These guys were amazing! They were my reconstructive physicians when I was recovering from Breast Cancer. They went above and beyond to help me as an out of the area patient. They helped me with all of the details, worked me into their schedule so that I could take care of multiple things in one visit, since I was coming from out of the area. They even helped me get great coverage from my insurance for the best procedure for my care. Dr Rudy Buntic went above and beyond!

These people had the worst staff I have encountered in some time, and I lived in LA. The woman that was supposed to book my appointment was never available. When I finally GOT an appointment, it was two months away. I called to confirm the friday before my surgery and I was told that my appointment had been cancelled because they had not heard from me. What kind of policy is that?
I was told they could get me in Monday anyway, so I made plans to get a ride into SF and back out. When I got there at 8:30 they hadn’t opened yet (staff was late). I was told that it might be better if I waited until they could process my insurance and they could have me back within a week. For the next two weeks I tried to get the whole thing sorted out and ended up back where I started. Annoyed I called to complain and was told that I should take my business elsewhere. Odd buisness practice, don’t you think? Rude and creepy staff, but the surgeons seemed nice.
