Absolutely terrible. Extremely slow, especially in the drive-​thru. I have only been here a handful of times, and each time I am even more disappointed. The staff are extremely incompetent and unhelpful, as well as ridiculously slow and lazy, and I have frequently witnessed a few of them that were obviously heavily under the influence of whatever drug. I once stopped by at 12 am, as they advertised a 24 hr drive through, but when I drove through no one came to the window or even took my order. The lights were on and cars were parked outside, but there was no one to be found: proof of the complete incompetence of the lowlives who «work» here.

To break the old cliché about a Burger King is like the other. This is not so in Sarasota.
This place certainly is an improvement from their other restaurant just five miles Northeast from here.
At least I can say this place has good service and the food is actually warm!
It is situated in a fun to watch Ringling School of Arts where you look out the window you can easily say — no two people are alike! The artsy fartsy students make it a colorful place to be. No pun intended.

Long wait. Incompetent help. I saw only one person who was very overworked, the poor girl. The fish sandwich had about one teaspoon of tarter sauce.
