I do not like this gym. They will charge you for no reason and will not return the money or correct the mistake. I thought to sign up at Schaumburg location and have provided my information to them. They assured me that sign up is not complete until gym opens up and that I can cancel if i wish. I did cancel before gym opened and week after that they charged my card. I called and they said it was due to their automatic sign up. Really??? That was several weeks ago and I have called them several times since and still did not receive my refund. Horrible customers service. I would never sign up in the future with any of their clubs. Person I spoke to was Heidi and she was not helpful at all.
