Great coffee spot for coffee in saugerties. Roasters etc. Good snacks and pleasant place to sit and enjoy 4 or 5 choices of fresh roasted coffee. Try it.

This family owned coffee house has lots to offer. They have 4 kinds of self-serve coffee along with a large variety of made from order coffee. I always get the avocado sandwich with bacon and honey sriracha sauce. Their prices are very reasonable and coffee is free refills if you use a mug.

Bluestone is one of the best local hangouts around! Great coffee(which they roast on the spot), teas, freshly baked pastries(their lemon squares are to die for), sandwiches, soups, various savory and sweet homemade waffles(a secret coveted recipe!), and a staff that warmly welcomes you like family. They also have a wonderful art gallery in the café that showcases very talented local artists… it changes on a monthly basis.

Robin, was so helpful when ordering from San Antonio TX for my aunts birthday. I wish I lived closer to come and thank her myself. I’m beyond impressed with the hospitality and help they offered to me. Thank you.

What a nice hidden Gem! My boyfriend and I were making our way through the Catskills and were searching desperately for a good cup of coffee. Thankfully, we stumbled upon this quaint little shop. Great tasting coffee, extremely friendly service. Simple, yummy breakfast. We have no complaints and even visited two times. Thanks so much! From York fiends in Lancaster PA

My absolute favorite local roaster in the Catskills. It’s the best kept secret in Saugerties. Have linch on their back terrace with friends. You will love it! Best cocoa I’ve ever had and creative fresh salads.

My weekend mornings wouldn’t be the same without this awesome coffee shop. The staff treats you like a part of their family. My favorite hot drink is what I like to call a Nasty Nutella. Hot Nutella with two shots of espresso. Never a dull time. All ways great company and conversation. OH! The food is delish too!!! On your mark, get set, and GO to this groovy little Shop in Saugerties!

The coffee is consistently amazing here. They do small batch roasting right in house and Mike will gladly tell you all you ever need to know about beans. The venue is small and very quaint. There is always art on the walls and newspapers to read. They have recently updated their menu to include more lunch options. Everything is made fresh and to order– they have a tiny kitchen and small staff so at times there is a slight wait for the food but it is always worth it. If you want fast food, try another venue. If you want good fresh food at a reasonable price pull up a chair and have some Joe while you wait. They have a back room with games and books, free wi-fi, and a couch to hang out on. Come spring, they will have an outside patio in back. What a great find in Saugerties!

The coffee was very good and I liked the option of getting a cup to go or, if you are sitting down to stay for awhile, you can get a ceramic cup and help yourself to all the free refills you want. The service was excruciatingly slow. It took over 20 minutes to get a grilled cheese sandwich in an almost empty coffee shop. I was told that the first sandwich was«overdone» because they«weren’t paying attention». It is true that the two men at the table next to us –the only other individuals in this place– certainly received a lot more attention and were served immediately. Perhaps they were regulars or friends of the owner(s). When my sandwich finally arrived, it was so greasy that I had to blot it with paper napkins. It came with an unappetizing looking side of macaroni salad, which i didn’t bother to taste. I had to flag down the server to order, as well as to pay my bill. I’d return to get a well-brewed cup of coffee to go, but won’t be eating here again.

We were on our way to our favorite restaurant in Saugerties for breakfast. It was closed so I used Unilocal to find something else something different. This place came up and I remember reading about it on FB. It was just down the street so we took a stroll. What a fortuitous find. Knowledgable, friendly and helpful staff with the best coffee in the area. They just raised the bar.

Great coffee! This is my go-to spot for an espresso and it’s also where I buy beans for home. Nice, spare interior. It is a great spot to meet up for coffee, but I left off the last star because they need to step up their baked goods.

A quant coffee roaster with friendly service and delicious coffee. We stopped in Saugerties during our drive from NJ to VT. We were excited to find a roaster to grab a cup to go. The owner was friendly and chatted with us about the different beans he had on hand. I would definitely go back if I were in the area. The store front had a lot of old charm, including the original tin ceiling and wood cabinets.

Spent a good fifteen minutes talking about beans. If you are looking for a Starbucks experience, go elsewhere. If you are looking for pride in craftsmanship, knowledge of the bean, and a great cup of coffee, stop by. I rather support the local guy with pride then a chain any day.

VERYSLOWSERVICE. There’s a difference between doing it the right way and just slow service. The owners are not food service people and thus move very slow. There is no pep in their step and on top of that the coffee is weak. Unless something changes I guarantee they don’t make it for another 6 months.

Took a pit stop in this town during a long road trip. Very cute coffee shop – nice atmosphere, friendly service, and delish ice lattes. Oh, and the chocolate covered espresso beans are bomb digg.

My wife and I had a simple breakfast of breakfast paninis(very fresh bread, veggies, eggs) and a delicious french press of organic coffee from Haiti. We played Candyland and traded a book for one on the shelf. Clean, mellow and the service was excellent. Very modestly price for the quality of food and the atmosphere. If I ever come back to Saugerties, I’ll visit again.
