waitresses have no clue what customer service means or care about their job. You better know what you’re wanting before you order it… don’t ask for any recommendations… the girl we had thought IPA was a brand of beer… tried to order food… was ok at best. but the whole vibe here was bad… don’t think I’ll be back to this place…

Kudos for being the only place that’s still open after 9pm in this area and actually still serves food. This is your typical sports bar so maybe I didn’t experience this place the right way. I had their wings which were dry — I’m a wings fan and could not finish them. Their fried pickles were just pickles with breading that fell off as soon as you touched them.

Had a delicious caprese salad. Dinner during live music was very nice. Great waitresses, bartenders could be a little more friendly.

I was at dangos tonight and I had the most incredible time. The bartenders Eden, Riley, and Courtney were amazing. They made me feel so comfortable. The manager(Bill) took great care of us too. I would recommend this place to anyone looking to have a good time in Saratoga. Also, the Tuesday $.05 wing deal is amazing. They also have great bands everynight in the summer. I wish I didn’t have to work because I would spend everynight at dangos. Did I mention how great Eden is?

5 cent wings on Tuesday? Surely this is a mistake, or some kind of gypsylike scheme to get me through the door. Yes and no. What they fail to advertise is the fact that wings are indeed five cents apiece with a purchase of any beverage. No free water today(sorry Californians). With your one drink you get a maximum of 12 wings at 5 cents a piece. If if you want more wings at that fantastic price, you have to order more drinks. This can lead to trouble if you aren’t aware of the heavy markup in the beverage department. Bottle of water runs 5 dead presidents in these parts. The trick is to only order one drink and ignore their constant attempt to honeypot you into ordering another round. If you follow my lead, your bill will be around $ 5.60 a person not including tip. As I said before, do not fall for the honeypotting! I’ve seen many brave men fall for these spells and order a multitude of beverages and are shocked when the check arrives. If you really have the urge to drink, the old flask in the back pocket should do the trick. The wings are mediocre at best, but at 60 cent a dozen who can complain? I see several reviewers up in arms about the quality of wings. They all strike me as the fastidious type. The service is usually fast and the servers are very polite. To sum it all up it, I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a cheap filling. In the words of Bubb Rubb, chicken wing go «crunch crunch», my mouth go «WOOWOO»! P.S. No wings to go you savages.

Dingbat O’Douchebags…your attitude is simply repulsive. Your obsessive compulsive Boston sports disorder isn’t amusing either. You want true Buffalo wings? Dozier’s on the other side of town is the best in this mediocre burg. They don’t try to rip you off either with extra charges. This place puts the SHAM in shamrock. Once bitten twice yer OUT…

Pros: lots of TVs with the NFL Ticket, casual place that serves food Cons: Food was lackluster(ordered a French Dip and it was pretty blah) and a bit greasy, beer selection was lackluster –ordered a pitcher of Red Hook and it cost 22 bucks which I thought was high for an average beer as well… Would go back if I was in the mood for Bud Light and wings, but would go elsewhere if I wanted something a bit more creative and tastier

Went for wing night. Terrible service. Soggy wings. And it wasn’t even that busy. Will not be returning here.

Horribly understaffed which destroys the atmosphere of any pub… The poor girl had half a bar, a few tables to solo and simultaneously had to do inventory for Jabba the Hut at the end of the bar. The second clams casino clam I had was rotten.

One of the best sports pubs in Saratoga Springs. Many TVs spread throughout the bar and lounge areas. Large bar area with spill over space for more people. Good servers and bartenders. Also if your a New England and Boston sports fan this is the place to watch a game since the Red Sox, Bruins, Patriots, ect get prime TV space over the New York teams. As for the food Saratoga Springs is a city full of great food. Dangos is not by any chance at the same level of culinary excellence as many of the great restaurants in Saratoga Springs but what it does do great is affordable excellent pub food. They have a huge menu with all your bar standards. Burgers, wings, salads, wraps and s specialty sandwiches. The burgers are great the wings are standard, the soups are very good and the wraps and sandwiches are good as well. All prices are very reasonable and the beer us down right cheap when compared to the other places in the area. All and all Dangos is my go to pub while in Saratoga.

