I usually come here with no problems but recently the experiences have been off. Tonight, we got charged for a drink that we didn’t order. Then it took 15 minutes for me to receive my smoothie. First, the girl didn’t realize she had an order waiting. Then she apologized and went to make it. Another couple minutes of looking confused. Then she went to the back for a few minutes and when she came back, she started joking with her coworkers. Eventually she remembered I was there and said «oh sorry, I forgot to tell you that we are out of blueberries.»
After all that, I didn’t even get blueberries in my smoothie. It’s not very good.

I went in today and grabbed a sandwich on my break at work. I was extremely disappointed when I got to work and noticed that the sandwich was not what I ordered. And to make it worse it was ham and cheese (as a jew, that is not edible). I called and explained my situation, and the assistant manager Chris asked if I could pick up a complimentary meal some time tonight. I explained that I was at work and couldnt leave. He then made arrangements to have a meal delivered to me. I had only ordered half a sandwich and they brought me a whole sandwich, a baget, two bags of chips, and an apple. You guys are awesome! Going above and beyond for your customers! And Chris you’re the bomb!

I’m visiting for the holidays. Good food but beware of food poisoning. I’ve eaten here twice and have gotten ill. This time the entire family got ill from the cobb salad and turkey bacon bravo sandwich. Be very mindful when picking up your to-​go order for our sandwich was not in the bag and we had to ask for it. Sorry… Truth. Definitely will not return here ever again.

It’s sad that I actually used to come here all the time and never had a problem. I’m not sure if it is under new management since the last time I came, but either way I’m displeased with the service it has turned into. I came in a not so busy time of the day on a tuesday where most of the staff was doing nothing but messing around. The girl who took my order was a sweetheart but once I got my food it was not what I ordered. I even double checked my receipt and asked the lady at the counter if this was the broccoli cheddar soup and she looked at it and then at me and said yes. Which it was clearly the cream of chicken and wild rice soup. (Completely different looking soups.) I have never had a problem with the Pooler location, but I think this location is getting ran down by poor management. Sadly.

I literally come here like once a week because the food is REAL and tasty! I usually order the flatbreads like the Frontega or any of the flatbreads because they never let me down! Last week I wanted to brighten my horizons and try something new like the chicken salad sandwich, meh I will just stay in my lane on that one :) overall love the coffee, tea, pastries. Panera can be pricey to some but I feel like its worth it. Great place to study.

I LOVE Panera, dont get me wrong. My review is on this specific location.
I go to this one because in the past I’ve received great service here. However, the last 3 times I’ve gone there have been issues. I asked for the Asian Sesame Chicken Salad and once I payed for my order and waited at the counter I was told they didnt have the nuts or wantons. Its a small piece of the salad but its a bit frustrating that I wasnt told that at the time of ordering (I wouldve chosen something else so I could get every bit of the $ 12 salad). Then I went again and they were out of the panini I ordered, then when changing my mind they were out of that too. I chose another sandwich and while waiting for it I overheard the folks behind the counter complaining away about work. It seemed very unprodessional and not the usual for Paneras standard.
Im willing to try again but I think for a while I will try another location.

I am an infrequent patron of Panera Bread but the times I go the food is fresh and the service is good. Today was much different than all my other visits. After 20 min of waiting on my food, a very kind lady Ms Joyce came by and ask why I hadn’t gotten my food. I said I don’t know, she promptly went and found my order and proceeded to get me a refund. My point here is every worker in the place were too busy to care. As usual my food was good but Ms Joyce made my day because she cared about the guest. I will be back

I always order breakfast and lunches for work with them. They are great about having it ready early. I also have a couple employees with food allergies and they are wonderful with fixing everything separate and stored in their own baggy. Also I love how Angie from their catering department called the next day with a follow up asking how everything went. That was a great touch and really showed how much they are about how we enjoyed their food.

I used to come to this penera bread all the time. I used to live in pooler and after I’ve moved it became a long drive, but today I decided to drive extra miles to get some salad, and for some reason, the only ok thing this time was the soup! The chicken napa salad only had lettuce and one spoon of salad. The salad was a mess and the sandwich was different than usual. did they change the manager or something? It got so much worst! I’m never coming to this penera ever again!

This review is primarily for the «Rapid Pick-​up Order,» or RPO, via the Panera iPhone app. The whole point is that you order online, get into a digitized order que, drive to the restaurant, pick up your order, then back to your busy life… or hungry children in my case. RPO is supposed to solve a real-​world problem in the restaurant world; so far, not so much. I have given this system a try since its inception only to be disappointed. I have given this program the benefit of the doubt, but to seemingly deaf ears. As I am composing this review I continue to wait for an order that is now 15 minutes overdue (from the time stamp/​ready time on the emailed receipt). Disappointed.

This location is the best one in town. More often than not they keep the dining area clean and the food is always fresh. They have the iced tea making down to a science, always on point here. They always seemed to have ample quantities on hand, rarely do they run out of things. Most of the staff is nice. Hopefully they will keep up the good work.

One of the best Panera’s I’ve been to! They don’t have soup until 11 on the weekends which kinda sucked, but I got the chocolate chip bagel with blueberry cream cheese and the steak and egg breakfast sandwich. The choco chip bagel was good, nothing special, but the steak and egg was deeeeelicioussss. Yummy steak and cheese and egg on an everything bagel… can’t go wrong there.

Ordered the Mediterranean breakfast sandwich without tomatoes but I still got tomatoes in it. After I scrapped it out the sandwich was fresh and tasty. Good thing that I didn’t have a severe reaction to the tomatoes… allergies.

This is a great Panera. I love getting the You Pick Two and to be honest, I’ve tried so many combinations of soup, salad, and sandwich they are all good. Favorites would have to be the Broccoli Cheese Soup, Chicken Caesar Salad, and Sierra Turkey Sandwich. Love the baguette. The Blueberry Scone is amazing! The only downsides are if you are hoping to get booth seating, you are usually stuck with a table since there are so many customers grabbing up those booths and that although I see many Panera’s delivering food to the table for eat-​in guests, this one doesn’t and you have to wait at the counter or take a buzzer. The plates are so heavy when you order a large salad. I’m always afraid I will drop it. Panera, bringing the food to the table would be a nice touch.

We came here to pick up a bagel pack and the girl helping us was friendly. The 3 stars comes from obnoxious employees in the background complaining about the cashier taking someones breakfast order 5mins after breakfast stopped. I didn’t find it attractive at all watching a middle aged woman complain about making an egg sandwich in front of the customer that ordered it.

Good Panera fare. Only had skim and 2% milk to put in the coffee. Where’s the whole milk? the half and half? Must deduct a star for such transgressions.
