Starbucks

I know Starbucks drinks are more complicated than other chains. For a drive — thur you do tend to wait a long time for your beverage. The girl who takes your orders is friendly, I just need to be in and out to get back on the 128 traffic jungle.

How hard is it to take an order. I ordered a grand pike black. After waiting an eternity, I pull up to the window where the rude employee tries to hand me an ice coffee. I say I ordered a hot coffee and I am given major attitude, it’s not my fault the fat tub of shzit got the order wrong, maybe he should stop talking to the other 4 people standing around doing nothing and he would have got my order right. Then the rude illegal gives me a coffee with coffee granules in it. I could tell from her attitude she put some in my coffee, luckily I actually strained my coffee twice before I drank it. I don’t understand how Starbucks has these rude employees who tamper with your coffee when they get your order wrong. How hard is it to pour a black coffee?

Arguably the slowest drive thru of all time. 3 cars in front of me and 20 minutes later I got my coffee, unreal

The BEST Starbucks in the area. I always stop by this location on trips to Boston/N.Shore. Today I stopped at 3 stores and this location is still the best. I mobile ordered and my drink (semi-​complicated) was perfect and ready.
I have always like this café so I stuck around for a few. Clean, Clean and Clean! Store is very well kept and I love the community table. I also noticed the charging rings are available if you forget your charger… Very cool!
Ordered a drink to go via the app and a barista brought it to my table as I was packing up! Nice
The only bad thing about the store is the drive thru/​parking lot. — I never use the DT but worth mentioning — -Clearly not this stores fault. The design is par for the course in a lot of DT Stores. Narrow lanes, confusing and many blind spots— be careful.

I love Starbucks so they are getting 3 stars but the workers are awful. They said snide remarks and mess up my coffee often. I only go here if it’s a must.

Love Starbucks and this location always delivers! The staff is always extremely kind and accurate with orders. I love their iced coffee and enjoy drinking it back with caramel drizzle. Also the egg ham and cheese artisan sandwich is fantastic. The drive through can get very busy I wish they would add another Starbucks with a drive through in the area to help with this problem — but for now it is totally worth the wait!

Yoo now y’all know that the coffee god don’t usually debase himself by steppin inside a bucks I hold the locally owned café experience dear to my heart b but on dawgs I had a customer service experience that compelled me like that
I had jus got done layin waste to a beef burro next door at border with the fam n I also had like 3 bowls of chips just me on those last 2 when the sever came around and asked us if we wanted more my moms was like no thank you but I was like nah man bring them shits and maybe I got a little carried away admittedly
Anyway I was feelin a little compacted and needed help to pass off this cheesey beef torpedo I ate. Needed espresso ASAP bro. That’s when I spot the bucks right there and I’m like dang I wanna stay honorable but the situation was dire.
So I pulled up in that drive thru I get to the menu and I see they don’t even have a espresso macchiato on there. Not even cortado an I know I wasn’t bout to have that caramel drizzle trash they try to pass of yo I ain’t soft.
So I hear the dude talking out the speaker and he’s already talkin a very reasonable volume which is good considering I got loud ass route 1 roaring behind me while I’m tryna listen. N he soundin real jolly. I tell em bro listen I just need a little steam milk foam on top a triple espresso I jus need a little paddin in that espresso or else it’s gon get real turbulent inside me. He was very understanding of my issue and he said so you mean like a triple macchiato? I was like brooo you the one!
I get to the window and I get my beverage and I was pleased to know the milk/​espresso ratio was on point. My dude Pat said he made sure of that. Then complimented my music it was future of course.
I felt ready to let this thing off I went inside bein careful to disguise myself so no one would know I was in a bucks. Then I took care of my situation and the bathroom was clean when I got in there at least. Then I dapped up pat and thanked him and yea I washed my hands and told him if he’s ever around my spot and needs to take a shit I got him

Great location! Right next to trader Joes. Super friendly staff and very fast drive thru service! Impressed.

Staff very polite, there’s a drive thru which Is a plus. Pretty much always busy. Line moves quick when u go in to place your order, but takes a while for your coffee to be made.
Love the coffee, but would appreciate it if when I order light cream I actually get it. They struggle with this most of the time. My husband mobile order is always ready when I arrive and I point thus out because I have had an experience at another location where my coffee was not ready and it was 10 minutes since I ordered.

One of the best Starbucks in the area. Staff are friendly, concise, and efficient. Their iced green tea also has hints of mint — which I like! Not all SBUX offer that. I’m always delighted when my tea has mint. :)

A very odd bunch work here. Too much chit chatting and lots of standing around = long wait and mistakes made.

What the heck has happened to starbucks??? Why is it so hard to get the drink you ordered? Or the pastry that never gets into the bag? Three visits three days in a row missing pastry… and wrong drinks all three days … At 3 different locations :-/
Today with two wrong drinks… using regular coffee instead of espresso in your drink (I checked the ingredients on their web site) … Ugh I will not be back for quite some time… starbucks you have beaten me down… you are too frustrating and there is no reward after spending 15 dollars a visit (including tip) just yuck and where’s my muffin!

Polite, attentive and accurate… Three of the most important things coffee drinkers look for!!! Drive thru makes it very convenient, especially when I’m lazy and don’t want to get out the car!!!

Honestly… how hard is it to make coffee??? It’s not hard at all… but the servers at this location make it seem that way! Very slow… act like they are doing you a big favor and they always get my drink wrong… and then give you attitude when you try to get the drink you asked for and paid for!!! Ahhhhhhh… hate this starbucks!!!

The Oprah chai tea latte isn’t much different from the standard chai tea latte. Save yourself the .50 cents.
The salted caramel mocha is good though, I guess.

This weekend while spending time with family in Saugus we decided to hit up this Starbucks drive thru. When we pulled up to order we were greeted by a polite employee who quickly took our order. When we pulled up to the window we ended up waiting for a very long time waiting for our items.
When we got our coffee and teas the drinks were delicious except for the fruit in the teas. The staff here was great but took a long time to get our items together. In the end the drinks were great but the orders took forever.

This is the least snooty Starbucks I have been to. The one across the street very clicky. With the obvious exception of a few. The only problem with this Starbucks is the drive thru is 5 feet from the highway and you can’t hear a thing they say and they can’t hear you. You might as well go inside. This shop is well managed.

The staff at this starbucks are beyond helpful and friendly! I have never had a bad experience!

For a Starbucks its a sad one. Very popular with twenty somethings… and flies.
This isn’t middle if summer flies. This is early to mid November flies.
Take control of your fly problem, and maybe I’ll be back.
