Terrible management! No customer service. Trying to use this drive through is crazy. Best to walk inside however don’t expect much. Drive the extra two miles to the new Starbucks on Pat Booker.

This location is amazing! Other than being really slow at times, but I can deal with that when their drinks turn out right every time. And, the manager, I believe, is amazing!

This is a super busy Starbucks. I’m never really sure if it’s quicker to go in or drive through. The baristas here are always nice though and typically fast. Today for some reason out of the right working only one seems to be making drinks. Strange. I still like this location though because it’s convenient before heading to the highway. Today it was a long wait for no real reason. There’s eight of them

We went in and the barista took someone’s order behind us. Then they didn’t announce our coffee was done and it got cold, but continued to announce everyone else’s. We were on borrowed time so we were paying attention to our names. Then the barista had an attitude right away. There was no basic customer service. No apologies, just «oh, here you go.» Go to the Starbucks at the forum or by kitty hawk. They’re nicer and more efficient!

Long wait and can’t seem to get an order right there are a few people who work here who know what their doing but damn some have no clue what they are doing. I order a special drink every time I go to Starbucks the drive through guy was to busy laughing to take my order correctly and when I got to the window they handed me the wrong drink. Rather then making a new one and starting over they dumped it back in the blender… Whip crème and everything which I find really gross! In the result I took the drink which just tasted like whip crème huge disappointment for the $ 5.50 I pay for this drink. Also the woman with the nasally voice is rude as hell she slammed the window shut when I said the drink was made wrong. But the manager Tammy was nice enough to to offer to get that drink remade for me at any location which was pretty cool.

I refuse to go to this location ever again. Yes, the drive thru is relatively quick but the people behind the registers are god awful. Or more specifically Tammy. After ringing up my drink incorrectly I asked what she charged me. She then continued to tell me that she wasn’t giving me a discount even though I didn’t order a frap but a skinny latte. A heated 5 minute conversation later I drove away more disturbed than anything! Never again!

This specific location is always busy! It’s small and it’s usually crowded especially in the drive thru. And the parking lot. It’s near a bunch of distribution and manufacturing companies so its no wonder it’s always packed. They always try to get our orders out quickly but I’ve noticed that in the drive thru it takes some time. The orders are always accurate though so can’t complain there. The service is pretty good as well. The staff is friendly and courteous. Staff goes out of their way whenever needed.

For a busy location, this Starbucks actually moves fairly quick to get the order processed correctly and with quality. I tried both the inside as well as the drive-​thru, and found the service to be «reasonable.» I stress the word reasonable for the drive-​thru due to where this Starbucks is located. This location is so popular that the traffic backs out into the road (no exaggeration) on the busy days. Yet on the days with 3 – 4 cars in front of you, the line moves at a decent pace.
Nonetheless, the baristas were having a good day during my both of my visits. Cheerful and moving with a purpose, they were able to get the job done right. Just be mindful of where you park, due to the parking lot being quite tight.

I love coffee so i come to Starbucks i like this location right off the highway and it has a drive thru. The only thing i don’t like about this starbucks is my ice coffee with Carmel and cream never comes out the same some days its good some bad. I went in to day for my usual and it tasted like they forgot the coffee it was just a cup of creamer.

On my cheat days I hit this Starbucks. Its a little out of my way when I am going to work, but I find its way faster than any of the other ones into work. I always have a different person so its hard to say thank you to just one person. You are all a great team! Keep it up! My coffee is always perfect and always out quick! Make my mornings a lot better.

My favorite, go-​to location! Such swell employees who are always warm and welcoming. I love seeing the same faces whenever I come in! I used to always order a Harry Potter butterbeer latte with a bunch of complicated ingredients and they were always happy to hook me up! Love this place!

This Starbucks delivers with quality and quickness! I was amazed to get through the drive-​thru so rapidly, especially since quite a few cars were in front of me!
The staff was even friendly and smiley before 7am!!!

What a beautiful Starbucks!
This Starbucks is conveniently located right off Highway 35, and is easy to access. The drive-​thru lane provides an immediate cure for those early morning caffeine jitters. I enjoyed how clean the place is, they’ve done a great job keeping the inside and outside of the store in immaculate condition! The inside is hip and clean, and there are new furnishings.
This is the closest Starbucks to all the warehouse stuff going on in Schertz. The next closest place is over in the Forum, and you’ve gotta walk-​in to that one.
The staff was professional and courteous, and they made the Pike Street coffee just how I’m used to it.
I’ll certainly be back!
