This review is based on three visits over the past year. Two through drive thru and one inside dining. The inside dining visit was excellent with hot and fresh chicken. Everything was really good including service. That visit was in fall 2015. Then in late 2015 we ordered a family meal via drive thru and it also was very good. Most recently I went again in May 2016 and ordered a $ 5 special lunch meal, a single chicken breast with soda, side biscuit and cookie. It was awful. The chicken tasted really old, so much so you couldn’t tell if it was extra crispy or original… and boy was it dry! The other order was a pot pie and it was barely edible due to a very odd off taste. Service was really lacking as well on this last visit. I hope it improves back to the way it used to be in 2015.

Pretty long wait for our food, but they were fairly busy so not horrible though at one point we saw 4 crew members just standing around. The food was good. The pot pie was perfect and my wife’s long john silvers was good enough to bring back good childhood memories. Overall for what it is a solid 3 stars.

Went there on a Friday night and granted they were busy I stood at the counter for nearly 10 minutes and nobody even said hello. They made eye contact but that was all. Poor customer service I will not be going back way to go KFC Long John Silvers

The chicken is hardly ever fresh at this particular location. I’ve always liked KFC, but the food here is unsatisfying.

While I love the Colonel’s xtra crispy chicken, this place manages to screw something up EVERY single time I come here. Last time, I got home to find regular instead of extra crispy, the time before that, I got two large GRAVIES, with NO mashed potatoes… and it’s NEVER fresh. It’s always been under the lights longer than George Hamilton. FINALLY swore it off as a total loss, after many, many tries.
