rest of the order. Instead of giving me what was left behind, they made a new order. I also wanted to add an additional order while I was there. These guys gave it to me for free for the inconvenience. I really appreciated their efforts. I’ll definitely be back!

I am not much of wing person, but my husband is. I love Wingstop for their fries. Those fries are just amazing! We go there every couple of weeks or so.

Quick and fast. Typical Wingstop. Nothing special.

The fries are soggy. Make sure the waiter understands you when you put in your order or else they will mess stuff up. Also, make sure they get your name right or else they will be looking all over for your order. The place is packed so it will probably be better to order and eat home. There’s not a lot of space for a big group at this location.

Terrible staff. Placed order on internet to avoid wait. Internet said 15 minutes and it would be ready. Arrived and waited 25 minutes with wife and infant in the car.
I finally asked what was taking so long and one idiot didn’t bring the ticket up or tell anyone while another idiot never checked.
My food had been sitting there for 20 minutes and when I got home it was all cold.
While waiting they were apologizing to several different customers who came in, saying it was a tough day.
Fire the manager and get a good one.
Pull your heads out of your azzes.
Never again!

Pricey, too salty, long wait for food and loud.
If they had even marginal competition, they wouldn’t be nearly as busy.

Exceptional Wings and Chicken Strips. Fresh, crispy skin, perfectly cooked served with delicious ranch dressing and Blue Cheese Dip. The service was excellent, and the short wait demonstrated that the wings were cooked to order and fresh. We enjoyed the experience, and will return.

I love Wing Stop the food here is good. The Staff here sucks always rude!!! So if you come here expecting great friendly people. Your at the wrong place this is one of the worst wing stops I have been too!

NOT good! Too much salt on fries and Louisiana wings were too salty also! This from someone who loves sodium!!!

I’m not one to complain or write bad reviews unless it’s very warranted. These were the worst wings I’d ever had. The Louisiana rub was pure salt, so much salt on the fries we couldn’t eat them.
I’ve been to good wing stops before but this wasn’t one of them. Very, very bad.

I have to start out with the fact that I am an avid BWW fan. Man that Asian zing gets me everytime :). Today, though, I am at wingstop. I ordered the 8 boneless meal with baked beans as my side. I got hawwaiian and the BBQ flavored wings and let me tell you they were insanely too sweet. When I think of wings I think of a little kick of spice now matter where they are situated on the heat scale. My boyfriend got the garlic parmeson boneless wings. His tribes out really dry and the parmeson stuck to the roof of my mouth from the dryness. They all were piping hot though which is why I gave 3 stars instead of 2. My baked beans would have been alright except for the fact that they tasted more like beer than beans. I’m all for adding a little beer to boost the flavor but the beer just totally overpowered the others flavors. Sorry to say but I’m definitely sticking to B-​dubs

Oh say what… first to review awesome…
my mom actually recommended this place and she was pretty right on! Service was great for take out and took about 17 minutes. They have a lot of wing choices to choose from and I couldn’t decide! Better reason to come again and try the rest. I ordered the Parmesan (YUM) & Cajun (Not spicy) both extra crispy. These were not battered and not as greasy like most wing places. Followed by their fries and cheese sauce… very deadly for my diet, but it was very good with the wings.
