By far the worst user interface for karaōke ever in the entire world. You could spend a good 15 minutes just trying to find out how bad it is. If you want to ever make a UX/UI designer rant, take them here and hope that they don’t bash this thing to pieces. I’d much rather have a book and a remote, because at least that makes sense. When you don’t choose a song, it chooses a random song for you, which is 500% not okay. The rooms are pretty cheap. If you drink alcohol, they do not have alcohol. They probably do not allow alcohol. I don’t drink, so I didn’t care, but my group is the type that needs alcohol to sing, so that made things a lot less fun. Decent song selection if you can figure out the demon machine.

Pro: *Came an hour Late for reservation, but still got our room right away *Comfortable seats *Pretty decent and recent songs *Extremely helpful staff!(Fixed system when it was down and even helped find my keys after I called in 2 hours after I left the place) *Decently priced * Outside food allowed in rooms Cons: *Not sure if it was only our group, but security checked through our bags. *Karaōke system extremely difficult to navigate. Artist and songs were in a complicated index. Extremely sensitive touch screen so it kept adding random songs we didn’t want.

Cheapest happy hour! Most of the songs are in Chinese but super cheap.

The small room is really small and will fit about 3 – 4 people max. we got a medium room for 5 – 6 and it was perfect. It was really stuffy and hot inside until the guy helped us turn on the A/C lol(the switch on the wall we thought were for lights, ended up being for the air). Some of the music is really recent and it was fun to sing songs that you still hear on the radio today. The apple screen they have to pick music on the side is really cool and high tech. Overall, I like this place for karaōke.

Nice karaōke bar! Me and my co-worker went there last week, we really had fun! I wish there’s more filipino songs I can sing. I found a lot of Cantonese and mandarin song. Ooopps! Damn per room is so expensive, I’d rathee to have karaōke at home

Let’s K.I.S. +Cheap happy hour prices(before 9) +Cheap drinks($ 1 soda/water) +Staff was friendly and accommodating (cumulative +1 star) –Uneven/unresponsive mics –Poor sound system. Lots of(LOUD) feedback, even when nobody is singing –Frustratingly unresponsive touchscreen –Songs listed weren’t karaōke version(full vocal. WTF?) –Poorly organized language/singer/song selection(English/Japanese) –Random songs added to our playlist, even with songs in queue(WTF?!) Worst of all, –Song selection system is just poorly designed. In old school karaōke systems, multiple people could input songs by using the book/numbers system. In the case of L2, only 1 person can enter at a time. You either find a ton of songs you want to sing and sing for 20 min before passing the mic, or you have to dig through the sh*tty system — technical equivalent of digging 6 feet of dirt with your nails Note — Menu is in Chinese. If you don’t read Chinese, but plan to skip/delete/vol +&- /etc. ask for a room with labeled touchscreen. Odd request.

Christmas eve came along and decided to go karaōke with a few friends. Originally the plan was to head over to Voiz on taraval, but they were completely full! So my friend called around and decided to go to L2 since their prices were lower than other places and they had rooms available. Let’s just say I understand why they were empty! Walked right into the room, didn’t seem to be any different than other karaōke places, but once I started using their system for choosing songs, that’s where all the problems began. First of all, it was very difficult to find the songs you want, they had very few selections and the artists you wanted seem to be in the wrong place. On top of that, it takes FOREVER for a song to load, they should compensate for that! If the song is loading, your entire system freezes! You have to wait until the song loads, then you can continue selecting your songs. Sound system isn’t very good either, you cannot really control the volume with the remote– you have to keep getting up to the actual system to change up the volume, how useless is that?! I believe this is the first place I’ve been to that did not satisfy my singing needs, will definitely go to another place next time!

I’ve only been here twice. It was okay the first time I came but it was the second time I came that I realized that this place isn’t that great. You can clearly hear what the people in the next room is singing and the songs take a while to load. I’d rather just go to Fillmore.

Pretty dumpy place, but the song selection was decent and the staff was nice. When we asked if they sold alcohol, they said they don’t, but that they also wouldn’t check anyone’s bags if we went to safeway and came back. We then went to safeway and came back with a bottle of vodka.

This place blows. Don’t care if its«remodeled». It’s ghetto. Go to Fillmore Karaōke down the street instead. The touchscreen menu is complicated and when you want to Karaōke, you don’t need to waste 20 mins. trying to figure out the dang song menu. Avoid. Avoid. Avoid.

#1 karaōke place of choice when it comes down to a crazy party night. This place is pretty ghetto, but love how its close to safeway and they have a parking lot to park in. You can call in and book a room in advance. $ 36 for a medium room per hour. $ 50ish for the VIP room that can fit up to 20+ people. I wil be back,.

Hmm… how should I describe it… i guess this place is alright. Staffs are friendly tho, but parking sucks. Too many bars and restaurants around this area, if you get there around 9 or 10, takes forever to look for parking. Do not park at the safeway parking lot, they might tow your car away after 12AM… O yea, one more thing, very very important about this place, SONGS are very limited.

Looks really ghetto and small from the outside but it actually turned out to be ok. The staff was accommodating and allowed our group of 9 to squeeze into a 6-person room since it was the only room left. Songs are selected from a touch-screen monitor, which has menu icons written only in Chinese. Their English song selection was limited but decent for an Asian place in the U.S., they had Top 40 songs that came out as recently as 2 months ago.

Japanese style(private room) karaōke. Plenty of mandarin/korean/japanese options. English selection isn’t that impressive, but it will probably get you through a night. They’d need to expand on it for a return visit from me, tho.