Had a bizarre experience in here on Sunday night. First of all, I need to compliment our server, Olivia, for being prompt and friendly. It was a VERY slow night and extremely hot. This explained the fact that the outside was empty and all of the wait staff were hanging out around the bar. They were feeding the jukebox and playing very very loud, horrible dance music that reminded me of a strip joint. When I mentioned the fact that this music was not at all Irish or Sports bar stuff I got laughed at. Truly bizarre, I could not relax with ghetto music blaring in my ear… sorry. Someone did finally turn it down, but it was still above conversation level. Can’t imagine watching a game here. The food was ok and they accepted my groupon, but it was very expensive… they were charging us more than $ 7.00 for draft beer!!! I would not go back, even with a groupon. They need to hire at least one person over 21 with some common sense.

Not bad. Great place for Tuesday nights when there is never anything going on in the world. Really cheap wings and the place is packed. You’ll have to wait a bit if you just show up but the wait really isn’t too bad(20 minutes or so from 8pm on.) Perfect inspiration to get you through a soul-sucking Tuesday at work. Come here and get some beers and wings with your boys. As for weekends, there is usually a decent band playing with a large outside bar area that is fun for all«of age» ages. The food other than wing night is pretty good as well. You won’t recommend it to any foreign princes but it’s a good place to grab some quick food while you start your pregame for a night at the bars. LOTS of TV’s also that they are more than willing to change to whatever game you might desire. See you Tuesday.

I came here on a Saturday night based on the recommendations of a random stranger on the street. I was looking for food and beer late at night and they were one of the only options available at that time. First of all, the food took nearly an hour to arrive. We ordered nachos which came out about 5 minutes before the rest of the food came out. We didn’t even care for the nachos at that point — we all just wanted our entrees. The nachos were awful. They were completely burnt. We couldn’t really eat them. I ordered the Pot of Gold as my entrée which included tacos, buffalo wings, mozz sticks, and fried pickles. Wings were dry with just a drizzle of sauce. Tacos tasted like they came out of a box. Someone got the lobster ravioli and the roast beef sandwich and it did not taste good(I totally understand one should never order lobster ravioli or a roast beef sandwich at an Irish pub!). Prices were moderate but I’m giving 1-star for the ridiculously slow service and the terrible food.

Drinks are insanely expensive! Tuesdays is 5 cent wing night bone in or boneless. However, they have new strict rules and took the fun out of it. You must buy a drink for every dozen wings you order. They also now charge a gratuity. Do not advertise a 5 cent wing night if you are going to nickel and dime people with high priced drinks, 1.00 per cup of blue cheese and hidden gratuity charges. This place use to be incredible with amazing wings and just a good place to hangout and have a beer. My buddies and I would go every tuesday. I havent been there since the new rules have been in place.

Quick review– Stopped by for a couple drinks and my buddy wanted a quick bite to eat. The outdoor area is ok, nothing special. There are 8 TVs behind the bar and the bartender/waitress was very nice and attentive. The place is very casual, almost has the feel of a beach bar patio. His food took awhile and he seemed pleased with it. Some of the waitresses are very attractive and wearing very small outfits so it’s got that going for them.

The bar itself wasn’t really anything special, but the cocktails are the size of your face. Everyone in my group was ragging on me for just getting water. Sorry guys, that’s not water … that a gin and tonic served in a pint glass. When the bartender handed it to me, I half expected it to taste like a glass of tonic water with essence of gin, but that wasn’t the case. The ingredients in the drink were actually balanced quite well. In the end, two beers, two mixed drinks, and one scotch came out to about $ 35 before tip. Not too terrible in my opinion.

«I’m Dehydrating Here!» by Josh K. No tap water offered at the bar??? Really??? Even after you ordered multiple mixed drinks at 8.50 a pop and just need something to rehydrate? Bartender: «We only serve bottled water for 3 dollars» Are you ****ing kidding me! Better get that policy changed.

I had been enjoying Dangos, and met a buddy there on Wednesday. We had a couple cocktails and got chatting with this woman that was next to us. When it was tome to go and I asked for the bill, the bartender decided that I would be paying the entire tab of the girl we were talking to regardless of the fact that she was clearly there on her own and ordered before we were talking. I also are found out they are charging track prices as a johny walker red and soda was $ 11.50! I honestly think she just made up a price because it’s never been that before. I brought this up with the bartender and she seemed visibly shaken that I would call her out. I had cash out every time I ordered but they seemed insistent that I have a tab going and now I see why. I imagine they think everybody during track season doesn’t care what or who they pay for. I told the woman we were taking to I was not paying for her drinks and she should pay herself but she seemed unconcerned and left. Looking back the whole thing was shady.
