Haircuts are OK but customer service is horrible. I called ahead today and got a 20 minute wait time. I reached about 20 minutes later and there was still one person noted down in front of me. No biggie. That’s when the trouble began. They took one more person before me whose name was noted right after mine and another walk in who happened to know a stylist. I came in and had to wait for 40 minutes as a walk in, having called ahead. They intentionally took people below the list from me and then had the gall to say those people had been waiting. Not gonna be back.

Brian, my hair stylist for some time, just moved from the Novato location to Fillmore location! I knew I had to follow — as he never disappointed in a haircut for my short style! Brian listens patiently and then goes to work following your instructions! He is the BEST!!!

Van has cut my hair for my last three haircuts, and I could not be happier to have found her. I have curly hair and like to wear it very short. It is such a relief to know that each time I go to Supercuts to have her cut my hair, I will be so pleased with the results!

I’ve brought my little boy to get his hair cut here at this Supercuts location two or three times. The haircut is A-ok but some things I experienced today were not. First, I didn’t get the«Buy One, Get One at 50% off» Paul Mitchell products’ promotion. I noticed that mistake on my receipt after I left. In short, I was overcharged $ 10. (I also had to ask for the receipt and they seemed a little off put). Second, when I thoughtfully asked if the stylist wanted a cash tip and asked her to break an ATM $ 20, she gave me four $ 5 bills. She looked in the register then went to another stylist to get change. I had to ask her to break the $ 5. While we all live in a crazy expensive city, a $ 4 tip on an $ 18 haircut tip is 25%. I have to go back tomorrow to have them credit me the Paul Mitchell product discount. Maybe it was an honest mistake but today’s experience left a bad taste in my mouth.

I’ve only been here once, but I found the experience to be satisfying. I walked in, wasn’t greeted and sat down. After one of the staff finished with a client she did end up taking my name. I was waiting for about 15 minutes before Jenny could take me. I was pleased. She listened to what I wanted(I know specifically what I want) and proceeded to make it happen. All that for $ 25! I’ll most likely be back.

Very very bad customer service. Some of the people barely speak english. I have a super easy haircut which I used to cut my self while I had all the mirrors i needed(long story). I went there couple of times. It was hit and miss, until one time I got a haircut from a guy called Jonathan. I was very satisfied so I asked his card and said that I will ask for him. And today I did. I called them and asked when can i get a haircut, and I specifically asked for Jonathan. The lady who barely spoke any English told me 2pm. I went there, only to discover that Jonathan is off today, she probably didn’t understand me, although I have repeated multiple times his name. Then I asked when is Jonathan working, they told me, he will be there the next day before noon. I wanted to schedule an appointment, but they said no, you have to call on the same day. So although they made me come for no reason, they won’t even allow me to make an appointment without calling the next day. Sucks sucks sucks sucks. The lade that was originally speaking on the phone to me, also cuts hair. Can you imagine the communication if she cannot understand basic english?

Pretty terrible customer service. Have tried to make appointments countless times over the phone and with the app, but every time I’ve been treated as a walk in regardless of calling in ahead of time. The stylists often don’t actually take your name down on their system when you come in for your appointment and then prioritize the walk-ins over you. Find a different location if you’re on a time crunch — but if you have plenty of time to spare, this is a basic place to get a simple haircut.

Went on a Sunday. Was seen right away. Got a mens haircut. Super fast. Clean fade. Nice staff. Accepts payment by card. Nineteen bucks. Hey, what’s not to like? Apparently they can do more styled and creative cuts too. But I personally will stick to the basic. I’ll be coming back for sure.

You get what you expect at this sort of place. It’s not great, but I’ve been coming for years for quick and simple haircuts and they do a fine job. If you come here and ask for something really complicated, you get what you deserve.

I’ve had my haircut here over the years since I don’t go 4 anything fancy. I tried something new today, a hair treatment. The staff member Anne provided the service. I figured out hen I got home that she didn“t know what to do. She put treatment into my hair and there proceeded to wash it out. No benefit overall; just money down the tube. Not likely to get anything other than a haircut here again ever.

It’s busy early. and not just that they don’t update the reservation list so you can sit in the store and have people come in and go ahead of you. poorly run unless you are a regular. and $ 20 for a base mens cut.

I came here a few times & was thoroughly dissapointed. I wanted the sides of my head shaved(I’ve a mohawk) & each time I requested a double Zero & they only used a zero. For some REASON they don’t give me the shave that I want and it is irritating, especially since they are bloody expensive. I wanted a Very clean shave & for $ 20 they didnt give me what I requested! There are much better places way cheaper in Castro/Mission — I was just desperate when I used SuperCuts for convenience & maintenance reasons. Ill never go to any of em again! Their ‘Hair Cutters’ seem to lack technique, individuality, and personality. Its like they are cutting by the instructions of a book. Taking steps and reading manuals. Seriously, they do ‘Micky Mouse’ work and after the number of times I have unfortunately used them I am not convinced that the people who work here are real Stylists and there is nothing Super about Supercuts!

Drove there and paid for parking only to come in and have them tell me that I had to wait after 3 – 4 people who just happened to walk in! Had to leave because the wait would have been 15 – 20 mins. I’m never going to be one of those people who’s known for having great hair. I’ve had the same Richie Cunningham haircut since I was five, and if I’m lucky, I’ll have some hair left as an old man. Supercuts meets my need for a no-BS haircut at a reasonable price, and without having to schedule an appointment or wait around very long, even on busy weekends. I never ask for a specific stylist when I go in, and I’ve probably worked my way through the rotation a few times now. Yes, sometimes the haircuts are better than others. There have been times when the stylist was a little carefree with the clippers, and cut the skin on the back of my head. I’ve also had great experiences where I felt like I got a great cut and it lasted for months thereafter. Overall, the service and quality have been appropriate for the $ 20 price, which is good enough for me.
