Trilogi SF

We were lucky enough to have TriolgiSF cater a corporate event for us back in October. The event was from 6 — 9 pm so we wanted lite bites to go with the wine, nothing too heavy. Tessa came up with the perfect menu and selection for our guests:
Bang Bites: Grilled chili lemongrass chicken on sliced organic sweet dough bread topped with homemade creamy peanut sauce and fresh Japanese cucumber
Deviled Eggs: Classic Deviled Eggs garnished two ways; with crispy bacon or green onions and Paprika
Larb Lettuce Cups: Minced chicken or pork tossed in a lime dressing, shallots, and herb mix; served on a lettuce cup
Northern Thai Sausage Bites: Pork sausage with lemongrass, Keffir lime, red chili, and spices served as bite sizes
Cheese Bites: Organic Sage cheese served on rustic crackers
Teriyaki Tofu: Lightly floured and fried Tofu with a ginger teriyaki glaze and sprinkled with roasted sesame seeds. (MY FAVORITE!)
Each item was the perfect bite size and soooooo delicious! Even with the 60+ guests we had coming & going, the Trilogi team kept all the platters looking fresh & plentiful throughout the evening. They replenished the food so discreetly & made a conscious effort to work around the guests at all times. They were even kind enough to provide us with extra tables & table cloths for the event! Several guests made a point to tell us how much they enjoyed the food and we had such a great experience working with the TrilogiSF staff. We will definitely be using them again for our next event!

Trilogi SF was an incredible choice for our holiday event. We hosted 100+ people at SOMArts Cultural Center for an evening event. The food was excellent as well as the presentation. When I stopped by to check in mid-​way through the event, an attendee said «You must try this, it’s incredible». Tessa and her team were punctual, professional, and needed no guidance as they knew once evaluating the event exactly where to execute. As an event planner, having caterers who know how to walk into an event and know how make it happen is key.

I’ve been going to trilogi sf and following them for awhile. Great food and customer service. Downtown is a lot easier for me to get to. Love the new location in downtown area. The potatoes poppers, Hawaiian sliders are my fav. But the chilli wings and the burrito is amazing. I tried everything on the menu and all of the food is amazing. They switch there menu up often. They’re my new food place for my kids and I. If I can give them 10 stars I would. I will be back for more food can’t seem to get enough of Thai tappas. Great customer service, food and beer. Also soju bomb is amazing pairing with food. So glad I found this place amazing food and a great place to hang out with friends.
