Gets the job done but the customer service needs help.
They crank your drink out quickly and the line is never long here. We usually can find a table. Pretty quiet for and SF Sbucks!
Why am I docking 2 stars? I come multiple times a week, make conversation with the barristas and they still never remember me or my order. Also, there has been multiple Starbucks promotions that I have tried to redeem here that they will not acknowledge or say they do not know about. Get with the program!
I keep returning cause it is right next to my office, though.

Wow tried to reload my rewards card and was told they can not accept a $ 100.00 bill. Rude employee #1 975 473 total attitude. Then the restroom was disgusting no seat covers no TP. Trash on the floor over flowing.

Store usually has hit or miss customer service, but today was terrible. After waiting about 15 minutes for my drink, I see multiple people who ordered after me get there specialty drinks. Come to find that my cup was pushed aside. The cashier grabs cup and states it’ll come up next and lets the barista know I’d been waiting. Barista has no sense of urgency or resemblance of customer service skills. 3 more drinks (none of them mine) later… my drink finally comes. Don’t think I should have to wait almost 30 minutes for a coffee. Even Philz coffee takes less time and they have longer lines! Not a satisfied customer today for sure. On top of it all the drink tastes nasty, not made well.

9:30am Saturday — about 10 folks in line, only two staff (they were awesome and friendly).
A bit longer wait time (but staffing was the issue). I suspect they optimize for big events at Moscone.

Well, it’s the ever proliferative coffee shop and you probably know what to expect. We came here twice during a conference because apparently other coffee shops around here are closed on the weekends and one was even closed today! Overall, staff was nice with the exception I’m about to mention. My drink was called as ready and I as I walked up to retrieve it, the barista splashed a hefty splash of warm milk on myself and another customer. It landed on my face and arms and not just one little drop. And do you know what the barista responsible did? She simply said «My bad.» And went back to what she was doing!!! I told her I didn’t think «My bad» was appropriate and she ignored me. How about a proper apology, maybe offer a towel? Unbelievable!!!

I’m a frequent visitor at this Starbucks since it’s on the way to my office, but I love stopping by on my way to work! It’s not super big and it can get crowded during the usual commuter hours, but with the new mobile ordering function, I never have to stand in line anymore. I usually place my order on the app upon exiting the BART Montgomery St. Station and by the time I get there (approx. 10 minute walk) my drink is ready for me and I get to skip the line. Super convenient if you pass by this one on your route on your way to work. I would definitely recommend this location over the one right off the Montgomery station since it always seems crowded. Plus the baristas at this one are always super friendly and out of all the times I’ve been here they have never gotten my drink wrong or given me a bad tasting drink, which definitely happens at a lot of other Starbucks locations.

Just one of the many Starbucks in the area. This one a bit further back from Market so doesn’t get crowded unless the Moscone crowd is around. There is a fair amount of seating and many are close to power outlets or have the power charging rings. The tables and seating are pretty close and tight. There are some seats in the back near the bathrooms that some people miss. Outdoor seating is available but seldom used.
The coffee and service is pretty much the same as all the Starbucks — which is a good thing, consistent.
Not the best place to work from since the tables are tight and its hard to know when the masses are in town but it’s close and I might as well build credits on my loyalty card.

Starbucks might not be the most innovative company when it comes to their coffee, but their latte is good enough for me. I actually prefer it more than Peet’s, which is a bit bitter.
The thing I like about this branch is that it is not so crowded and has many seats. It is perfect for studying, chilling and the window seats are perfect for people watching. I also like how the wifi is pretty fast and the wireless charging! I like their playlist too! Comfortable :)

I’ve been to close to a million Starbucks by now in the city (I kid I kid!). But, for some odd reason I had not dropped by this location before until today. I came by today during a quick break at work and I was surprised to see they had a smaller line than in used to at the Starbucks in the city. There’s a lot of space inside and I really liked they also served up Starbucks Reserve (which I didn’t end up getting this time around). I ordered a S’mores Frap and a classic coffee cake. I didn’t have to wait long and the drink was great and the cake was delicious. I definitely will keep this spot in mind for its friendly and fast service!

Ever heard of glacier pace? Well It was invented here. They’re slow and rude. Wtf?

They are so friendly, efficient and happy to help. We travel a lot for work and I often make coffee runs for the team at several different locations. They get it right, they get it quick and they do it with a smile. Annie & Treasure were some of my favorite baristas! During rush hour, Annie had a system that kept my drinks together and accurate. It did not disrupt their normal flow and they never messed up a single order while we were there.
Location has an open layout with outlets and plenty of seating. They have great wireless charger rings for your phone. Central location in Downtown.

I generally stay away from this SBUX since it’s overrun with pushy suits and mobs of convention folks, but as such this makes the staff super quick and efficient. The baristas are nice and they make tasty drinks, which is all I look for in a Starbucks.

Yes, we have an espresso machine in the break room. I could blast steam all over my forearm and be proud of making my own. But it is satisfying to me to have someone else pull the coffee the same way every time. My taste for SBUX goes back 16 years, and Peet’s is too strong for me now.
This is a central location, right on 3^rd Street. It gets overwhelmed when conferences are in town, but after a year I have learned that’s not too often.
It’s best to keep close to the counter and keep my head up, because once or twice when I wasn’t paying attention, someone else was happy to walk out with my order. My standard breakfast has become a double tall nonfat latte and a sausage cheddar and egg sandwich, which cost $ 6.90 together these days.
The baristas are friendly, and they all know my name, although it shifts between «David» and «Dave.» I’ve learned many of theirs as well. We hang out, and some of them shepherd my orders through the maze when the others are busy.
There are 2 lounges, an outdoor patio, and free wifi. After the badged conventioneers rush through, it’s all local workers.
All in all, this has become my at-​work neighborhood hangout.

I’m actually not a fan of Starbucks but this one is right behind my office and I’ll occasionally stop in. The team that works here is always fast and friendly even if the line is almost always out the door.

This is a very large location with lots of natural light and very friendly service. I was able to order quickly but my frappiccino took a while due to quite a few people ahead if me and behind me who ordered hot drinks (which I think they prefer and always do first). They have outdoor tables under a roof which is a lovely scene for any occasion. I would return again because the location is great and the atmosphere is relaxed. Not sure what it is like at high volume times like the morning — I visited around 3pm.

I’ve been coming here for the past few years, location is ideal as it’s very close to my work. There’s also plenty of space for guest to chat or do work. The staff is overall great, many have been working there for quite some time. I recognize most of the staff there and they seem content. Only every once in awhile do I get poor service or wrong orders, but overall, they’re good to me.

This Black Boy named Nate has got to go! If I could give Negative stars I would. The lady before me ordered a Vanilla Late & tasted it & asked this boy Nate to put the Vanilla in & he said «It Don’t Say No Vanilla» how rude is that?
What customers gonna lie about what they ordered? & what employee is gonna speak like that?
Than it’s my order & I just got a tattoo finished & I scratched it & the boy said «Don’t be scratchin yo shit Gettin yo flakes Ova here» & I said excuse me? All Im doing is scratching my arm. Than he said well if you leave a mess you gone clean it up & I said who are you talking to? Im not leaving a mess in here. & he said «You’re Disgusting. you’re a Creature»
Meanwhile all I did was scratch my tattoo. Im very clean I wouldn’t let my dead skin sit on a counter .
This kid was SO disrespectful. He’s lucky my boss was with me or I would have Stayed & complained to the manager in person. I work in the city every day & I’ll never come here again. There goes a faithful customer thanks to NATE
