My son would eat here everyday if he could. Every day I get called mom can you go to zaxbys. Now he even had my husband doing it. There service is stellar and always good food. I can’t imagine ever going back to not having a zaxbys around the corner. A+++

Ok, first off my two star rating is for the service, not the food. Food is mostly on point. Service worse than anywhere I’ve been. A short crackhead named Imani was laughing because a woman asked for a refund due to incorrect order and unimaginable wait time. From the time I placed my order for two zalads it was over 30 minutes before I got my food.

I always try to support the local non-​chain restaurants but Zaxby’s is our fall back restaurant when we don’t know where we want to eat. Zaxby’s was started in my hometown back when I was in elementary school, and I’ve loved it ever since.
I’ve never had a bad experience at this location– the food is always tasty, the staff always polite and helpful.

By and far my favorite fast food place to eat. The chicken and the zaxby’s sauce is to die for. And their salads are 2nd to none. Since I’ve moved to Chicago I’ve missed getting their chicken… come to the north Zaxby’s!
