Walmart Supercenter

I will never patronize this retailer. This may be a political rant but here it goes. They recently required their employees to buy their own uniforms and guess what? They can only buy them from Walmart! Well over half of their employees qualify for SNAP (that’s food stamps) you and I as taxpayers subsidize this. The four Walton family members are worth 144 billion dollars yet they make no contributions to charity. Please do not shop at Walmart.

I purchased a TV online and what a nightmare!
1. Fedex showed it as «shipped»
2. I waited 10 days and still no TV.
3. Contacted them with concerns.
4. Got the «sorry it was „lost“» How can you loose a TV? It showed no movement on the tracking site (hence my concern to begin with.)
5. Offered to find replacement (of course they didn’t have that exact model.)
6. Asked for similar — nope the answer was nothing, but the refund email.
7. Explained how they had wronged a good customer. Nope — deaf and dumb.
As we all know, one bad customer experience leads to many lost sales. I bought separately 3D glasses, extra remotes & TV stand. They sit empty while I hunt for another one.
I will never buy from them. I’ve gotten better customer service from a $ 2 transaction.
It would also be nice if the email english was proper english and not choppy.
I provided my cell# and asked their service rep manager to call me. Hope they do, but probably won’t.

This walmart recently became a 24 hour super walmart. It has a large selection of products, but they keep moving items around so it’s difficult to relocate product. I like that this store is open 24 hours, but they close the self check outs at night. If you are in a rush you will not want to visit this store after midnight. The staff works in slow motion and only one lane remains open no matter how long the line. This store is also not coupon friendly. They will scan your coupon yet the computer never took the money off– even with a beep. I have argued with more then one cashier over the use of coupons– they simply dont know their own coupon policy. This Walmart also has a very limited supply of organic and health food options.

Smells like old paint & cat shit.
