Don’t know how this places is still in business. Lines are always long and I’ve been sitting here 15 min waiting for my drinks. turns out they forgot to make them. people are literally just standing behind the counter and no shits given about working today. The manager is sitting at the bar across from the counter facebooking-_–

Ok. I’ve been to maybe 30 different Starbucks. I’ve never been to one this slow. I went when there was only one car in the drive thru and still waited 15 minutes for my drinks to come out wrong. I only go now because it’s the closest one and unfortunately the only one on my way to work. The only reason I give it 1 start is because it’s Starbucks and when they get the drinks right they’re really good.

Friendly staff. Always busy! We’ve had less than exceptional drinks served and the staff has always corrected the mistake, no questions asked! Definitely a place I’ll continue to frequent with my little ones.

I’ve been to other locations and have amazing or decent service. But this particular location I’ve been to twice both times there was no line. They don’t ask for names, took 10 minutes to make a drink. The staff wasn’t very kind no smile, bad attitude, bathroom wasn’t clean. The second time I came here they didn’t give my friend and I a cardboard sleeve for our coffees. Another thing they didn’t have creamer and napkins out. I would use another location and maybe try the one inside target in this area or another Starbucks location.

Kudos to the baristas today. I usually go thru the drive-thru, but this morning’s line made me decide to go inside. The line inside was just as long. The baristas kept their cool and got the orders Rollin’ and out in no time at all. That’s what keeps me coming back to this location — customer service and great coffee of course.

This starbucks has become my morning stop on my way to San Marcos every morning. The staff is always friendly, and since I’m a bit of a stickler, they’ve really stepped up their game to making my drink correctly the first time. Sometimes the drive thru line gets really long and on those mornings I park and walk in for much faster service.

I’ve been to this Starbucks many times and have found that they just aren’t as good as the others. Everytime I come here, something is wrong(half-full cup, no chocolate drizzle, flavoring off)…I would recommend stopping at the 3009 location or the Walzem location.

I’m a big fan of Starbucks. I always get the Toffee Nut Latte and most of the time get it right. This one in Shertz was very busy and it took a long time to get my coffee but… most are very prompt and I’m in and out in 5 minutes or less.

Surprisingly better than usual. Last week, i stopped by the nearest StarBucks Coffee with a couple of my girlfriends. I ordered a Venti hot caramel apple cider drink, with whipped cream on top! ITWASDELICIOUS! Last time i went to starbucks, i had ordered the same drink, it wasnt as good as this one. I ALMOST decided to order the same old Java Chip Frappichino that i usually get, but i thought maybe this time i would give it one last chance to redeem itself. And to my astonishment I was actrually able to devaour the entire cup! The Price is always acceptable, therefore i recommend this hot cider drink, SUMMER or winter!

I love this staff. I have had too many great experiences there to list them all, so I’ll just stick with the most recent one. My family and I stopped at a Starbucks up by the church after service tonight. They have a new product called«Skinny.» You can order a skinny latte, skinny mocha, etc. It has no sugar and no fat. Sounds too good to be true, but stupid me tried it anyway. I ordered a vanilla skinny latte with an extra shot of sugar free vanilla. Well, it was hot, so I didn’t taste it til we were about a mile up the road. Ever had plain milk with a lil salt in it? Yeah, ummm, I hadn’t either… till tonight. That was DISGUSTING. It tasted like hot milk with a touch of something WRONG in it. If there was sugar free vanilla in there, I must’ve missed it. I convinced my husband to blow through our Starbucks, and prayed that they would have mercy on me and credit me for that drink, or replace it… but was absolutely prepared to buy another if need be. They always make my soy white mochas perfectly… too perfectly, in fact. I’m there at least once a week. When we got to OUR Starbucks, it was packed inside, so we went to the drive through. They, of course, ask, «Welcome to Starbucks, would you like to try a Skinny Latte?» I said, «Ummm… I’m sorry, but we have a problem… I just came here from another Starbucks and the drink they gave me… ummm… it’s icky.» I was certain they’d apologize but tell me that there was nothing they could do about it, but I had to try. To my surprise, TWO girls came back through the lil window saying, «OMIGOSH, what did you order?!» I told them I’d ordered a Skinny Vanilla Latte and they began laughing. I was a bit alarmed, but in unison, they began apologizing and telling me that EVERYONE hated them and that they really were disgusting. Then one of the disembodied voices said, «Let us make you something with a little fat in it! Pull around!» We did and they gave me a free soy white raspberry mocha. I was sooooo grateful and they were so apologetic that we all began giggling. I should’ve known! I’m telling you, the folks here make every visit a convenient pleasure. Whether you step inside or blow through the drive thru, they supply you with your favorite drink and a great attitude. May God bless them all!!!
