I have to totally disagree with the previous comments. I recently picked up a cheeseburger and a large drink from the McDonald’s by the airport and they messed up the entire order (wrong drink and cheeseburger had ketchup when I ordered it without any). I did not notice their mistake until I was almost home, so I swung by this McDonald’s (close to the new Publix) in hopes they would correct the mistake. They happily corrected the mistakes, free of charge, and were totally nice about it! I was very happy with both the manager on duty on the guy (Noah) behind the counter, both provided outstanding customer service!

This McDonalds has the worst customer service I have ever had! I went back numerous times and gave them chance after chance before posting this review…
I have continued to get food and drinks wrong and the service is rude as if i am a bother for purchasing something from them. I am DONE! I will never go back to this one.
