Excellent sandwiches. I love their signature sandwiches especially the pastrami but I have to say that the build your own has become my favorite way to go. They make the most delicious pastrami, smoked pork, turkey and the Provencal tuna with a great selection of additional items. Try the sides if you can — the carrots are divine, the potato salad is lovely, the farro is tasty and good for you and the potato chips are a guilty indulgence. My mouth is watering and I just left there. If you are going with a group(larger than 5) call ahead to give them a heads up.

Excellent house-cured pastrami sandwich with homemade kraut, not too sour, & melted cheese on Acme Light Rye. $ 11.00& delicious. The pastrami was fatty & very good however I wish it had more of that New York pastrami spice of a flavor that is just, well, Pastrami! Been out here 35 years so don’t diss me for suggesting they taste some of that Carnegie Deli-type pastrami available at numerous places like Langers in L. A. Also, believe it or not,(& yes, I know food & good pastrami) available at Togos. Honest! I mean the right spice & flavor. But better at La La Land delis like Nate ‘n Al’s, Langers, Brent’s & Cantors. Otherwise a fabulous sandwich. Heard about them on the Tablehopper segment on KGO Radio. Oh yeah, the fellow who took my order, I assume one of the evening bar tenders, was great.
