I have used Frank And Company for jewelry repairs for years. They are very skilled and their prices are so reasonable. I have gotten repairs done here that I had been told by other jewelers would be either «impossible“or they would have charged me so much that it was not worthwhile to go forward. They even managed to beautifully repair an expensive silver key chain that my husband accidentally ran over with his car! As a plus, they are professional and a pleasure to deal with. I’d never go anywhere else.

I have never purchased anything here but have sold a lot if pieces of jewelry I no longer used. I was looking to purchase z 1 carrot diamond didn’t care too much about the rating just something that looked good on my finger. Frank said he would get z few Shen he went in to the city. When I called him back a week of so later he said he had one but was waiting on another so as to have two to show me. This was at least 6 months ago and hd never called me back. Shame on you Frank. I went from being impressed to never wanting to step foot into his store again. I guess my purchase was not worthy enough for his time

Now that I live in Dutchess County it is not as easy as it used to be for me to get to Frank’s for watch and other jewelry repairs, but I make the trip anyway because he is really skilled, charges reasonably and is a pleasure to deal with. I have very good pearls and would not trust anyone other than his wife, who works with him, to do the re-​stringing. His son also works with him; all three are lovely to deal with.

An old time jewelry store. Frank the father used to work for Bulova. He will fix your watch like it was brand new and talk to you about the Mets while he’s doing it. My fiancée and I bought our rose gold wedding rings there. They helped us size them perfectly and talked us through the whole process. It’s a family business that makes you feel like family when you’re there. A special place with special people.

Family owned and very friendly and professional. They buy gold and they make a lot of custom pieces too. My mom bought in some old broken jewelry and is making a new ring out of the diamonds that were left over from the gold that she sold him. Great prices too.
