Thank you! A lost art! When you walk into a place that you spend a lot of money and they call you by your first name without you ever expecting it??? That’s class! Amazing place! Always perfect work and I bet I spend $ 100 bucks a month there. Molly, you rock… well done! See you tomorrow! Quinn Quinn & Cantara on PYX106

First of all, Ashley and Molly, the two young ladies who work at Feigenbaum’s, are both extremely polite and personable, and Molly even came to my restaurant to hand-deliver a shirt I needed for work one time. Secondly, I am so impressed by their ability to remove stains from shirts. I am a bartender, and the other day, I took a shirt there that had been severely stained with the juice from a pomegranate. I put Oxyclean on it and scrubbed and scrubbed, but to no avail. I thought for sure the shirt was a goner, which was upsetting because my work shirts cost about $ 50. I got my shirt back yesterday — spic and span clean. I don’t know how they did it, but BRAVO!!!

Used to go the Railroad Place location in Saratoga, merely for convenience as I could go there on my lunch hour to have alterations measured and no dry cleaner or tailor in area has hours outside of office hours for those of us who work a full time 9 – 5 job. Until recently my experience had been generally adequate in terms of service though always felt the prices are particularly high compare to other vendors in area. However the last time I brought in pants for hemming, about two months ago, I brought three pairs, was measured in each pair pants with flat shoes, which are what I wear with said pants. When I tried them on at home after picking them up one pair –low rise jeans –were right length but the two pairs of trousers were TWOINCHESTOOSHORT verging on high water and certainly not appropriate for wearing to work. Called the store and as advised brought them back in to the RR Place store as hem allowance was significant enough that there was chance they could be brought down and be a wearable length. Feigenbaum’s sent the two pairs out another of their stores with a tailor as the tailor a that location is no longer with the company and they were readjusted to be just close enough to be wearable for work. After two years of taking many pairs of pants there for alteration with same tailor never had an issue. However 2″ too short is inexcusable. Yes, they did their best to fix it. Nonetheless, that was the last straw and I will be taking my business elsewhere for tailor and dry cleaning.

This is the worst dry cleaners I have ever been to! I brought in a winter white jacket to be cleaned and it came back completely ruined! They got rid of most of the normal wear stains but the chemicals they used were so harsh that it turned my whole jacket yellow, turned the lining from white to pink, and ripped the fabric apart! On top of it all, they shrunk my jacket dramatically. The jacket was roomy on me before. Now, I can barely button it up and the sleeves look like they were cropped! When I asked what they could do, they sent it back to the plant to try and«fix» the jacket. It came back looking about the same but dirtier. I asked for some type of compensation, which they refused, and they even gave me a hard time about refunding the cleaning charges. Throughout this whole ordeal, they called me a liar saying that the jacket was brought in like that when I have pictures to prove the condition of the jacket pre-cleaning. The owner, Todd, did not take responsiblity for his services. He spoke through the girls at the store, and never once called to apologize or offer a solution. They pride themselves on how long they’ve been around. Their services are outdated and they clearly do not understand customer service. They may have been around since 1917, but maybe that just means they have been around for too long… In addition, this is the most expensive dry cleaners in all of Saratoga. They do not have a single good review. Go anywhere but here and you’ll be better off!
