Food was great as always but the short hostess(with shoulder length brown hair and glasses) that took us to our table was completely rude. We asked to move to a different table and she immediately gave us attitude and slammed our menus and utensils on the table.

The chicken tacos appetizer was good and so was the lo mein. But everything else we got was not worth how much we spent. My fiancé ordered two beers that were supposed to be on tap and we were told it was out/broken so he settled for a asian pale ale. Which he didn’t enjoy. Our waitress never once apologized for the inconvenience and even was crabby with us when she brought the wrong food.

Not much to say other than the bombest thing I had there were the lettuce wraps. The atmosphere walking in there was a little too dark for my taste, and they managed to seat us where the sun was literally beaming into my eyes. The service was good though. It was fairly busy and all of the dishes came out in a timely manner. Now getting to the food, it was simply okay. Other than the lettuce wraps, I ordered the spicy tuna sushi, honey crisp chicken, and the Korean bbq chicken. I’m not sure if the dishes that day were off, but all the dishes had a pretty bland taste and it wasn’t the most memorable experience I’ve had. And for the price I had to pay, it simply wasn’t worth it as I ended up spending $ 80. If you’re looking for good Chinese food, I would recommend opting for some place in Chinatown.

I can never get enough of this place. I completely enjoy trying new things. Today, I hit the jackpot. Got the BBQ spare ribs and they are OUTOFTHISWORLD! Sprinkled with sesame seeds and flavored with a hint of anice(black liquorice). Omg, not a flavor I ever imagined would work well together but seriously, wow! The sweet and sour chicken wasn’t bad either. It had a hint of heat which gave me a swift kick that I somewhat enjoyed. Mongolian Beef is always a hit at the table. No complaints. The white tangerine tea by Revolution is delicious. Also, a little FYI, it’s an exclusive flavor for PF Changs. No matter how many times I try to buy it online, it cannot be found, sadly. But in the meantime, I shall continue to come here to enjoy these sensational flavors. Oh, location is ideal for me. Right next to comedy club so it’s perfect.

Server Alfie and entire staff were super super awesome! !! Attentive, sweet, bending over backwards, concerned, funny. .superb! But …pop was flat which they quickly fixed once we pointed out. Then appetizer was tasteless and bland, low on lettuce(lettuce wraps) which again they fixed when told. .brouht more lettuce and spicier sauce. I would never order again.(The Clubhouse in Oak Brook has a great one) 2 of the 3 of us thought the meals were not impressive to the point where they felt they could have made it themselves and 1 of the people saying that never cooks. I tasted it and i would not eat it. I loved my meal and wanted to try chai apple dessert buy i ate so much of my meal i was too full and i normally don’t eat that much. Hot tea was a nice treat. Don’t know what the bill was but we had a gift card so that helped. Got nauseous on the drive home and had to run to the bathroom when we got home. 2 of us were sick to our stomach for awhile. Won’t be back ever. …probably not to any location. My son thought Vegas was the best. Then Lombard location was 2nd best. And here. …now they spoiled it. The cooks or whoever controls the food quality etc it all was presented well and looked great but you have to eat it and that’s where it gets lost and that was the whole point of going out to eat Since we had to complain. .at least i felt we had to. …they are convinced they spit in your food anyway and certainly when you complain. so they’re done Oh well. Did they?

Wait time was underestimated. We were told 30 to 40 minutes and it was over an hour. Service was adequate.

I was just there with my boyfriend and best friend– we had a great meal! I had the spicy tuna roll and it was wonderful, the boys had chicken dishes and they were awesome too! Our server Matt M. was phenomenal-Being in a server position myself, I notice the little things. He took really great care of us, very attentive, and great tableside manner without being over the top or annoying… we will absolutely be back!!!

Too sweet and salty and the portion were very small. Service was pretty good though. Don’t think we’d patronize any time soon since there are ample other options out there. Good bad! Our prior experience was much better.

Great good and great service tonight. Had the ma pao tofu with broccoli and the vegetarian lettuce wraps for dinner. To drink I had the strawberry limeade(minus the cucumbers) perfect combo if sweet and tart. For dessert the Great Wall of chocolate cake! So huge and delicious!

Had an ahi tuna salad for lunch. It was very salty. Tuna was seared didn’t have a nice color. Didn’t taste very fresh. Service was ok. My wife had some chicken lemon grass roll it was ok. Giving this experience a generous 3 stars.

Dynamite shrimp is the most mouth watering appetizer ever. So yum. I like their fried rice as well. Kung pao is not so good. The ambience is pretty good. A great place for work lunches.

I love PF Chang’s food. I have been to 3 different PF Chang’s and have not experienced such poor service until this one. I tend to usually get the Ma Po Tofu(which is fantastic) and was not disappointed. However, that was the only thing about this outing that was not disappointing. We had reservations for 8pm on a Saturday night, which I understand is busy, but is also why I placed the reservations 5 days in advance. We got there and they had us wait. and wait. We were right outside the door but our pager never went off. 20 or so minutes later, we went to check. They said they had called us but we were never notified. They did seat us right away, but right next to the bathroom. Our waiter, Gabe, was good. Our appetizer was somehow given to a table next to us, so we had to wait longer for it. We finally started eating around 8:45, and our main courses came around 9pm. This is the second time I have been to this PF Chang’s location and did not have good experiences either time. Unfortunate since I love their food so much. p. s.- parking does suck, but that’s probably because this location is attached to the mall, and there really isn’t much chance of parking too close.

Stopped in for lunch with the wife at PF Changs at Woodfield. Was pretty busy since it was a Saturday but we were seated immediately. It took almost 10 minutes for our server to greet us and take our drink order. After we ordered a couple of beer it took another 10 minutes for us to get our beers. Overall food was decent but was disappointed in the service.

Horrible service. 20+ minutes to get soup, 25 minutes between coffee and dessert… Ridiculous.

It was 2pm, we were hungry, and P.F. Chang’s was there. Parking was terrible, even on a weekday, but the restaurant wasn’t too crowded, so we were seated promptly. The décor is quite upscale, but it’s so dark in there! Not sure what the deal is with that. Service was attentive, but the food just… didn’t do it. We started with the lettuce wraps since, as I mentioned, we were pretty hungry. I’ve had them before, but while nicely made and served, it just didn’t taste like much of anything. Lettuce, meat that could have been anything… it was pretty bland. I had the sesame chicken, and when I asked the server if it could be made less spicy(the menu describes it as «spicy» sesame chicken), he assured me that it was not really spicy. In fact, just like the lettuce wraps, it didn’t taste like much of anything at all. I like a fair amount of sauce to eat with the rice, but there was just no flavor! Honestly, while it certainly wasn’t a train wreck experience, I won’t be back to P.F. Chang’s. For the price($ 10 for pretty modest lunch portions), I wouldn’t bother, and the total blandness of everything was very disappointing. Definitely«meh.»

This is located in a very busy mall, parking is always scarce, long wait. Great ambiance though. Not your typical hole in the wall dingy place. Very spiffy and it makes the worst and most expensive Chinese food I’ve ever had. I have been to PF Chang’s a while back and remembered loving their lettuce wrap so when I received a gift certificate for this place, I jumped to the opportunity in reminding me how their food was. To my dismay, I must have ordered the 2 worst tasting items in the menu. So bad that I want to throw away the remaining balance of the gift card. I ordered the Chang’s fried rice combination(beef, chicken, shrimp). Pretty basic right? This has no taste! How can you have so many ingredients in this concoction without taste??? I also ordered Walnut Shrimp melon. Wow, another one with no taste. The walnut shrimp came with fresh honey dew melon balls for what??? The melons tasted like they sucked the sweetness and all the taste off of it leaving you with just a soggy green ball of nothing. The shrimp were nice and plump, I appreciated that but again, lacks taste. These 2 items cost $ 31.08. I could’ve went to my neighborhood hole in the wall joint and have gotten a tasty Chinese food. Ughhhh. No taste, very expensive, terrible rendition of the«classic» Chinese food, and this place is always packed??? Why??? Hang your status quo hat and get your Chinese food from a real Chinese cook instead. Pass!!!

This was my first time eating here and for American-Chinese, I was pleased with all the dishes we ordered. To start, we had the lettuce wraps and the calamari. The calamari was forgettable and I didn’t like that they were cut into tiny strips. The lettuce wraps, however, were the bomb! I’d come back just for those. We ordered the orange peel beef, the spicy chicken, and the shrimp in lobster sauce. The spicy chicken was ok, but NOT spicy at all. The shrimp was similar to a seafood delight dish that you’d order at a Chinese takeout joint. The orange peel beef was my favorite and a dish I’d order again as well. Overall, pretty good for a popular restaurant chain and this particular location had excellent, excellent service. Our waiter was amazing.

I’m in amore with their sticky sweet and delicious Asian spare ribs! Yes, it’s only an appetizer but I make that my main meal because it really is enough to satisfy… most days. Also love their chicken fried rice. Not greasy and inedible like some of your carry out Chinese restaurants can serve. It’s fresh, delicious, and the chicken is kinda crispy!
